The big guy who works here made an insulting remark about me when I walked in. He was very sassy and unwelcoming. I wont be back and Im called corporate tomorrow .

Needed a change with my eye wear and decided to try somewhere different. I went to Seen recommended by my eye doctor and was treated like a customer that had been there for over 10 years. Christina is a great salesman she sold me some Cartier frames years ago I just came back to get my lenses fix she was very polite respectful professional, Seen vision could not have hired a better employee. Christina is outstanding.

The eye doctor at Seen Vision was very helpful when assisting with correcting my vision, and also very educational when informing me about the health of my eyes. The eye care team of Patrick and Christine were very knowledgeable about the frames and lenses that I wanted when walking into the store. They both were able to answer any and all questions pertaining to the Cartier brand and also were able to inform me on which Cartier frames fit the look that I was trying to achieve...Can somebody say, Happy Customer! Gentleman was helping me as i browsed the frames and his boss navigated him elsewhere. I received no more assistance from anybody. Needless to say...i was the only customer in the business...and they lost me.

When I arrived for my appointment I didnt have to wait. The Eye Dr. Was great. She gave me the eye exam, then a pair of contacts to use fir a week to make sure they work for me. She also let me try some colored contacts also. (I was able to wear them home). 😎. I return next week to make sure everything is great. I definately recommend Seen Vision Care in Dearborn, MI.

After seeing several eye doctors and out hundreds of dollars, finally! An eye doctor with compassion! She not only made me feel comfortable, I can finally see after nearly 2 yrs. I had to make 3 appointments, each appointment she was determined to help me. At one point I had even asked for a refund. Dr. Baseem Wahab was happy to refund my money but convinced me to let them help me. I have to say, I am extremely grateful! I have been told by previous eye doctors “this is the prescription, you have to get used to it”, even going back again and never feeling comfortable. This place not once made me uncomfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone!Dr. Bussy, hands down #1 eye doctor!!! THANK YOU SEEN VISION CARE!!!
