Nice people wonderful service

I came in to the store to make a quick purchase, when I attempted to pay for my items their system crashed. I am not made at the store manager but at auto zone as a company for not giving their store manager any authority to resolve these types of issues. So they had to call technical support and wasted over an hour of my time. Very disappointed and will never come here again.

Worst service you can get. I recommend no to go to this auto zone . The guy that works there is in the mornings, is very rude and disrespectful that laughs in people’s face, I want auto zone to really fire this guy and if not I’ll never support auto zone again.

Helped me find the tool I needed to complete my car repair. Always friendly.

While I didnt have to purchase anything today, I was recycling used oil. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and was really helpful. Sorry I didnt get his name but it was Sunday march 21 around 11 am.

Usually have the parts you need but they are pretty slow waiting for 10-15 minutes for one person to go at a time they are very slow

Dwayne L. went above and beyond in trying to get wiper blades to fit my car. I acquired a problem whereas either the arms holding the blades were changed by an unscrupulous entity, or the computer database has an error. We were unable to find a blade that would attach but Dwayne tried tirelessly without complaint until I suggested giving up (temporarily). He did an excellent job of exceeding customer expectations. Way to go, Dwayne!

Best place to go if you dont need anything. Shelves empty. Never seen anything like it. The girl said they dont have time to stock, oh well there are other places that hire enough employees to run a business.

They wont return a fuel line that is defective. They said since they cut it, they wont return it. Im not returning it for not wanting it, Im returning it because I wont hold its place. Have been going to autozone for years but now Im going to go somewhere else. At least others value their customers.

Great service every time. This location is our go to for auto needs. We tried to go to an OReillys that we were closer to and they wouldnt change the battery due to corporate policy during Covid. Didnt have tools with us, and it was starting to die every time it was turned off, so we were very happy that they changed out the battery.

I was there maybe a week ago and the person helping me I believe was Dwayne. I purchased a new battery for my car, we went to go put it in and we could because where my battery was located. So I went to go leave and my car wouldnt start so he spent a good hour and a half with me, in like 10 degree weather and even brought his own car around to help me jump my car. I really appreciate the time he took to help me out. I dont think many people would have done that especially since it was so cold outside that day.

They have all types of automotive equipment. They are knowledgeable about your specific model, they will assist you with installing wiper blade or fuses or checking your battery. Friendly staff.

Very good customer service, kind and helpful people.. they dont only sell car parts and tool but they also give advice and lend their own tools. Last time they sold me plates screws and they lent me screw driver. Thank you

Great service! I usually go to another auto parts store that is closer to my house, but they didnt have and for some reason couldnt order the wiper blades for my car. So I called Autozone and they said they had them in stock. Without asking (I didnt say I was coming in) they took the initiative to pick the blades and had them waiting at the counter when I came in. After the disappointing experience at their competitor, this was an excellent customer service experience that will bring me back in the future. Great job!

The young african american cashier had a really bad attitude, he was in hurry, and it was no other client waitting.He sold me and charged me for the wrong part. I had to ask for a return and the right part.I used a coupon to buy the part. Now I lost the coupon discount. The young man throw the recipe in the garbage in order for me to not see the fact that I lost the discount.Awfull service.Now, when I go next time to the store and I will ask for another cashier, everybody will start yelling discriminationI am not shopping a this store anymore.

I am give them for stars for service they provide to my niece for allowing her to be able use their tools to remove the battery from the car. Yesterday when it was snowing rainy mess. The young told her I am not sure how to remove your battery but you can use some loner tools because my niece was use just pliers too remove hold downs for battery and and replace battery cable ends until young man provide her with tool. So by time I get to the auto zone my niece had the new battery and new battery end in car and it would not start just gave her a couple pointer after looking over what she had done told had she been tighten down the battery end a little more wire to negative side she have down. Thank again to the young man at auto zone for providing her with tool need finish what she started.#myniecerocksloanertools

Joan and gehto boy said they have the ball joint press. Her supervisor said all stores carry the ball joint press They dont have the ball joint Press at all the stores. It was a lie! And when I asked him about that They told me to get screwed.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I usually dont leave reviews but this was so bad that someone definitely needs to make some changes. When I walked into this location not only do they have inexperienced workers there but not professional what so ever. The man who scanned my car to get the code foe the engine light being left on decided to just walk away and go back into the store without looking at me or saying a word. Me not knowing what to think or do stayed outside for a couple minutes to see if he would come back out, then I finally decided to walk back in to find him waiting at the computer for me. I was told the code was because of low oil and when I said I just got an oil change he remarked well I guess he didnt do a good job. And laughed afterwards... then when I asked about why my remote start isnt working either the other worker said thats what the computer says. I will never return to this location and will gladly tell my experience to everyone who asks about this location.
