I had a contacts emergency before the Packer game this morning. This vision center was the only one I found open between Oshkosh and Green Bay. The woman working was so friendly and so helpful. Im so thankful for her and this place, so now I can actually watch the Packer game at Lambeau.

Filled my daughters prescription from another optical center without issues. Friendly and affordable.

Flat out refused to fill my childs eyeglass prescription. I included manufacturer instructions and provided the tech support phone number. I know of many people who have had the exact same frames filled at Wal-Mart with no issues. They stated they wouldnt because it was for a child... yes exactly my child needs glasses to see and prevent permanent disability which is why we were there. Useless and never returned phone calls that they said they would make.

The lady was rude and made me wait because she was to busy flirting with this old guy
