One of the better organized & stocked stores. It has all the usual, and then a bit more. Checkout lines always seem busy and a little backed up, but the cashiers are quick and efficient. Definitely out classes the other hardware store next door.

By far the worst Place to shopjust bought a tool still in the box 2 days agocan not return no receipt even though I gave her my number and credit card I used when Purchaseher response our system not sophisticated enough to keep trackgo to home Depot go to Lowes go anywhere you still have an option to return watch what you buy dont do it very unfriendly place try ask question they stair at you like I dont Know with a look or never offer help

I love this place, affordable tools when you need them, friendly staff always. People say its cheap tools or poorly made. I say everywhere and everything isnt for everyone. Besides even Milwaukee break and burn out.

Harbor Frieght was great. Went to purchase an industrial fan. Only one left.The associate and cashier (both females) were very kind and helpful. The associate put the fan in the car for me. I apolize for not getting their names. I will return. Thank you ladies for your assistance. You made my day.

Excellent staff, great service and they actually help you take idems to your automobile if necessary.

Normally I get great help but this time . I dont know if it will work. The worker threw it in the vehicle on top of a dolly which was on the side he just threw it in and still with no reguard. I know my dolly is broken and I dont know if the jack is yet but I might have to return it

This place is awesome they have every tool you need to work on your car or fix your house i like coming here when ever i need a tool specially when the tools have life time warranty

Customer service is excellent, the location is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality of the bed.

I lose alot of tools, this is the perfect place to keep stocked up on miscellaneous tools.

Nothing wrong with this company, they have good deals on reputable products but the parking is atrocious. Not worth risking a flat, visiting this locale. Parking lot potholes EVERYWHERE!

I was at the door and there was 2 customers inside I need jumper starter the manager won’t even bother to help out I understand it was 2 minutes after 6 but I new exactly what I needed I told him please I need to get my car to run I have to work early in the morning but no luck he could help if he wants be he doesn’t even botherI’ll spend my money somewhere else even if I have to drive more

Its harbor freight, you strike at the right time you can save some doe!.The green folding chair! Love it at its sale price! Bauer cordless power tools are fantastic for the price, I have there 20v hammer drill I chose it over Dewalt or porter cable. I have to much tested experience with ridged power tools & not nearly enough time with this Bauer hammer drill for me to think about a comparison. And their new hand tool line it make to compete with snap on, Ive spoken with a few snap on snobs that said yes there very good in a flat voice.They were holding back.

Not a bad store, C grade tools many you might get more than a couple uses from. The parking lot has broken glass and pot holes type craters all over it and the police are so bored they cruise the lot looking for illegal parked cars.

Called them before I went. Told them I wanted a large drill bit that fits IN A DRILL that will drill holes for fence poles. They assured me they had 2 6 and 8 bits that fit in drill for $64. They wasted my time. Only had auger with motor runs off gas for $250 with 6 auger bit and another $64 for 2 bit. Items there look cheaply made.

Cant remember Cashiers name but she is super nice and genuine. I prayed for her and her family to get through these hard times.

Theres probably bigger locations but as for my first time going inside its like wonderland of tools. I dont know the quality of all the tools offered at crazy low prices but wow very organized. I had to make a return and it was quick and easy. Very impressive if the merchandise matches the service. Ill be returning for more.

Lines a mile long. Manager standing there greeting ppl get behind a counter dude. Left my stuff and bounce to ace hardware next door.

Spent $700 on press machine and welder also tools today customer service was at worse couldnt get help.

Good customer service, excellent pricing. They have a good inventory to select from on various items. Seems to be cross between the Big Chain store and Local Hardware store.

Cmon, weekday morning at a hardware store. 1 min of shopping, 10 min standing in line. 1 cashier, to take email and addresses while answering the phone, and checking everybody out. Saw two people walking around texting, does this store have a manager?

I witnessed Kim the manager belittle her colleagues in conversation. She is also excessively rude to customers as she was to me. Kim should be in no position to interact with clients or cast orders to staff. I refuse to shop at a store with such a hostile presence. Be polite or dont work with people.

This place is great. What I need at half the price because of the name.

Love Harbor Freight. If you need cheap decent tools this is the place. If you work with your hands for a living this might not be quite the quality you need but for home projects why spend more. The air compressor I purchased 6 years ago is still going strong and has a lot of use on it even in super cold temps.

They have cheap stuff, most of its decent.

Man...Got there and asked an employee where I could find an item, but the facial impression I got from this employee was unnerving. Later while another customer asked about locating an item, this same employee obliged but made it known that he was getting off work. Four stars is based on the item I bought on sale: maybe five had the employees attitude didnt appear so negative.

Only one of the cashiers is wearing a face mask with her nose sticking out and the other one isnt wearing hers at all, unless you count around the neck. Other employees throughout the store were wearing their masks incorrectly or not at all. Great store with great prices and typically great service but not a safe place to shop during a pandemic

Went in to buy a wheeled tongue jack for my trailer ended up buying that and a 3 gallon pancake air compressor that was 60% off that day

Pricing and customer service is good. Most items are in usually in stock. (COVID-19 has disrupted so much lately.) I particularly like the discount coupons thats available via product-sales paper or email.

Great knowledgeable staff. I went in search of some really random items for my Dad. Even with my limited descriptions the Manager did a fantastic and very patient job of getting me what I needed. Sadly I do not remember her name but she was awsome.

Hard to complain, this places thrives on legends and infamy. My best suggestion is watch youtube and read the reviews. Some of this stuff is really good for the money, some of it is exactly what youd expect for the price. Id rate this location a 3 like I usually would HF but they had what I needed and was cool about holding it while I traveled to get it.
