Misty and Clint helped me out. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the offers available online differ from those in-store. Thus, I wasnt able to set-up a new service agreement during my store visit.

Amazing customer service, I was helped by a representative called Misty, herself and the entire staff were extremely helpful, Ive had a little problem and they were very happy to help me fix it and within a matter of no more than 20 minutes I was on my way with my brand new router. I could not be happier with the service i received from this store. Extremely professional staff, followed health regulations to ensure the safety of both their customers and themselves. No attitudes or anything like that just genuinely nice people. Keep it up yall Ill be giving you my business 👍👍

I wanted to return a device. An employee told me your all set. I told them I need a return proof, they told me no need this will be processed tomorrow at the distribution center. I insisted on a proof then they scanned it in a second and gave me the receipt. There was 4 employees, no other customers!
LOVED the customer service I received today. My rep was VERY COURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! The wait time and transaction time was extremely fast or try saying no wait time. 🤗
I Loved the new location inside the Fairlane Mall as opposed to the old one. However, I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find 18900 Michigan Ave. The store should read at Fairlane Mall in the name. XFINITY @ Fairlane Mall..The service was excellent, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I am technically challenged and I went into this location asking for major help setting up a new mobile account and a new phone. Christian was an absolute Godsend. He answered all my questions, set up my new phone, transferred my account from Sprint,showed me how to work the new phone,transferred all info from my old phone and was extremely patient and professionally helpful. I couldn’t have found a better person to help me. When I found that my car did not recognize my new phone, I went back into the store and Clint immediately offered to come out and set up the phone, Christian was already with another customer. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received‼️

I have been incredibly disappointed with the customer service from xfinity. Their new customer service is great, but once you are signed up, you simply have no way of contacting them except through a robot chat that does not actually answer any questions. They also refuse to apply the student discount to my account.

Location is horrible. Right next door to AMC movie theatres. Getting a parking space was horrible to begin with. Not to mention limited handicapped parking. Definitely missed the mark on this one. Next time you ship equipment without asking, include a postage free box for returns.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! My experience horrible! They boast faster internet speeds with unrivaled download speeds; however, its simply not the case. My Xfinity Advantage as they ironically called it would in fact hit download speeds of 290 MBPS WHEN IT WORKED!!! Service is shared over two cities and drops connection multiple times each day(7-10) each drop lasts for 30 seconds or more. This is an extreme issue if you do anything that requires a stable internet service. They sent technicians out to my house on two different occasions over the span of a month to try to solve the problem. This resulted in them drilling two separate holes in my brick home to run their cable because they claimed it was an RF(radio frequency) issue. Never once were they able to fix their service, stretching technicians appointment out over a span long enough to keep me locked in a contract that would charge me an early disconnection fee for discontinuing services. If you have any other options for internet in your area I would highly suggest perusing those options.

Ya moved like you hidding from your customers. Theres no sign anywhere and hard to contact someone. Bad move horrible. Waisted my time. Then after 40 minutes searching this place they tell me they dont get cash for refills? Really? .... DONT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM COMCAST FROM DAY 1 IS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE. THEY ARE SO LOST AND THEY TREAT YOU LIME THIS IS A HASSLE.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They wanted to charge me an installation fee for an issue at the pole... thats what the almost hundred dollars/month is for. Stay away, they will try to get you to agree to pay for equipment that is their responsibility.
