I came to this location on a time crunch in a rental car that got a flat tire. They were superb. Got the request in right away for the rental company to pay for it, and even put it in the shop before they got the approval back so I wouldn’t be late to my conference. Thank you so so much.

Had an amazing experience with Firestone this past weekend. Came to Daytona for Truck week expecting to have a great time when unexpectedly my truck broke the belt later in the afternoon on a Saturday 6/12. They were able to accommodate me as little as 30 minutes before they closed. They had to drive to get the specific belt for my truck and they also tried to help accommodate me with a tow truck. I forgot the name of the mechanic that worked on my truck and the guy at the counter who answered my many phone calls being concerned that I would not be able to get my truck towed there in time and be stranded for the weekend. They did an amazing job insuring that wouldn’t be an issue and my truck was in and out in not even 20 minutes once being towed there. On top of there accommodations, they were the cheapest and truly went out of there way unlike any of the other shops I attempted to call. The employees I met were very nice and helpful, they definitely deserve a raise as they went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation. Thanks to them I wasn’t stuck in Daytona as I was suppose to return Sunday and my truck made it back running perfect. Big thanks to the employees for helping me, had a great experience. Be careful about this Firestone location. I’ve gone to this location for 5 years. My last visit resulted in the front desk associate lying to my face about my tires supposedly not being under warranty when they still were. He also never provided me a quote in writing for the tires and alignment as Firestone has always previously done. AFTER picking up my car and paying for 4 new tires, alignment etc., I was emailed a receipt and a new quote for very expensive break pads and rotors I apparently need quite urgently (according to the notes). If I was advised of ALL the work I actually needed as promised, and as Firestone usually does, i may have done things differently and gotten break pads and rotors before the 2 back tires. It would have been nice to know my car needed urgent work while it was still in the shop. The receipt for my new tires had no discount applied for the warranty which all 4 of my previous tires were definitely still under, as the associate assumed he got away with lying about it, and it did not have the proper discounts applied that I was promised verbally for other services. When I emailed Firestone’s survey back to I’m guessing Corp. headquarters which contained poor responses due to my treatment there and the fact that I was deliberately stolen from, the Ridgewood representative called me at 7 a.m. while I was still in bed the next morning and proceeded to argue profusely and condescendingly with me for several minutes, not apologizing one single time. I won’t ever go back to Firestone, especially this location. It’s bad enough their tires don’t last anywhere near the warranty. On top of that you just get lies and condescension from the sales associates there now. Nobody wants to be taken advantage of. This is why quotes in writing are so important. Whatever you do, don’t trust the verbal quotes from this location!

Made an appointment for an Alignment. They did not say anything about the printer being broken. When asked about the recipe for alignment, Andrew then said the printer was broken and there was no proof that an alignment was done at all.

Absolutely love this place. Twice now they have really gone way above and beyond helping me in multiple situations with my older problematic vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I stopped by to get some work to my car done. The employees were nice and were professional. My sole complaint is the business has several notices posted about their Covid policies and they say that masks are required. However, no one was actually wearing a mask that I saw including all of their employees that I personally interacted with. Also they added on road hazard insurance without my knowledge. I caught it on the receipt and they removed it upon asking. It’s just an up sell for them to make more money which is fine but they should declare that upfront and not just charge the customer without making it clear first.

Had an appointment. Appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, the guy states my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes. I showed my confirmation time. He claimed it would be two hours to get two tires replaced???? With an appointment!! Whats the point. Do better Firestone.

I went in to get my car checked since it died on the highway, we made clear we needed to know what the problem was that caused the car to shut off. As I noticed no one was paying attention to us, looking around confused. Called the next morning they worked on my car before calling us to notify me about what was happening and how much each service cost. The men were unprofessional when we arrived, with confused answers to why my car was messing up. They then worked on 2 cars before mines and it took most of tje day, which they made more excuses on to why it was taking forever. Including arguing about theyre own personal business. I come out with my battery light still on, no fluids in my car. I spend over $700 on a work they knew nothing about and wouldnt even communicate with us. I do Not recommends this place.

Went here for an oil change, have my fluids checked and filled and new windshield wipers. They said I needed two new tires as well. Turned on my wipers during a downpour to find they hadnt been replaced. Tried to use my windshield cleaner to get some dust off a day or two later, not a drop of wiper fluid. I highly doubt they checked or filled any fluids at all. Firestone used to be a company you would feel confident with.

The guys are great at this store but I am not so sure they are very compitent or qualified in their field of work. Every time I come here, its always something. Whether it happens to me or someone else...it never fails. This tells me these guys do not pay much attention or just dont care. Last time I brought my car here it took them almost 3 months to get it almost right again. Since they did not charge me, I figured I would give them another chance. Come in today for an oil change that I scheduled days ago... an hour after sitting here Im told the only filter they have for my car is crushed so..... I have to wait longer for one to be delivered! They just got done telling another customer they ordered the wrong part for her car, she was here before me and shes stuck now waiting too. These guys need to get on the ball. Dont think Ill be back again.

