The sales man Brian was nice. But if you are planning on buying shoes here dont wear them unless youre sure you want to keep them. They dont take back shoes you have worn and they hurt your feet. So wear them in the store for a couple hrs in store first. Now I own a pair of shoes that hurt my feet horribly. Will never shop here again. P. S. You can clearly see the glue on every shoe here. Finish line is the best shoe store by far. Cheap is never better... Good luck shopping...

Need more variety in kids shoes and women

They have a great selection of inventory and absolutely best prices for name-brand shoes. They offer fantastic coupons and loyalty rewards. They only reason I give less than 5 stars is because of their customer greeting style. I understand its their policy to greet customers with a list of ongoing deals, and some of their staff does so in a polite way. But on this particular occasion, one woman continued to yell loudly the same sales pitch over and over when a lot of customers were coming in, and this became so annoying that several had to leave their shoe-trying to go shop elsewhere.

They say they have a lot on sale,but I found it pricey.

Ive been patronizing the store since it opened. Recently I purchased a pair of shoes need for a vacation that I was leaving on the next morning. While on vacation I found out the shoes were extremely slippery on certain dry surfaces and deadly on wet ones. While on vacation I tried calling the store and did so for several days after with no one ever answering the phone. I returned to the store once back at home and talked with the manager about the situation . He told me that the problem was not a defect and since I had worn the shoes they could not be exchanged for a safe pair of shoes.
