Horrible management and customer service!!! Went to get my brakes changed and after they were done my car was even more messed up, I can’t drive it now. Instead of taking ownership and trying to be understanding of the situation, they made it seem like I was lying and the manager walked away from me. They even drove the 30 minutes to my Nissan dealership to have them be told what I was telling them in the first place. Very unhappy customer and will never recommend or go there again. Just slimy people looking to take your money. Going to get in touch with corporate to see who can help me because this locations manager is ridiculous. Rude rude rude!!! If you have a car newer than 1990 don’t take it here y’all.

Really good. I have been here with several different vehicles taking care of catalytic converter replacements and flex pipes and muffler replacements, they are excellent welders, never had any issues and they have great prices.

OMG.. The service was prompt and inexpensive.. had to get 2 catalytic converters for my truck today. Failed emissions. Dude was super cool..if u have emissions issues.. take it to Mighty Muffler on Memorial Dr in Decatur!

I went for my inspection and the guy was eating and asked me to come back in 10 minutes. I went to get my car washed and it took a little longer than 10 minutes. I returned at 3:48p.m. They told me they were closed. He said they closed at 4. I told him he told me to come back and it was only ten til 4. He then said he was sorry about that and turned and walked off

Theyre amazing and polite and make sure you understand what theyre doing. Ive taken my car two times to them and each time they took care of my baby with no issues and theyre pretty affordable compared to other shops

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this place is !!! Told me my Catalytic Converter was bad and when I went to a different place they said my Catalytic Converter is perfectly fine. Went back to tell him and I saw a huge pile of Catalytic Converters that he was selling.

I went there to get a diagnostic of a problem with my truck running like a diesel truck and it shouldnt be doing that at all. They check it after I arrived and in less than ten minutes it was on a rack being diagnosed. The mechanic used a piece of equipment that seems to have found the problem. I really hope that this is the problem. I will be back to get it fixed hopefully by this weekend.

I have been to this location of Mighty Muffler several times. I was highly satisfied with the work done on my car and the price of any needed repairs.

The car was inspected for the problem and a price was quoted. There was no surprises when the car was repaired and picked upon time.

Went there today to help my brother replace his exhaust pipe, very affordable, fast and good work. They fixed it in about 45 mins and helped us with another piece that really needed replaced.

Wherever you take your car do not go to this Mighty Muffler these people dont know what the hell they be doing plus they will jack the price up to try to rip you off,they be having crackheads working on your car
