We have been using this storage facility since 2018. Narissa has been awesome! She is always very professional, positive, thorough, and friendly. She even came in on her day off to get our paperwork filed so we could move into our larger unit. She is great.

I can not get a hold of anyone just messages and no one has called me back I cant even get in my storage and this been going on for months. Poor costumer service I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This place has no customer service. Office hours mean nothing and no one answers or returns phone calls. Half the people I run into trying to get my stuff have the same issue. Gate codes dont work and no one around to assist you. Dont waste your time and money!!

I definitely recommend this location. The manager Lisa was very patient and helpful through the entire process. I made a reservation online today and went in to view and pay for my storage. I had a Zoom call that caused me to be late. Then got caught by a train on the way into the location.The manager Lisa was very understanding and went out of her way to accommodate us. Great customer service.

I came in to view a unit with my mom & the manager Narissa was a excellent help in explaining the pricing & details. Even though we did not get the unit the young lady was very professional & helpful.

The storage facility was absolutely wonderful. Lisa was very helpful and courteous. She showed me two units that would be suitable for me. She was patient while i made my decision. The process from the beginning to the end was very simple and quick. The facility is nice and clean and maintained well. I would highly recommend this place if you need short term or long term storage. A+

WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS FACILITY! I have 8 storage units located in the metro Detroit area and HAVE NEVER been treated so poorly! I was unable to access the driveway due to construction on Trowbridge. I called multiple times over 3 months, and left a message every time without a return call. I called again last week and got in touch with Lisa, who gave me alternate directions on how to access the facility. I tried again, but was STILL not able to get in because the street name she gave me DOESNT EXIST!. I called again this morning and was given more directions- BOTH times she gave me directions she gave me the WRONG street name, but she knows there is access to the facility. She suggested that I tell the construction workers to move so I can access their facility because they cannot deny us access. However, my employees are in large vehicles and stated they couldnt drive on the street at all. Lisa also stated that we are the only company that has experienced this issue. When I asked for a refund for the last 3 months since I was unable to use my unit- she told me she couldnt refund me that I would have to contact corporate. I asked her to have someone call. I received a call quickly which I was optimistic about. The District Manger is Aaron. I do not know why he called me... He had obviously spoken to Lisa before calling me.He stated that it is not their fault, and they hold no responsibility for notifying their customers about construction and the LACK OF ACCESS to their facility. When I asked for a refund he told me I should contact the city and SUE THEM! Are you kidding me? I feel that I should have been notified!!! AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! He stated that access changes daily and he doesnt believe he should tell us where to enter because OTHER PEOPLE figure it out on their own. I have cancelled my storage unit with them and WILL NEVER rent from them again. I invite anyone else from corporate to contact me to provide solutions. NEVER USE THEIR FACILITY! THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have moved to a local unit for LESS MONEY with 24/7 access. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Lisa was very helpful and very professional and is a nice person to do business with. The paperwork didnt take any time at all and I was all moved in to my new storage unit in no time. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking to store their belongings.

I rented a small room for $110 at 5 pm and canceled the rental the second day at 2 pm which was less than 24 hours. Guess what? They refused to give me my money back, and they said that this is what they have in their policy.They should have at least have the 24 hours policy which most of the places have, you cant loos your money just like that.It is not fair at all, and I dont recommend it unless you really need to rent with them and there were no other places to go.I asked them to postpone the rental until two months from now, they also refused?????

*UPDATE*Lisa addressed these issues in an expeditious fashion and I am pleased in that aspect. Still displeased that the company would not adjust my rent back to the price I was paying initially.Lisa’s great and all but that isn’t enough to compensate for the unexpected $10 monthly increase and the fact that there is only one cart to utilize for the whole facility.

First time renting storage space, so I was a little nervous. Lisa was an absolute dream, answered the majority of my questions before Id even asked them, and made me feel entirely at ease during the process. Facility is incredibly clean, with elevator and dolly access for even more convenience moving in. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Satisfied customer!

The best thing in this facility is Lisa. She is a dedicated, polite, helpful, professional human being and I’ve enjoyed working with her. The rest is really just a storage facility!

Trina was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave my wife and her baby sister a water bottle to help with the heat. The prices are pretty good, the facilities are clean and temperature controlled, and Trina even kept my wife and I in mind when someone left furniture to the company because they couldnt take it with them.

