We were newlyweds on a weekend getaway in Midtown and had a flat tire Friday night. I mounted the spare and went to the website to make an appointment, but there were none available for Saturday morning. I took a chance and was at the dealership when they opened. Great experience at Stivers. Ryan and Tony were extremely helpful in making the process quick and efficient. If you are looking for a place to get your car worked on and are tired of all the dealerships going out of their way to prove how despicable and true all the stereotypes about being taken advantage of and/or charged a premium, then you should definitely come here. I always wondered why my mom was so fanatical about Stivers until I bought t first Subaru and experienced their next level service for myself. Every time I come in, I can expect honesty, great communication, and to be treated like family. One of the first times I came in, I needed a battery for the 2016 Outback I had just bought used. When the job was done and it was time to pay, Anthony told me he had done some research and found that the previous owner had bought this battery within the warranty period (almost 3 years) and that they honored the warranty and my battery was free of charge. Who does that?! Another time I came and bought a new set of tires for the Certified Used 2018 Outback, and after I had paid and left, Marc called me on the phone and told me that all new Subarus get a complimentary alignment within the 3 yr/36K mi warranty period, and that he had looked through the previous records on my car and noticed that has never been used by previous owners and gave me a refund for the alignment!These are just two stories. I have so many more. Because, these guys are out to earn your trust and operate from a place of integrity that you won’t find anywhere else. (I’ve tried)

Overall, really great first experience. Went in to have my used 2014 Outback checked out, they did what I asked, no pressure and they had me in and out in about an 1 and a half. Anthony was kind, responsive, texted me every step of the way and kindly scheduled me to have the repairs taken care of. I enjoy working with Micaela; this time it was to get my windshield replaced. She is prompt returning calls, answers my questions, keeps me updated. The technicians are skilled. This is my second windshield replacement (need tarps over those loads on the road!); no leaks, and the cameras, etc. work fine. Took my Subaru in for minor maintenance. Had a previous bad experience at another Atlanta Subaru dealership and never went back. Car needed oil and had a squeaking noise while turning and occasionally braking. Nervous that they would try to make it out to be a bigger problem than it actually was (like many other dealerships are notorious for). Jesse did the work and the car ran and sounds great after. Just needed front brakes and oil. Rowe helped me out and didn’t try to do anything that wasn’t necessary. Will return for other work.

Rowe Hicks was our advisor and he was great at keeping me well informed. The car wash was also greatly appreciated. Work was done on time and seems to have resolved my issue.

I have never had worse service! I was stranded on the interstate and called to see if I could have my car looked at if I towed it there. They said that it was fine and they would see me when I arrived. I towed my car there at an expense of 200+ dollars. When I arrived no one was there to greet me. So I had to hunt someone down. When I finally found someone they informed me that they were closing in 40 minutes and could look at my car till Monday. I explained that I talked to someone on the phone about my situation and that it would be looked at when I arrived, he said there was nothing he could do about it. The whole time this conversation was happening he never got off his chair. I told him that I was stranded out of state and had no place to go, and was ignored. As a veteran, I am astounded at how incompetent and unprofessional this shop was. I still love Subaru but this store should be ashamed of how they conducted themselves.

We had a great experience working Anthony Pitillo our Stivers Subaru service manager. There was a weird setting on the vehicles that other dealerships swore didnt exist, one even charged us $150 for doing the research. Fortunately, Id seen the setting described in Subaru online forums. But the crew at Stivers knew about the setting and were able to make the change. Even though there is a closer dealership to our home well keep making the trip to see Anthony and all the great folks at Stivers. FYI, that where to purchased our 2020 Outback too!

They set me up with James Smith, and my experience with James was hands down the best car buying experience Ive had. The previous experiences have been pretty rough, so much so that my wife wont come along anymore, but after hearing about James, she said she hopes we buy another Subaru from him! James went above and beyond in terms of finding the car, talking through the safety features with me, and was patient and not pushy at all. On top of that, the dealership is incredibly clean and has great amenities. That may not seem like an important aspect since youre buying a car, but if you have to lounge for a little bit, or want some coffee, the little things add up in my opinion. I think its safe to say were probably going to get another Subaru, and well definitely be going to Stivers again!

He sold both my daughter and I cars within a 24 hour period and handled the whole process in an honest, caring snd straight forward way.

Just got my car serviced at Stiver’s. It was my first time at this dealership and it was a fantastic experience—exactly the kind of friendly atmosphere and level of service that I’d expect from Subaru. Love this brand and the store lives up to it.

This place is disappointing. Originally met with James who seemed helpful and told us to call the next day at 8am to place a deposit on a vehicle because it was “close to closing time”- when we called to put our deposit down on the vehicle at 8am none of our calls were answered or returned. After multiple calls we were told the quote we were given was no longer valid because someone offered more money for the car and they could not honor the quote THEY gave us. After that no other questions were answered and the GM was completely rude. Definitely do not recommend trying to buy a vehicle from them!!!

I had a routine 6,000 mile service check-up on my Forester and it was a great experience. Adam did the service and was friendly and helpful. The whole experience was easy to book and it was great!
