Hands down one of the best companies in the area! The owner Rachid makes it his business to make sure all parties are happy with the finished product. Reasonable prices and great craftsmanship!I have had this company do a lot of work for me and highly recommend you use them for all your needs; even beyond windows and doors!Prompt communication is also amazing here! I call at least 1-5 times A DAY and my phone calls are always meet with a pleasant greeting. If they miss your call you also get a call back! I had new windows installed and 3 window panes replaced by M&S at my commercial location. The windows took some time to be built and installed however I was very pleased with the entire process from the time they came out to provide the quote through installation. When I had concerns they were addressed immediately and courteously. I am extremely impressed with my new windows and the detail that M&S put into the design and the quality of the work and materials. The installers were very professional and were very responsive to my questions during the install. I can tell this company takes pride in the largest and smallest details by the way they handled all of my inquiries regarding my commercial project. The price was on target with my budget and I had a 2nd company come out to provide me a quote and they looked at the rendering of the windows that M&S provided and said they were impressed thats when I knew I was making the right choice with M&S Windows.

After calling around and recieving many estimates from local window installers I found that this company had the best rates and high quality products compared to the competition.

I regret doing business with them. They lied about everything from start to finish. They gave me some cheap stuff for my drive thru window not what we discussed and the receipt stated what I was suppose to get. Very bad customer service. Stay away! As soon as they get their money they screw you over.
