Very rude, very unhelpful. Alpheus absolutely refused to assist me and blatantly lied to me. All they care about is the point of sale. DO NOT BUY FROM OR SUPPORT THIS STORE. It was like being in a third world country. Absolute losers. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Went on a weekday before Thanksgiving to get a Buy 1 Get Half Off Samsung Galaxy watch deal. Store was well stocked and advertised the latest products, looked clean, no random paperwork in view, etc. We were greeted when we walked in by friendly employees. They were there first store out of 9 stores we visited overall for those products. With any questions, we got an answer. The overall setup, plan addition and payment was very fast. Had a great experience and would shop from here again.

Associates were very helpful with helping me get my Apple Watch set up, they were kind and consistent!

This location would not help switch the new Sim card..said they couldnt do it. Funny I went to another location and they were more than happy to do it and said nothing about not being able to do it. So for good customer service choose another location.

Theres 1 person that works at T-Mobile on Ridgewood he scames people on changing their phone numbers to get a new phone The REVVL4+ This phone is pure junk Ive been having problems with this phone going on 3 Months and Im still having problems with it phone screen turns black and when I try and call it mutes and freezes glitches Plus the guy that gave me this junk phone well he kept mysim pin that goes with my phone that pin is to open up to get my SIM card and my MicroSD card just becareful on who you trust

I went to see if I can upgrade my phone a young lady (sales rep#****815) assisted me. She was outgoing & also very fast with the process at the same time being I had a minimal amount of time to spend. Thanks to her I got the phone I wanted!!

Lawrence was awesome. My family member was on sprint and even with the merger, they were being charged 98 a month for unlimited because she had bought extra unnecessary data years ago. Got on T-Mobile prepaid plan and reduced the bill to almost nothing. Because she had an outstanding balance, he worked with me to find the best way to get her connected at a much lower cost. There was another employee with a hard to pronounce name starting with a z or an x that signed me up and sent me on my way with my unlocked pixel in less than 5 minutes. Seriously t Mobile is the bees knees. This location has been nothing but a blessing to me and my family.

Very misleading company. Truth is All I can say is if you enjoy being cheated and lied to this is the company for you.

I really am sorry to say this, but Stephen straight up lied to me. Telling me if I sign up for the WiFi device for my car, my bill would not increase, nor would there be any charges to my account. Then I see a $36 charge for it on my bill and a recurring installment plan. He said nothing about it. He straight up lied, for real. Like a blatant lie. I even asked him a bunch of times and he still told me it wouldn’t increase my bill. I wasn’t even in there for that. I was in there because my phone was broken. Extremely sketchy to just make up lies to customers.

Store manager Glenn was of enormous assistance. He patiently answered all my questions and responded to my concerns. Sales associate Alex, was also of great assistance. Both gentlemen at Tmobile Daytona Beach, Fl., are The perfect people for their job. Thank you very much.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get the Samsung Galaxy 8. I purchased two phones and had to have all the data transferred over from the old phones. This was at 5 and the store closes at 6. We walked in and were greeted by the manager, Gina. Chris W was helping us and he was really informative and patient with us (we had a lot of questions and a lot of data). It s really nice to go into a store and have quality customer service from someone that knows the product, what they are doing, and doesnt mind staying after closing time on a Sunday to make sure the job is done and customer is satisfied. The rest of the team were very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely be back and suggest this T-Mobile location.

I came to this store with a discrepancy from another store in my account, Timothy .M and Shawn made sure I did not leave the store with out fixing the issue. Timothy took ample time making sure that he fixed my issues, and explained various options. to say the least my husband and I left the store very happy. This store has an outstanding team. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Oh my goodness am I one very happy T-Mobile customer. I called this store and was lucky to get Glenn, the manager. I told him my guy is on the way to you with a brand new iphone 6S+ & LG tablet that just arrived by UPS and needs to be initialized FAST. We ported him over from Sprint and they transferred all data from his old to new phone. My guy was hesitant to switch, but Im such a huge TM fan, he gave in to me. Glenn and the crew not only took care of him at the end of the evening, in record time, but when he FaceTimed me in the car he flashed his megawatt smile. I have one happy new TM customer to add to the many. I highly recommend the Volusia Mall store. They went way out of their way to take care of my skeptic, who happens to have to catch a plane in only 6 hours. Way to go Glenn!!! You made my day. I owe you, big time!

I went to another T-mobile store in Daytona and left after an hour and was told my email problem was not resolvable. I went to the Volushia mall store and though it took 40 min, Lawrence who was professional, very nice and patient. He persisted and resolved the problem successfully. Great service!

When in to get a replacement sim card, the associate Gina, was extremely polite, professional and I was there only a few minutes and was done, wow !! Thanks Gina 😁👍

Joseph was soo helpful! He was not only polite and friendly but very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend visiting T Mobile at Volusia mall and working with Joseph!

I went to this store to have my sim card transferred into a new phone and Sam tried to help me. Kept explaining that this T-mobile is for sales only, not helping with phones. Also kept saying that the call center has no business referring customers to this store. He said 20 minutes was what it would take. After an hour and a half, nothing was transferred to my new phone. I had to update everything (phone numbers, etc.) myself at home.Avoid this store if you need any help.

Management was unprofessional all I wanted to do was to buy a Samsung watch that was 399.99 before tax and in cash full price and Im all ready a T-Mobile customers and they told me that I cant buy it with out but it on the plan but I can buy through Samsung 399.99 the same one with no problem at all this store very unprofessional dont go waste of time go through customers service they have better deals the store cant do anything for you. Worst store everrrrrrr

I cant say enough about a rep named Sheena at the Mall store. She worked tirelessly with me on a problem with my phone. At first, she tried to correct the problem and when that didnt work she arranged for me to get a new phone. It took a long time for one of my apps to get transferred to the new phone but she never gave up and finally found a solution for the reluctant app. She is awesome!! While we were working on this issue, another rep named Billon (??) dealt with a really crabby, beligerant older customer. He handled him with care and respect even though the man was really grumpy. I was really impressed with this young man.

The salesman took advantage of the fact that I had two impatient toddlers and charged me a $90 item that he told me was free as well as added a support charge when setting up my phone that he did not tell me he would be doing. I thought I would only owe about $150 on a new iPhone 7 I bought but now I owe more because he added these things that he lied about. I tried to call a manager several times but could not reach him.

Staff at this corporate store are helpful any time of day and really know their stuff!

Phones not priced. Wife and I walked into buy LG V30 and LG G6. Associate said hi and escorted us to the LG section. Then never had someone reintroduce them selves to us. Perhaps thats why you dont go to a mall mobile store. (Didnt buy the phone)
