I am the owner of Platinum Painting and Coating Inc. here in Daytona Beach. I typically always use their main store on Nova in Daytona Beach. Everytime I go in there and Quinn is working He goes above and beyond to make sure the sure that my orders are filled in a timely manner and that they are always filled correct.I definitely recommend going in and having Quinn take care of you everytime.

We went in an hour prior to close with a large order. The associate was a bit nervous because it was his first time closing. After he answered our many questions and other customers coming in we asked for an estimate of how much it would cost for all of our paint. His answer was a little startling but we needed it. Seeing the line behind us we decided wed place our order and come back in the morning to pick it up. The associate was kind enough to call us later and tell us he had miss calculated the price quote. Thank you. Thats great customer service.

With minutes to spare in the work day, Christin helped me return an item and get paint for my last minute job. Thank you for being so kind at the end of the day.

After trying unsuccessfully for a week to match an odd green color with 2 local color match paint stores, we were fortunate enough to meet Kristin and the staff at S-W. My wife knew from talking to her on the phone the previous day that she would be our girl Friday! she was kind patient and very knowledgeable and invited us to come in and do a swatch. After a few goes with the computer she was able to match our color exactly.We could not be more satisfied with her service, knowledge and professionalism. Well we arrived to the store on Nova and this is the second time we have bad experience with a lady who works there anyways after She mess with and a really nice guy name Bobby was super professional you need more people like Bobby there sometimes I hear people go Sherwin over at Ormond because they try to help you no matter what we are Hispanic with bilingual skills but we dont like people who feel superiorThanks Bobby you are very professional 👍

Employees were courteous and helpful both over the phone and during my visit. Ive been buying paints and associated products from this store for over 20 years and cant recall ever having anything but a good experience.

I went there yesterday for some advice on my paint sprayer (which was not bought there). They were incredibly helpful, and provided get advice, even though I didnt buy anything.Pleasantly unusual for this area.

Wrong paint color given to me when I told the associate it was not the right color of my home. All Margaritaville colors are supposed to be online by your address. Already spot painted my new home with the wrong color!
