My mom lives in Michigan, and needed technical assistance with her phone. Randy was exceptional. He was able to assist her quickly and efficiently. He was communicative, patient, and extremely helpful. I cant say enough about the support that we received.Verizon is a terrific cell phone company, and its people like Randy who make it terrific
I needed a new phone and plan. Randy was amazing and we got the deal done. When I got home I realized I didnt get a receipt. The sale happened on June 5 21, I can NOT get anyone at the store to answer the phone. Seems like all calls are forwarded to corporate Verizon. They cant access the receipt for what ever reason and it isnt on my MyVerizon acc app either. Can the local store call me so I can get the receipt emailed to me please? Ive also tried calling the number Randy gave me 3 times and the voicemail is full. I have a broken back and cant go to the store to pick this receipt up. Please advise. Ill change the rating as soon as I hear from someone at that store.
This store is horrible and the manager is either incompetent or a liar. Refused to add our device dollars to my husbands phone purchase. Outright lied and said we didn’t have any when we have $100. Rushed him out of the store and gave zero help. I’m over Verizon. We switched to Verizon because they were the best in every way. The last year has been the worst wireless experience I’ve of our lives! No help no matter what
Bought a phone here last week, ordered screen protectors through them, had them delivered to my house. Went in to have the protector installed, apparently nobody knows how to do it, so they get the manager to do it. Must have been in a rush, because he totally fked it up. There arent even bubbles, just ripples and sticky stuff under the shield. I asked about it and they said itll all come out. Yeah right its clearly ruined, like this isnt the first phone Ive gotten. All in all screwed up my new phone cover, wasted 40 bucks and they told me to contact otter box for an exchange. Complete waste of time and money. Dont go hereUpdate: Otterbox charges you for a replacement even if it is warranty. So Verizon scammed me out of 10 bucks on top of this hassle

They can’t figure out how to apply a military discount. I had to schedule an appointment in the store and they still couldn’t figure it out. Then after an hour they just said, you’re on your own. The lady was very nice. There was no manager or anyone in the store who could figure this out. Pretty ridiculous.

Shes the Manager at this particular store and I must say that there have been very few times that Ive been blown away and highly impressed with a Managers customer service and yesterday was one of those times. Long story short she was nothing shy of PHENOMENAL!!! ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY PHENOMENAL!!!! She handled the problems I had with my phone service and far beyond that. She was extremely patient and was determined to resolve every issue I was experiencing. Her level of determination and care is rarely seen in customer service. She also followed up with me the next day to see if things were still working correctly. She has a great team and from the looks of things shes a proven Leader. Thanks so much again Monique for all your help, its very much appreciated. Youre the best.....simply the best :)

Terrible experience. My wife recently bought a phone as we were planning on getting her on my Verizon family plan. One person from this Verizon store initially seemed very helpful, however things quickly turned south. After providing her with my wifes current phone number, AT&T account and password, we were led to believe that everything was completed and ready for set-up. Upon returning home and initiating the activation, we found that the number was incorrect (off by one number), despite having written down the correct number for her. Fine. Simple mistake. The next day I took the phone up to Verizon to get it fixed. When a manager got involved, she insisted that we wrote down the incorrect number. I presented the paper (it was on a sticky note) as proof that it was originally correct on our end. I dont understand why a simple mistake cant be admitted. Moving on... Another employee attempted to assist me however they were unable to do so because the AT&T PIN number needed for the porting service was incorrect. This makes me wonder HOW the first person was able to set everything up, since she (1) had a wrong phone number number and (2)would have realized the mistake if there was an attempt to transfer said number from AT&T to Verizon. So prior to leaving I verified with the second employee that the SIM card and whatnot would not need to be exchanged or anything, that the phone would be easily activated once the phone number was successfully ported. NOW after recovering the correct PIN for the porting service, we attempted to activate the phone, only to receive the message that the SIM card has already been activated and is a COMPLETELY different number. So yet again we will have to go back to Verizon to attempt to have their mistakes fixed while being wrongfully accused of giving incorrect information.
Nothing bad to say. Always had good experiences here. Ask for Chris. Usually always the person I go to when I need something or have questions.

Had to get a new phone. Wasnt too busy at that moment but they were still able to get me in and out in about an hour, from check in time to out the door, which is very good in my opinion. Im pleased by the service I received, the gentleman who worked with me was knowledgeable and what he didnt know he was able to find out on the spot. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I dont usually require assistance after I purchase a phone, but the couple of times I did, they answered my questions and solved the issue quickly. Im very happy with the staff here, and Im probably a forever Verizon customer.
Great service from sales rep chantelle. Couodnt be happier. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. There few issues on corporate side but with her determination she got everything resolved to our satisfaction. Reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a new phone company with great staff.

I had several experiences in this place, buy your phone here it is by far the best mobile service but the sales people not so sure, when people go in pairs and talk for a few then come back, it doesnt give me good impression. in a past incident I was told my action was silly!. and the manager actually defended the sales associate.Good luck with sales associates and managers communicating that to customers.!

