I can’t speak more highly for the associates at this location. We were treated with great personal service from Terri. She walked us through our options, gave recommendations based on our personal needs and got us a great price. She was welcoming, personable and knew her stuff. After a horrific experience at Appliance Direct earlier this year, it was so great to be treated so wonderfully at American Freight. Terri should be recognized by upper management for the incredible face she is giving to their company. Terri should BE upper management with customer service like hers. Our incredible delivery guy, Sean, was amazing as well and went out of his way to get our product to us quickly due to our situation. He was very nice and treated our product with care. We are overwhelmed by this great experience and hope that they are in business for a long time coming so that we never have to go anywhere else. Even with other stores being depleted of merchandise, American Freight had an abundance of refrigerators in stock. Horrible experience and costed me money and time!Purchased a dryer online at the Jacksonville location because Daytona didn’t have it received a confirmation that my order was confirmed and ready for pick up.This was on Friday called the store Saturday morning to let them know I wasn’t going to be in until Sunday to pick up had a lady confirm the order and confirm that Sunday would be ok for pick upNow today 3 days later Sunday drove to the Jacksonville location at 1111 San Jose Blvd (3hour ride) from my house and they don’t even have my order I showed them the email confirmation but they said it was canceled due to not having the product. I called the next day Saturday before I drove 3 hours and they said everything was ok.So now this has turned into not only wasting my entire Sunday driving 6 HOUR ROUND TRIP for nothingAll they will do for me is apologize and refund my money but what about my gas ????????????The least thing they should do is refund my gas !!!

Your only chance to walk out with an appliance. Apparently Lowes/Homedepot do not carry appliances and you have to order. I went to American Freight and they had one new in box available.

Even though Sears is in Chapter 13, this outlet store has tons of appliances and kitchen ware. I counted around 300 refrigerators. There are lots of washers, dryers, stoves and outdoor grills.Almost all items are 50% off of retail. However most all appliances are scratch and dent.

Looking for a fridge, they have a bunch. They seems to have good deal. Small dents or scratches but for a way lower price than brand new. The one we went with was a floor model.

The location has adequate parking. The store has a nice selection of merchandise. This is especially true in the scratch and dent appliances. These are GREAT deals. Also you can still bargain on these prices. I dont know about you, but I like 50% to 70% off of retail prices with the manufacturers warranty intact (except for Samsung).They have top of the line items, such as GE Profile, GE Monogram, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I think of any business, customer service is the MOST important thing, followed by the backing of the products, or services that you offer.
