Bought a rifle from this seller online. This seller advertised the rifle as Factory New but was Used. Rifle sent to local FFL dealer packaged in shredded paper; it arrived with barrel, literally, sticking out of the box and damaged!!! Do not buy from this seller.

I went here with a neighbor who was looking for a certain model Taurus pistol, and I had no intention of buying something for myself, but because of the excellent customer service by the two people working there today, I spent about $350.00 on various items. I Would highly recommended dealing with these guys. I pawned my gaming console a few months back. I needed the money and they treated me really well. I completely forgot it was in there until my wife reminded me, I went passed The forfeited date and called to explain what happen. They held my console until I got there and only made me paid what was agreed. Thank you. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

The owner full on yelled at me when i made a comment about a gun then proceeded to yell that a certain gun had a laser sight then got defensive when he was wrong because it didn’t. Will not be shopping here ever again!!

Used this location for the first time ever for a firearms transfer (I bought a firearm online and had to ship it to a FFL) anyways I was immediately greeted at the door by all of the workers there.. i was immediately taken care of and didnt have to wait.. everybody there was friendly informative and very professional all in all very good experience for it being my first time dealing with a pawn shop and will be doing business with them again

Best pawnshop in Daytona Beach! I went there to see what they had for laptops. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She showed me what they had and asked what Id be using it for. Told her games and browsing the web. Showed me 3 that was capable of doing those things. I chose a HP quad core processor w/1TB of hard drive space! Cant be happier! Thanks Mason Ave firearms and pawn! I highly recommend!!!

Bought a gun yesterday Very clean friendly place. I did a lot of price quotes they came out by far the best. I had a very good experience.

I would not go there. I have my 20v dewalt XR brushless drill there with a 5ah battery for only $20. Well I went to go pick it up right now at 3:30pm which is hours before they are supposed to close and they are closed. Well Im moving to Colorado 8pm tonight. So not I lost almost $200 worth of brand new equipment for $20. I am angry beyond belief. Terrible business. I will leave this post up until they decide to ship the drill with NO shipping cost or something else to make this right.

Went there today and try to sell a almost $500 Michael Kors bag and got told they would give me 20 bucks for it. This place is nothing but a rip off, They don’t even know who Michael Kors is

BEWARE!!! This pawn shop is fraudulent! They sold me what I thought was a Stihl chainsaw, even put Stihl ms660 on the receipt! Immediately had a problem with the saw, they were very quick to tell me they wouldnt do anything to repair it, so I took it to a Stihl chainsaw repair shop and thats where they told me that it was a Chinese knockoff! If Mason Avenue Pawn would have told me it was a Chinese knockoff I would not have bought it, or I would have offered much less on it! This is a dishonest practice that apparently is perfectly legal in their business, beware! I tried to resolve this calmly twice and was basically chased out of the store! I would advise anybody to look for a different pawn shop!

I have been to this shop a handful of times and they have been rude every time.They want retail prices for their used guns.If it’s close to time for them to close they will throw you out. (5:30-6:00)I tried to go look at some of their over priced guns tonight and was barred access to that side of the pawn shop. They told me to “come back another day” I replied with: “I will never be back”At that point a Tall gentleman approached me claiming to be the owner and threatened me with violence explicitly.Would avoid at all costs......Contemplating on contacting police for threatening me.

I went into this location with a couple products a red dot laser and a combo light and laser that attaches to the rail of any gun.... So to start off I have dealt with these people since they open 6 guns I have sold to them at a very low price so I know they made a lot of money off each also a hp laptop... So I go in I know the owner knows me cause I have seen him on multiple occasions He says what do you got for me today I show him my products we discuss one is broken he dont want thats fine with me... didnt really CARE about that but as im trying to bargain a price with him over the laser some one else comes in with jewelry I tell them its fine I will take what he offered as im standing there one of the owners goons says hes done dealing with you... so im like ok thinking hes just gonna pay me the money and I leave and he make some more money off me like always... But no hes like he dont want it now I assssssume cAUSE I WAS BARGAINING A PRICE WITH HIM.... And then he has the nerve to say I will just wait the 30 daYS ON YOUR OTHER STUFF and I will just sell it.... So I hope he knows he just lost a customer that kept coming back to him and also I would never recommend anyone to ever go there cause the owner is a low life and treats his customers like he will always have some one to replace them the damn guy needs a course in customer service SIDE NOTE if your second guessing your self to come here dont stay faR AWAY