I been in this location last night, the place is so busy and this not the issue. just unprofessional people that are working there. The Representative guy was actually helping me and other guy at the same time which is not a good thing to share info about what other client need or their paying options. Also very slow service. I really regret to visit this place and it was my first visit. I told him is there anyway to fix my phone but he doesnt really care about you. He just wants to sell you the item and then go home. The whole staff need to be replaced. I never seen such a nasty customer service like this store before. since Verizon has already higher prices and we pay more than any other carriers, then at least choose a good people to work around your clients.
Went here and I could have learned more about my account and its upgrades on my own at home than ever walking into this store. I could pay less per month with unlimited data and two phones in a drawer than what I pay now, and the Verizon person couldnt tell me why?!?!? WTH why even waste my time coming here?? I honestly cant even post a star but I have to?!. The staff was way to concerned for new purchase customers even though this was my first problem in 6 yrs with Verizon.One day my i6 wigged out. Data went crazy, couldnt answer calls or turn off. Went to this store only to be shunned and instructed to do everything online. They gave me an instruction sheet on how to order a replacement and how to icloud everything. Pretty much instructed to get the hell out. How ever they did instructed me to drive to Ann Arbor (some 30 %@#&ing miles away) when they could of said is once you get your replacement just go to BEST BUY(around the corner) and see the geek squad, they are fully capable of getting your replacement in complete working order as if it never wigged out.20 minutes with the geeks everything was back to normal.All I can say is with 300 business contacts lost for 3 days dealing with these inconsiderate employees of Ford Rd Verizon... go somewhere else, just in case theres a problem that they wont even try to help you with.

Scammed at Verizon store.When my 9 month old Galaxy S7 stopped working while I was in Knoxville, TN, far from home, I went to a Verizon store looking for help. I have to admit, Im getting older and not as sharp as I once was. Basically, over a 90 minute period, I got sold a Galaxy S8, plus about $20 worth of accessories than I paid $100 for, and two free Hum units. Well, on my second bill, I got my monthly charge.Called Verizon and they told me a general manager at a Verizon store could take them back. Went to this Verizon store near home, general manager wont do a thing. So I ended up paying $220 in early termination fees for my free Hum.Thanks, Verizon. Nice job scamming a senior. I realize now its the classic situation, someone out of state and needing help.It wasnt good enough for you to sell an S7 and then an S8 in less than a year. You got a over $200 bucks from me for two Hum units that were never taken out of the box. Youll probably resell them to some other sucker. Did I say sell? No, youll give them two free units.Buyer beware. I would not recommend this to a friend.
This is a horrible place to get cell phone service as they overcharge for everything. Good coverage though just bad pricing and hidden charges.

The customer service at this store is awful. Christopher, the manager, and Miquel one if his associates are very rude and unprofessional. They were not willing to help me when I had a problem and offered no reasonable solutions. I would recommend trying a different Verizon store where someone actually greets you and is willing to help.

I have been a Sprint customer since 2003. For the past 2 years, I have been experiencing horrible data speeds and poor customer service. I understand T-Mobile bought them out but Im not waiting any longer for the services to pick back up. My first carrier of choice is Verizon. I didnt look at other carriers and went straight to this store. They had a promo deal BOGO running from Nov 16-18. I picked a plan and 2 devices for my two lines ill be porting in from Sprint. On Nov 18th, I called the sales dept. at Verizon corporate and placed the order with Brittany. She double checked that the 2 devices are in stock at this store and that I can pick up in 24 hours. I went into the store on Nov 20th. The front desk rep couldnt find my order even though I showed my receipt of making a payment of $138.00 towards the taxes of the phones. He told me to call corporate to check on the status. I called and I was told the order was not filed. It will be filed now after I had to call in and see what the status is. On Nov 24th, I have not heard from the store or corporate. I called to see whats going on. Sales dept. told me that there was notes saying that the store manager of the store, Christopher, called me and I said I want to cancel the order... After I heard this, I got extremely frustrated. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was given to the assistant manager instead, Mustapha. He told me corporate is giving me the run around and that they dont cancel orders. One of the two is obviously lying.The moral of this horrible experience is this. The store reps and the corporate reps did not care that I have been a loyal customer to Sprint for 15 years and Im making the switch to Verizon. Nor did they care that I made a payment for 2 devices that cant be offered to me anymore because someone canceled the order without my consent.I am very thankful all this happened before I permanently joined Verizon.On Nov 24th, I called AT&T. I was fortunate to speak with Alex from sales. She was the shining light to my bad experience with Verizon. Her attitude was superb, her understanding of my frustration was much appreciated. I picked a similar plan and same devices for $30.00 less than what I would have been paying at Verizon. The devices were hand delivered and set up at my house on Nov 26th. Verizon just lost a customer that was planning to stay for a lifetime.

Verizon Ford Road Location is by far the worse in the state of Michigan! This is my third day of waiting for my so called same day pick up device! Customer service is by far the worse because everyone in there is clueless. On top of that it took Verizon corporate to personally call them twice and they still havent prepared my device. We will see by the end of this day what will happen. I will post the outcome soon. But this is my first and last time dealing with this location. With this headache I shouldve went with 2 day delivery to my home.

I recently visit this Verizon store to purchase a device as a Christmas gift. I found this specific store to be very dismissive as well as very offensive. After calling to see if the device was in stock and being told that it was I proceeded to pay the store a visit upon arrival I spoke with a women by the name of Katrina. After pulling up my account she then lied to me and told me the phone was not in stock, as well as making a note in my account stating that I was fraud. (Which I can assure you I am not) This forced me to have to call customer care to validate myself when I shouldnt have had too. Speaking with the fraud protection representative to have the hold on my account released infuriated me. However they still attempted to deny me service even after I had been cleared. I felt belittled as if I were dealing with people who were extremely prejudice. The manager Roger gave me a hassle as well and after 2 hours decided to let me purchase the phone they had no longer have in stock. This experience with Verizon has allowed me to make the conscious decision to leave Verizon permanently after my contract comes to an end.

I have dealt with several reps over the years and have had the worst experience. Every time I come in there is a issue. Bought my last 2 tablets and phones now and the Livonia store they are great. The Dearborn store is within minutes from my house. And Id rather drive 20 mins to the Livonia store. Thanks for losing a customer in your store. How does it take over 45min to put someone into nothing with no explanation.
