I have an old car (1993 Oldsmobile), but I took it there to get fixed and the car developed new problems after being their. Okay so I try to get that fixed and they started a fire trying to fix my heater, and now killed my blower motor and another unit too. It is strange something else breaks down when they working on my car. They told me reason, its a old car, but every time they work on it, something else happens to my car while they try to fixing it. The owners sister at desk is very-very rude. I told her I am rating them a one star, she told me she was going to see me in court! I should see them in court from starting a fire to my car. They says they have an electrical specialities, so why the FIRE! I lost a lots of money their, left in fear that they will do more damage. Yes I am taking them to BBB too. No, give them -5 negative star rating, if i could!!! The possible positive rating are from family, so dont be fooled!

I myself and family and friends have been going to E.S. for over 25 years and I have had issues with this family run business. I will continue to recommend people to Engine Specialist. ONE LUV Dewight and Annette. Everyone may have a bad day but we need their services, so it also how we approach the situation of being upset because your vehicle is broken or not working properly.

The lady I talked to was very rude and condescending. It seemed she was more concerned with her sharing her personal feelings and insulting my intelligence. If she had simply given her professional opinion (assuming she had one) in a more courteous manner, the only thing I asked her for in the first place, perhaps I wouldve considered doing business with this company. Oh well...

Got my car worked on by Engine specialist they were courteous and my car ran great and the price was great as well.

Dont deal with the office manager. She is extremely rude and will drive this business into the ground. She thinks because it is her brother business, and she pays the bills that she can talk to people any kind of way (per her words, I would not have known this). She has no self control, and get mad before the customers. She has the worst customer service, and this why people always feel that it is hard to work with black people. My previous experience went much better because I was working with the owner and not her. If you need to do business here speak with the owner, or take your business on somewhere else.

Unprofessionally ran business!!! I was disrespected and cursed at by an employee who scratched the screen of my radio while retrieving my keys that had been locked in my car by one of the mechanics. This business held my car hostage for 3 days without calling and giving me a status update. The owner is too busy to communicate with customers. My car was at this shop for 3 days and is now in worst condition than before. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Next time I see these people it will be in court!

Do not take your car here the owner is full of ish and your car will not be fixed properly . I dropped my car off to have a oil leak repaired on my vehicle and he had my car there for over a month . When I got it back it still had leaks and it leaked worse . He has to many uncertified mechanics working there and to much drama going on up there as well . And they are overpriced. Highly unprofessional
