I went to get hair extensions today, the girl was very helpful and took her time.However, the girl that rung me up didnt have a mask on, or near her whatsoever. I asked the girl that helped me to please ask to to put a mask on, and when she did, Samira said not. I deal with the public every single day and we have to wear our mask for as long our duration of the shift.Just please wear a mask Samira, not everyone wants to be careless like you

My visit there was so pleasant the young lady assisted me very good customer service there.

I had a great experience here. The girl entertained my son while I shopped for hair. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find both the best look and the best price.

The man working there (possibly a manager) has a nasty attitude. On multiple occasions he has yelled at his employees in front of customers and even yelled at me when I asked for the location of a product. It ruined the entire experience. I won’t be returning and we’ll make sure I let all my family, friends and colleagues know not to shop here. I’d give themzero stars if I could. There are entirely too many beauty supply stores in this area to settle for such disrespect and uncomfortable experiences. Do better.

Since relocating inside of Fairlane Mall, U.S. Hair Care has been a personal favorite of mines. The store Manager and most of the employees are quite friendly as well as helpful. Ive conducted several successful promotions here, with full support of the staff. Id recommend U.S. Hair Care to anyone in search of their beautification needs.

It was my birthday and I was shopping around trying to find Little Things to pick up at the last minute and a representative was watching me like a hawk following me in almost every aisle so I started messing with her and asking her to find stuff for me. I figured if she was going to follow me I might as well put her to work. Didnt really like the vibe of the associates but the place was very clean and well-organized.

I love this place because the store is neat and clean and they have sales on their products and its fun to shop here its awesome!

Fair service at a fair price.

They have a lot of stuff here, everything you would need for your beauty/hair needs. But the only problem is that everything is so overpriced and expensive. I hate going here because I know Im going to spend twice the normal amount. I bought one small plastic comb and it was 5 dollars where at another store it would be one dollar. I like that it is convenient since its one of the only beauty supplies in the area.

Terrible place it wouldn’t let me post without putting one star they don’t deserve any. I went today for the first time with my daughter. I went to check out the young girl behind the counter was more interested in eating ice cream with her friends my presence wasn’t important. While starring at them one of the girls decide to come ring me out. For whatever reason probably a good one my card declined I definitely had money on this card the chick had the nerve to ask me is “is there money on the card?” I could have went off why would I be in a store bringing items to the counter without money does that make sense who would do that? I took my card from her, and asked her this question she made me extremely upset I had to walk away. I will never go back, and I will keep checking my card because if any money is missing there will be some major issues with the police being involved.

Keep in mind that I knew what kind of store I was going into and I didnt expect great service. But I also didnt expect it to be this bad. Dont expect anyone to offer you any assistance. I wandered around for a good while trying to find what I was looking for. Finally I asked the owner/manager if he carried the product. He shrugged his shoulders and waived me off like I was a mosquito and said I dont know what youre saying then walked away. Silly me for interrupting him as he walked around doing nothing in the store that he opened to make money off of customers like me.I found the product after asking an employee who had to google a picture of it to see if they carried it. Ok, fine. While checking out, the cashiers cell phone rang repeatedly and she proceeded to answer and hold conversations while distractedly charging my credit card. At the end of the transaction she presented 2 receipts and told me to sign both of them. Huh? Why are there two of them? I have no idea, she says. Im still trying to figure out the system. At that point I was done and told her that it would probably be easier for her if she wasnt on the phone. She (and her coworker) go defensive and started explaining to me how she HAS to answer the phone. Not when youre dealing with my money you dont. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I dont even want to use what I bought because it reminds me of this horrible experience. I will NEVER go back.

HUGE store! Has lots of products...for EVERYTHING . Lots of room to shop. Had trouble getting some help from employees.

The store was nicely stocked lit and smelled good but the staff seemed rude and like they were talking abput the customers. Prices were affordable though.

Its exactly what you expect from a hair supply store. If they dont have what you want (and chances are they do) they are more than happy to order it for you, if its something they carry. Ive bought many supplies here. I would never spend that much in a place I was not satisfied with.
