My experience with Pearl Vision was incredible. Dr. Smith was patient with my many questions due to the mid-life changes in my eyes lately. He offered me multiple options with all the information I could need on the choices. He even allowed me to try a few weeks of contacts in different styles to be sure I was satisfied before investing in a final choice of lenses! Their frame selection is like no other in Green Bay! Top brands and todays unique styles for sure! My entire family has switched over to Pearl Vision and we couldnt be happier with our decision!On a side note, I absolutely could not decide on which frames so I chose two! One more of an every day option and the bold black for my meetings and conferences! Both with Blue Light Protection and huge difference on my eyes during screen time!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I was in town for a bachelor party and my glasses broke. Dr. Smith agreed to see me after hours for an eye exam and hooked me up with contacts to get through the weekend! The service here is absolutely phenomenal and I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and Pearle Vision to anybody!

Dr. Smith and his team are exceptional at what they do! I was a new patient in 2020 and happily return for my annual exam each year. As someone who is new to getting my eyes checked and getting prescriptions, I was relieved and felt every accommodation possible was made to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. I received an extremely thorough exam from Dr. Smith. He was patient and informative throughout the exam. He answered all my questions and provided great recommendations. I had so much fun picking out my new glasses. Amy and team made the entire process enjoyable... definitely helped to make me look cool too! I just confirmed my appointment for next year!

Dr. Smith is excellent, the environment is clean and organized, and the eye glasses selection is the best around! I especially appreciated Dr. Smiths ability to educate me on the processes he uses throughout the exam. It was an exemplary display of his knowledge. He recommended and provided samples for 3 new contact lenses that are newer to the market and might be healthier or more comfortable for my eyes. Overall, I was most impressed with his sincerity and passion for providing the healthiest options for my eyes, and I look forward to seeing him in the future!

We recently went here for our eye exams and my husband ordered new glasses. They were very expensive glasses we paid for up front. It is now been over three months and till no glasses. The first pair they claimed were picked up. They reordered the glasses and we waited and waited, no one returned phone calls or emails about the situation, finally they provided a tracking number for the glasses and had them sent ups after three months. They were still not delivered. We called and emailed with a resolution to just get a refund for the glasses that were paid for half by insurance and half out of pocket and now we still do not have a response on a resolution. I have called the store and corporate, next I will be calling our insurance company that they had paid out for a product that we had not received. At this point I’m not sure what else to do. They have horrible customer service. And we are our $1000. Please do not go here. I will update if we get a resolution however after three months I see no end in sight.

Loved the Dr, loved the friendly staff, but.. at time of checking out I was told my contact fit wasnt covered. I did look thru my benefits the Dr was in network, the lady who was setting up my appointment took a look and everything was looking good and even recommended to do so that she would get the exam done if it were her, but at time of checkout even though I brought up my benefits that it should be covered I was told the Dr is in network and I do have the benefits, but NOT for the specific CONTACT FIT. At that moment I regretted going in.

I just recently went to Pearle Vision in DePere. I was a new patient and Dr. Smith and his team were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Smith was great. Really took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. From walking in to walking out the staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Everything was explained in normal people terms and all questions were answered without feeling rushed. Dr. Smith was great! He took the time to correct all of our vision problems. He took the time to talk about how diet effects our eyes and what will benefit us in the long run. The associates answered all questions regarding our insurance and glasses. So glad we found them!

Phenomenal experience. Super clean and took all the precautions to ensure things were cleaned up when I left. When looking at glasses I was able to leave glasses I tried on, on a tray to ensure they were disinfected properly. The optometrist went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience and that I understood what was needed for my eyes. Definitely my new eye doctor of choice.

Dr. Smith and team took great care of me during my first visit! The new equipment to scan my eyes was a cool update and the tests were informative for my eye health. I wanted new glasses and after finishing my checkup to confirm my prescription, Shanelle and Kayla spend quality time showing me all the stylist brands and frames they carry! They both gave me honest, supportive feedback the entire time and it was fun to pick out my new look together. I typically dread updating glasses based on my indecisive ability to choose a style myself so I greatly appreciated their attention to me! Id highly recommend checking out their office for your next eye checkup!!!

Everyone at Pearle Vision De Pere was super friendly and professional. I had some insurance questions that the front desk team helped me understand and Dr. Smith and the team did a great overall eye health and vision testing exam. I have never had such a thorough eye health exam beyond just the testing- it was neat to see. I wish I was in the market for new frames because there were so many amazing brands there to choose from. Will continue to go here for my entire familys eye care needs!
