The people that work there very good I worked there for 10 years

This bookstore took forever to get books delivered for curbside pickup. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we waited until 11:30 when someone finally said he would grab our order which took another 35 minutes, yes I did time it! Will try to avoid this place as much as possible

Does not price match scantrons or blue books. Staff gave incorrect information about return policy of (unopened/unused) safety goggles. Good selection of notebooks, but of course has steep prices for everything in the store.

Absolutely terrible. Ive been there 3 times and each time theyve given me the wrong books. The first time I threw out my receipt by accident, but they still wouldnt take back my rental book, which was one of the wrong books that they gave me. The markups are awful, its so expensive and you can get pretty much everything cheaper elsewhere. Some of the staff were rude as well. After I started classes, I had a bunch of classmates in several different classes complain that they were also given the wrong books, and then 2 of my professors recommended not going to the bookstore because theyre notoriously bad about that. Im not sure how they have such a high rating.
