Dr. Waitzman is a good doctor and is a very patient and caring man. My 89 year old mother is his patient, and he is so calm, patient and caring with her. I really appreciate his concern for my mom. Good staff too. They all are very friendly.
Money hungry! Dr. Waitzman looked inside my nose by a small scope in his hand. A quick peak, didnt take more than one minute for both sides combined. Mind you that was first time at the clinic. They called it a scope test and billed an additional charge of $600!! Thats on top of clinic visit charges! $600 to look inside my nose with a small manual scope in his hand.

I used to love this doctors office for almost 20 years I have been seeing dr waitzman, up until about 3 years ago, I became disabled and they no longer accepted my insurance. But instead of going and finding another dr I decided I would scrimp and save every penny to self pay because I trusted this man and his practice that much.Not anymore.Three seperate times I have gone to this office and paid in full before I could even be seen by the dr only to get sent ANOTHER BILL in the mail, not once but three times now!! Even after calling the billing Dept directly and getting assurances it was a mistake I get another notice a few months later but now its a collections agency. Keep in mind I am disabled and now poor, I skipped eating for days out of each week to save $85 for my last office visit, office only, no procedure just a 10 min visit, I paid $85 out of pocket, asked directly, is this the whole bill? Im not going to get another one in the mail, Im self pay you remember? Yes sir Mr Kelly all paid up. Well today 4 days later I got another bill for $70 for .... You guessed it the same office visit! So now a 10 min sit down costs $155?????? Thats theft. If they dont want me as a patient after 20 years just tell me I WILL find another dr if I have to but dont steal from me I cant afford it anymore 😥, if they are doing this to me I wonder what they are doing to the people that dont look close enough...I will post pictures of my PAID receipt and the new bill when I get a chance as proof this is not just a troll.

I was very happy with Dr Lopatin. I had to do a stat appt that he wasnt available for. Dr Waitzman saw me, He cleaned one ear out and looked in my nose with his headlight.He puffed stuff in my nose and left the room.when he came back, I left.I got a bill for $260 saying he did a nasalscopy.He did not, and I got the run around.After that, Dr Lopatins care for me was almost non existent. Very disappointing.

The office staff is very friendly and professional over the phone and in person. Dr. W is kind and very experienced professional. He takes his time to explain things to you so you understand, as well as clearly explaining options for treatment, and non-treatment. I absolutely feel like I made the right choice in selecting this office to be my ENT (from support staff to Doctor). They make you feel like you count to them, and not just another patient.
The first time I called no one answered the phone. I had to call back. The lady that answered the phone put me on hold and then came back on the line. She was rude and lazy- even encouraging me to go to another practice because she couldn’t get me in for a few weeks. (I didn’t complain or say anything about the time frame) she reluctantly collefted my information to set up the appointment and then told me I’d need to go back to my primary care doctor to get a copy of a referral because they don’t get their fax....doesn’t seem to be my problem. Not a good impression so I will go and get another referral from my primary care to another practice.
I cannot say enough good things about this office! The front desk was professional and knowledgeable. Amber at the front desk went above and beyond to help me when I was misdiagnosed at the hospital. Dr Lopatin took great care of me and I am very confident in his medical expertise. Would highly recommend them to anyone with ear, nose, throat issues!!

I can hear now!I knew this was going to be a great experience from the start. The moment I walked into this place, I was treated with so much kindness and respect. From the staff to the doctors, everyone was at the top of their game.Being in the music industry, my hearing is very important to me.I could tell Dr. Waitzman could sense my concerns and addressed them with a high level of professional courtesy. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor and that definitely helped ease my nerves.Dr. Lopatin was the one doing my procedure and I immediately saw that he was very experienced and he had me out of the office in less than an hour!I cant recommend this practice enough, 5 stars all around. 👍🏻
COMPASSIONATE-VERY KNOWLEDGABLE- AND THOROUGHI had a parotid mass that increased in size so it was time to remove it. Dr Lopatin and Dr Waitzman were able to do the surgery in 2 weeks and took the extra steps to make sure any possible complications were addressed and minimized. I was able to smile after surgery, which meant the nerve was fine that ran through the mass. My biggest fear of having the mass removed was facial paralysis. Dr Lopatin had a NIM machine for me during the surgery. If you are ever having facial surgery. Google ‘NIM nerve detection’. That could mean the difference if you smile again or not.
When I was pregnant with my oldest, I was referred to go be seen by an ENT. I researched and they came up at the top of the good reviews. They were expedient and very professional and identified what was wrong immediately.

I was a new patient here and the front desk ladies were extremely rude to me and I was not even seen due to them not telling me I needed to bring in something over the phone.
