In Dayton Beach with my family for my bride 50th birthday.

Ok so I was in the shop buying gifts to bring back home, after getting home, I started separating items to go to the people I got for. Noticed one of my items I paid for didnt make it to my bag. Called and talked to one of the managers, thought she was going to take care of the situation now she wont even answer my calls.. not good business

I am always more than pleased with my shopping experience at this location. There really is always something for everyone here. Mostly I enjoy this spot because of the staff. One gentleman in particular is always very friendly and helpful. I know that if ever I needed anything he would be more than happy to help me. I believe his name is Alex. I like your merchandise, but I love the staff. Thank you for making me feel like such a valued customer!

I am extremely disappointed in this local beach store. I am a local Floridian and a small business owner myself. I understand the no returns, no exchanges policy absolutely. However, I feel that when you have sold an item that then breaks in less than the 30 days of purchase, you should offer a refund or exchange. I purchased a $30 umbrella to use for my trips to the beach on 7/7/2020...today is 7/20/2020...13 days after the original purchase. I used the umbrella the day I bought it and was extremely happy with it. I live in Orlando, not exactly close to the beach. Today was my second use of the umbrella and it ripped right in the middle and is now not usable at all. Stand behind the products you sell. Im not returning it because I dont like it or I used it and Im done with using it for my day at the beach, Im returning it because it broke and it wasnt cheap. Very wrong way of doing business. And dont come back and say that its because you dont know how I was using the umbrella for the past two weeks, Im not an incompetent individual that doesnt understand the concept of using an umbrella, thats just rude and ignorant to be so disrespectful to a customer..

Best souvenir place in town to get customized t-shirts, sweatshirts and much more!!! And you get to pick a decal you like!! More over, I was surprised to see live baby turtles and hermit crabs for a greater deal! I got one for my daughter as Christmas gift!

When they say no refunds or exchanges they mean it no matter how sh...y of a product it is. I bought the most expensive beach chair they had because its the only one that was listed with a weight limit that was more than needed. 2 hours into sitting in it I reclined as tge chair is designed to do and it buckled making it useless. the lady answering the phone said the manager said they werent responsible for what I did to the chair. So I asked if was basically screwed out of $70 and she said sorry but yes.

Here on vacation and found The Spot while walking around. Wow! There were so many great souviners that it is impossible to see everything. Great prices and an extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The customer service was awful. My boyfriend and I were in Daytona (it was his first time) and we thought we would stop at this shop since it seemed to be larger than the others; We got in there and saw a hermit crab tank and a tank with turtles and unfortunately one of the turtles was dead. I informed one of the workers and she just ignored me and went back to what she was doing. Doesn’t seem very sanitary or humane to me. Would not recommend this shop EVER to ANYONE. A DISGRACE!!!

I was very concerned to see that among t-shirts and souvenirs live baby sweet-water turtles were for sale! They were kept in totally inappropriate containers, with not sufficient clean water and no space to move. What made it worse, is, that the tiny containers were on sale as well, meaning anybody that would by a poor baby turtle would most likely purchase that inappropriate container for their home as sell. Such a store should not be allowed to sell animals like souvenirs.

Dont shop here!!! I went in this store after shopping at other stores on Atlantic Avenue. I had my bag from the Wing store down the street. I had purchased a lot of souvenirs from the Wings store. I greeted one of the sales clerks when I entered the store. She looked at me and said nothing. She didnt offer to assist me. However, she and another clerk did follow me around the store like I was a thief. I refused to purchase anything from this store. I also complained to their corporate office. I also filed complaints with other organizations.

This is horrible. My brother got a Henna tattoo and it washes off 3 hours later. Half price off?? Yes because Boogie Boards cost $120. Go to Winn Dixie. This place is ridiculous. I wish Google reviews had a choice of 0 stars. There customer service was horrible. My brother had to wait for 1 hour with his hand out and it washes out. That is outrageous. I wanted to stand there and yell. FAKE HENNNA TATTOOS. COME GET YOUR FAKE HENNA TATTOOS!!!!!

Employees were just plain rude.

They seem to have a lot of B-stock (items with defects that were not considered bad enough to throw the garment away) They also use bait and switch signage, attempting to lure customers into the store with deals that are unavailable or available only in very limited quantities or sizes.

Lots of goodies they didnt have the size I needed so they made one real quick