This review is based on the pricing and customer service I received before leasing space. Raj and everyone else I spoke with throughout the process were super helpful and polite. I called around and visited other storage facilities, but this location offered the best pricing and was cleanliest. My only criticism is that they cap insurance at $5k and the payment date is locked - you cant pick your payment date. Other companies allow you to pay a pro-rated rate if you move your Auto-pay date to a date after the 1st.

I was sent to Dearborn by Trina to look at a unit because she did not have the deal I was looking for. Caroline was very helpful in showing me the different sizes. even though I did not rent I would recommend this it is very clean and the unit are all climate controlled.

I opened up a storage unit and I was assisted by Lisa who went out of her way to make my experience very pleasant and she was very helpful. The lock had a bur and was not opening well, but Lisa found the maintenance man, and he fixed the lock while I waited. The whole process was done in a timely manner and with extreme professionalism. Ive been with Public Storage for 2 years now. I havent experienced anything but quality service and professional staff. Everyone there is very helpful to my needs, even going above the call of duty to support in any way they can. If not for the property manager Heather, I would have left months ago because of Public Storages policies and restrictions not being geared towards businesses and our needs. However, Heather and Dottie help to circumvent a lot of my issues with the overall system. As long as this staff is there, Ill be there!

Came in to ask a few questions about a storage unit and saw Hailey and Stefanie one was out clearing the pathway from the snow and making sure the handicap parking spot was cleared for the elderly while the other was inside helping and answering all my questions. Both ladies have great customer service definitely a 5+ star review for these ladies! Keep up the good work!

This location has the best customer service! Nina assisted me, she was very patient and understanding of my situation and the urgency of me getting a storage unit. I had a house fire Monday and she did whatever it took to make sure i left as a happy and satisfied customer. She even stayed pass the closing time until i was complete. One of the cleanest storage facilities in SE Michigan. Stephanie and Hailey are always cleaning and taking care of customers. When I was selecting a unit to rent, they took all the time I needed to make sure I was in the right unit for my needs. They went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it. Went into the location last week to check on pricing for a unit. Which they did not have the size I needed but the lady Trina was very helpful and asked if I would like her to check at other locations to see if they had a unit available. This location is very convenient to me so I wanted it here so I told her I would wait. She is a very nice women and hope she is there when they do have the size I need.

My boyfriend was sent here by Trina in Taylor for a storage unit for a 1.00 special the other day and Lisa is the most nicest lady. She is very kind. Place was very clean looks like a good place to rent.

Heather made the process of finding and reserving a storage unit during a long distance move a very quick and easy process. She was very helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and made me feel confident that her team at Public Storage would be able to assist in safely storing my belonging despite any difficulties in scheduling of cross-country movers. When I arrived at Public Storage Heather took the time to walk me and my husband through the storage facility and demonstrate how to access our unit and made filling out the paperwork to reserve our unit a breeze! My unit was clean and very easy to access and Heather was great about letting us know that she’d be available to help if we had any questions or concerns in the future. I’d highly recommend this storage facility!

The storage facility itself is a nice, clean location. My family and I feel that our belongings are in safe hands here. However in the customer service department, we find it wanting. When we call, nobody answers. When we leave a message, nobody calls back. To get simple questions and issues solved regarding billing, and other such related is like pulling teeth. We are not pleased a bit this at all. In a place where we pay our hard earned monry to store and keep safe our belongings, it feels frustrating and inconsiderate, as well as inconvenient to be ignored like this.

The staff is fantastic! Especially Lisa. She thoroughly explained everything and showed me around the building.However, my first experience last night wasnt too pleasant because I had to wait around for a large cart to move my boxes.Sheila explained that the last few were stolen so the storage facility only had one card! I hope your corporation reads this and supply more carts in the near future. Perhaps they can be secured to the wall with chain and lock, and the customer can go into the office and retrieve the key for moving, and return after theyve finished.

I made an online reservation on a Saturday around 3pm for a storage unit, and almost immediately after I hit the reserve button I got a phone call from Hailey confirming which unit and arrival time. I was really impressed with how quickly I was contacted, it was almost like I was directly linked to thier system with a person ready and waiting to help.I showed up about 30 minutes before the location closed. Again, Hailey was AWESOME! She was very friendly and professional. I needed to switch up the original size of space, without any issue she showed me one that would work. After everything was throughly explained, I was out of the door before they closed at 5pm.This location is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The rates are comparable and cheaper than most locations around the area. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.
