If you plan to buy anything online from them you better only do it when they are open and hope customer support is not busy. They only allow a 45 minute time period to cancel an order and if they are closed or support is busy then to bad for you. Never ordering online from here again.

Very polite and prompt my order was ready and waiting when I walked in the door. Didnt even take the thirty minute wait it said it would b uh ordering online. No hassles in and out the door with the parts I ordered.

I like Advance Auto Parts as far as the prices go but they have a lot of people that are kind of lazy that dont help you so you have to ask or just holler for them thats what I do

Online ordering and in store pick up is highly convenient. Usually always 10-25% coupon discount codes when ordering online for in store pickup. Didnt give 5 stars because the last 3 times ordering online they didnt have product ready. Website states ready in 30min, after ample times of up to 1- 1 1/2 hours, they claimed the didnt see the pick ticket. Other than that smooth process.

Shop online to get discounts and pick up in store is my preference. They always have my parts waiting.