Very expensive for oil change could have it done half price at other places and wont check transmission fluid in a ford explorer because they dont have a dipstick

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my pickup in for a diagnostic and alignment and it left running like HORRIBLY, engine revving out of control.. and they wanted over $700 to repair it and it never did any of this before.

I had to change my review. After I had my oil changed the first time, they forgot to put the oil pan back on my car properly. I had to stop on the highway and reattach it with paperclips. I went back and they fixed it. But recently I went back for another oill change and told them I was on a budget. 15 minutes later, they come in and say I need to freon to my air conditioning unit and if not done could cause considerable damage to my car. I was frantic. I told them I couldnt afford it and said I would schedule it next month. Afterwards, I went to Discount Tire to have my tires checked and told them what happened. While they were checking my tires, they found the caps that go on my air condition unit on my windshield!!! He checked to see if they were mine, they were. I called Firestone and told them the caps were off, and I went back. They said they misplaced them and put new ones on. At Discount Tire, I asked about their mechanics and where they go. Affordable Auto Pros and he gave me the flyer. I called and made an appointment. Not only were my air conditioning unit NOT low, it was EXACTLY where it was suppose to be. They checked it twice!!! Firestone during this pandemic, people cant afford unnecessary services and should not be conned into having them done. Shame on you!!!

I called and asked if had time to work on my truck he said yes right away. Then when I got there he wont work on it until 3 or4 hours later. They are a bunch dam layers.

Came in at 5 for an oil change. I was told it was too close to closing time 6pm. Didnt know it took an hour to do an oil change.🤷🏽‍♀️

We had no appointment, with a rental car having a tire issue. The staff was very polite, responsive and empathetic to our situation. It was promptly repaired and we were on our way.

I Use to Go to Firestone for Alignments, Tire Care.I will Never Go there Again!They are Not familiar with Lincolns! This Firestone cost me over 3k in Damage to My Lincoln. Due to repairing a Part an Not doing an Alignment After. To Busy in a Rush!They only gave me My $ Back. Shame on Firestone for not Fixing There Mistake.

He informed me of additional repairs and when I asked the cost he had already printed it out for me, but not once did he pressure me! I appreciated his kindness and honesty! Dont go here unless you are, or have with you, an auto mechanic! Went in for a wheel alignment; they gave me a page list of work (over $1,600) they insisted I needed BEFORE they would do what I went for. I opted to go down the street to Honest-1 car repair shop and got the work done with no problems.

I didnt even go to the shop. I called to get an estimate for labor and I would supply the parts. They wont allow outside parts. They only want to upcharge for any parts you would need.

Very upset. Dropped my car off for a front end alignment and picked it up making a horrible noise. Then they tell me they didnt take the tires off and the technician already left. They are closing soon so have to bring my car back to have it looked at on Monday.

Horrible! I worked for this Firestone. Gary and other coworkers threw fireworks at me while working on customer vehicles and treated me poorly. Gary forced me to move my tool box near the bay doors during Hurricane season and almost ruined my $5,000 Matco Box. They made me do an insane amount of 100+ tire inventory and stocking with 40+ brakes/rotors. With the horrible part ordering system they over order inventory all the time. Half the building is shutdown because the company doesn’t wanna pay to keep the whole place running. (low on available space.) I have seen customers with low profile rims get slammed into concrete after being agitated from not being about to mount them correctly to the tire machine. Don’t ever go to this place. Don’t ever work for Firestone because their department of Human Resources didn’t do anything about what happened to me. They just told me I was fired...

I had a nail in my tire and they quickly repaired it! Service was great, very friendly and cheap to get fixed!

I went in for an oil change, and of course they told me that I need new tires. They made it sound like there wasnt any rubber left on mine. I took a look at my tires and they look good. I hate that every time you go into a place like that, they push so hard to upsell.

I told them my front brakes were squeaking and they told me it was my rear brakes that needed repairs. I dont know if I got duped for unnecessary rear brake repair. All I know is I took the SUV elsewhere and they showed me visually that indeed the front rotors were warped. They also were dumbfounded that Firestone completely missed it. Ive had hit or miss experiences with Firestone through out the country. Some repair shops are great though.

Took my two Jeeps there awhile ago and told them to change the sensors in the tires from one Jeep to the other before I sold them. They said they did but Im just now finding out that the sensors were never traded between the Jeeps for my guess is because they were to lazy. Today because of that Its costing me $500-$600 to re order and get put back on at another dealership. Very dishonest work and sad that a mechanic could be so lazy. Never comming here again. Do yourself a favor and go to a different firestone or a different mechanic in general.

Every time I come here to get a oil change a week later or a couple days something ends up being wrong with my car last time out to get a oil change I had to get my transmission done over in there in a couple weeks ago when I went to get my second oil change something was loose on my axle in my PCV valve was leaking which was not a problem before until I went to Firestone. I will not ever go to them again
