Poor communication skills. Unprofessional.They didn’t show up at the specified time they gave & I had to call them to see if & when they were coming but no answer. Then rich nonchalantly texts a hour or more after they were supposed to have arrived “we’re coming”. After texting back & forth & a confusing phone conversation I asked for my deposit back. Also, they’re pricey, the entry & security doors with install was over $400- $500 MORE than the few other companies that I contacted after receiving a refund of my deposit from them. Which made me wonder was it their normal rate or was I easy prey. However, The refund process went smooth.

If you need your door fixed, installed, etc.. You need contact to R&R door. I was absolutely please with work the two guys did on my doors. The work performed was awesome and the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend R&R door, they provided top notch service all the way around..

They came out quickly and did a good job but they quoted me one price and then change the price when the job is finished. I find this very unprofessional.

Our 25+ yr old door was on its last leg so I started researching companies in the area to do the replacement. I found R&R and was impressed with the feedback so I called Rich for a quote. Rich and his partner went right to work and in a few hours I had a beautiful, new door on my garage. They took away all the old parts and even vacuumed when they were done. Highly recommend. The main entrance to my business would not close properly and I needed help by the end of the business day. Even though Rich had a full schedule he made it to my location in time to fix the door and was very courteous to my customers as they were coming and going past him.

I couldnt have asked for a more efficient and timely job. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they were at my house Friday afternoon. They are very reasonably priced and do what they say they will do. Would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.

Fast, honest, and fair pricing. My garage door torsion springs snapped. I called Rich and he was out later that day. Springs were replaced in an hr, garage hinges, springs, and chain were freshly lubricated and everything was working perfectly. His pricing is very fair and he takes the time to explain your options to you. If I have any door needs in the future I will have rich take care of them.

Rick did a great job on installing 3 steel entry doors for me to replace older wooden doors. His quote was the lowest I received when pricing the job and his company worked quickly and efficiently. There were a couple minor issues after the job was done and Rick came back and resolved them quickly at no additional cost. Would use these guys again.

Before calling Rich from R&R doors, I had a huge problem with cold air drafts seeping through 2 very old entry doors at my home. Rich and his brother came by to assess my problem and provided me with a solution and the cheapest quote out there. They were very professional and courteous. They installed 2 new entry and storm doors...they worked through a snow storm for me and the work they did is amazing. The new doors look great and more importantly theres NO MORE AIR DRAFTS...I highly recommend R&R for any door problems you may have - they wont let you down. My spring broke on a Saturday when I returned from vacation. I called R&R that day and left a message for a return call Monday morning as my car was stuck in garage. Rich called me back my 11am and said he would be out that afternoon. Even though he was tied up at a job, he texted me updates on his ETA. He was sweet, polite and very thorough. Our garage door wont open. Rich came out and identified the problem and had the springs and rollers to fix it in his van. Within an hour, we were able to get our trapped car out of the garage.

When one spring broke on my door, I literally cold NOT lift it, even after I put it in Manual mode-my car was Trapped! Needless to say, I panicked (because it was already evening time), wondering how I was going to get to work the next day. And after a little bit of research, I called a couple of places, leaving messages on voicemails, praying that they would b diligent in checking and returning calls first thing in the morning. Shockingly, someone did return my call and that someone was Rich with R&R Door--That Night. I was sooo grateful! He was very knowledgeable about his craft (doors, motors, springs, etc) and took the time to explain what happened and what was going to happen. Being in an emergency situation, he could have gone way up on cost. But Instead, He gave me some options and was very honest about their potential consequences (New vs Used vs Total Removal, etc). Regardless of which one I was going to choose, His remedies and quotes were definitely plausible and fair (based on the cost from other installers)!! The next day, as promised, he came prepared to fulfill whichever choice I had made and did not try to pressure me into accepting the higher repair (even though that is what I went with ;-) ). I cant express enough how Rich turned my ordeal into Ideal-and I just want to say how much I appreciate his prices, professionalism, promptness, politeness and attention to detail!! Richard installed a new cable on my garage door. He stayed late into a Friday night, working through a nasty thunderstorm. Even when I suggested he go check on his own house because of the high winds going through the area he opted to continue and finish the project. You dont get service like that from corporate America.
