Appreciate late hours but after 9pm there are no cashiers. There was a long line at the self checkout, it seemed that every customer had problems at every self-register. After 11pm there were still three employees up front. It would have been easy to have one open a standard register.

If this location was still open Id be giving Kroger a lot more of my money, the one across the street is not great and is way too busy, I miss the convenience of this store and this was probably the last surviving example of Farmer Jacks decor

This kroger is mediocre. The service is ok and the store is generally not kept clean. The shelves are stocked but the floors walls and bathrooms are not maintained well.The poultry section has a foul oder which may have something to do with the almost constant outages in the freezers and fridges. I will say I dont see myself returning for anything more than a loaf of bread. Bellow are pictures taken on 8-12-17.

If I could I would give it a zero I order a dark chocolate cake 2 days in advance for my son birthday got a call one hour before pick up and was told rudely that they dont carry dark chocolate cakes so I ended up with no cake for my son birthday very upsetting

Produce is usually moldy. Not much Organic Foods. Low inventory. Great customer service.

This was the best place to shop. Management was excellent, all the employees were friendly and helpful. All the employees greeted you. Such a shame the Kroger is closing this. They need to transplant ALL of these employees to the location across the street which is filled with the worst management and employees.

Great place to shop. They have a variety of fresh produce as well as organic, besides food and dairy products, Kroger offers good quality products for skin and hair care for all ages. I recommend everyone to check it out.

I love this store. Its big, not congested like the one in my area. But, during my visit today, I couldnt find the trail mix. I asked a worker, he didnt know what I was talking about.

The Westborn store used to be one of the nicest to shop in. Now it is one of the dirtiest. The whole store and parking lot are always a nasty mess (carts are always out in the lot too) and don’t ever use their bathroom.

Friendly, pretty clean. Soda and chips in the same isle, and close to the beer isle, which is very convenient! Bottle return at the entrance, which is WAY better than walking through the store with a cart full of returnables.

Please hire baggers. It’s awful to make your cashiers take the brunt of this pandemic and be the front line while doing it alone. You’re having shoppers wait 30 minutes to cash out and it’s your cashier that’s suffering. People over profits.

Kroger management has neglected this store .... I feel for the poor check out personnel. Why do the only have 2 cashiers working 1 bagger and 1 cashier watching 3 out of 4 (1 not working) self check out. Why not get rid of the 10 check out lanes they have and install 4 or even 8 more (hopefully functional) self checkout lanes so your customers dont have to wait in line for an hour.

Not a very big selection of items. They dont sell Boars Head lunch meat which is a bummer. MUCH cleaner and a friendly staff, unlike the Kroger across the street!!

Everything I need all the time. Not as big as the one across the street from it. When I dont have time to be in crowded lines.

In this location earlier today. The produce department was disgusting with moldy and rotten cucumbers,wilted lettuces and greens and a complete lack of cleanliness. I will not be shopping this Kroger again. Yuck!!!

I usually shop at the Kroger across the street. It seems brighter and cleaner. Theres also more products to select from.

Kroger is closing this store on Saturday. I’ve been shopping here since it took over Farmer Jack location. Friendliest staff and very clean store. What is wrong with Kroger for making bad choice to close. They should close the one across the street south of Michigan. Unfriendly staff and if you can pass the frozen fish section without gagging from the he smell your ok. Only been there 3 times and won’t shop there. Meijers will be my shopping choice as it has been secondary to Kroger but no more. I wish you he staff luck in their new locations. Others will certainly benefit having you there.

I was please that there was an express check out line. The line was quick, fast and Kim was wonderful she was very helpful she smiled all the time and she was a pleasing and charming personality. Im from out of town but come to the area often. I was pleased with my experience and I will definitely come back to 23000 Kroger in Dearborn again. If not for the produce, just to say Hi to Kim. She made my day!

Great supermarket and staff is very nice. They have clean isle ways and always stock the freshest foods. Less snooty than the kroger across the street on south michigan ave.

Wow two Krogers on each side of the street! This one is the smaller of the two, but it does not feel like it from the good selection of goods they carry. Customer service reps are happy and helpful!

Even though i was shopping on the last day of a 3 day sale they still had a good variety of the sale items left at this location .

Its a solid option, however the Kroger across the street has more diverse products. They do mix and match beer 6 packsc though, which is great.

I never quite understood why there are two Kroger stores right across the street from each other. This one is usually less busy and frequented by older adults and single women. The prices are ok and the selection is better than Aldi but the produce always seems to be two days from going bad. If it were not for the eye candy that comes to this store and some of the other locals i would probably come here less often.

I was at this store returning some ground beef from the recall I didn’t feel comfortable eating it after it made my mother sick the lady at the front desk Kathy was really rude about it and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the only manager on duty I don’t appreciate the way things was handled this is pecrisely why I don’t shop at this particular kroger but it’s closest to my home correct this please

Visit this Kroger only if you are looking for liquor. Pricey compared to the one across the street or Dearborn Kroger. I wonder why they run two Krogers 500 meters away?!

Mens bathroom stinks and dirty... Shelves half empty all the time. nobody to cash you out. The shelves of filthy with dust and dirt. And if you need a shopping cart you going to have to go get one out in the parking lot.

Go to the Kroger across the street. Larger selection of food and better produce. This place is dirty as heck.

I had a coupon for some new Vita fruit Liquor. The coupon was 30 dollars off two bottles. When I went to the checkout they refused to honor the coupon. The went to the point to accused of printing the coupons and trying to pass bad coupons. The said they would call the cops on us. We have had nothing but problems with some Krogers and others are wonderful... But not this one.

Always good selection and easier to access and love the beautiful Jamika at check out. Very kind professional young woman! I reccomend seeing going to this Kroger over westborn mall for easier access. They do NEED MORE plastic and can return units! Away from the door ad well. Othet then that 10 out of 10

This is store isnt very busy so you think they would treat customers good instead I got coke vendor completely block aile seen me and moved his cart only when I said something, bakery lady dismissed us when I said Id just buy a discount cake as it will be ate tommorow and then 2 lanes open plus self check out one person in regular so I asked the 12 items or less if it was ok I come through her line as I had a lot she said thats fine then when i put it all up there she made a fuss about it being 12 items or less no one is shopping here this early no one waiting behind me I asked first why say something when Im half way through checking out.

This is my favorite Krogers (of the three within few miles!) Nice staff,size of store,produce fresh, good variety of products especially appreciate the growing choices of organic items

I am not a native Dearbornite but I can remember when this store was a Farmer Jack and the Marshals across the street was a Kroger. Then Farmer Jack went bankrupt and Kroger bought the store. And someone at the Kroger central office in Livonia had the bright idea of vacating the Marshals space to build a collosal mega-Kroger on the opppsite end of the mall. Thus began the era of Big Kroger or Kroger South and Kroger North because they are literally right across the street from each other. People who dont want to shop in a Wal-mart sized grocery store, who only need a few items and who want to quickly get in and get out shop at this Kroger, affectionately called Kroger Jack.

Smaller Kroger, easy to get in and find what you need and get out, not nearly as busy as the one across the street, more open parking also.

I will never purchase from the bakery again. I ordered a cupcakes for my birthday which were a waste of my money because the cupcakes were old as hell. I called the bakery and got hung up on. Terrible.
