Got a flat tire while driving on 285 today and after searching online for a while, came across Jacks on google. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I got. Everyone was extremely nice and they got a replacement tire on my car in less than 30 minutes. Very fast, friendly, and affordable.

The staff is very courteous and professional. Ive only been here twice and both times I have been satisfied with my experience. The only reason that I didnt give it five stars is because they gave me 2 plugs for a slow leak that I had in one of my tires. The guy didnt tell me he was plugging the tire nor did he show me where the leak was coming from ( where the plugs were needed). I would have preferred to pay for another tire rather than get 2 plugs. But as I said earlier, the customer service was great, so I will definitely be returning there for any future needs.

Ive been patronizing this spot for a long time but today was a little different. I went and got 2 tires, and the guy who took care of me was perfect. It was the lady who cashed me out that rubbed me the wrong way. Im assuming I offended her and the older lady in the waiting area because I had my mask on the whole time...... oh and I sanitized my hands. When she gave me my receipt she made it a point to say everyone was vaccinated in there. I not only have my mask on for me but for other people as well. Little does she know I have a sister who stays with me that just got over Covid AFTER being vaccinated!!!! Respect peoples decisions to be cautious and maybe say something to the kids running in and out the door blowing their nose and not washing their hands. 🙄

I rarely give mechanic shops a good rating. I find that most try to rip me off because I am a (female) However from day one, the owner welcomed and embraced me as if I were family. Not only was he personable but also knowledgeable. The prices are extremely fair and I dont feel like I have to brake an arm and a leg. I feel comfortable bringing and servicing my vehicle here.

I went to this shop on 7/15 and expressed I needed 2 tires. I was told they only had 1. The tire the young man provided had a nail in it. I brought it too the man’s attention that the tire had a nail in it. I proceeded to leave and was stopped by another gentleman. I explained why I was leaving, he told me to wait. He then came back to tell me he had a tire.7/16 - I returned to shop because my low pressure light was on. I bought another tire and they fixed tire that was causing the low pressure light.7/17 - low pressure light is back on. I returned to shop for them repair again.7/18 - I’m stranded on the side of road with a flat tire. Someone stopped to help me only to find out my key lock has been stripped.

All the employees I dealt with were polite and professional. Although they were busy they did their best to provide quick service.

The Manager was very nice and friendly. It was customer appreciation day. They offered me free water and soda. Its a family owned business. They checked my tire and put air in it for free. Its a family owned business.

Best used tire place in the Eastside. Open on Sundays which was a blessing due to my circumstance. Stayed open late to take care of me. Ed is the manager and he will take care of you.

Took almost 48 hours to do a 2 hour job, no one ever called. Told me it was ready and it wasn’t. He talked to me any kind of way and they are very u professional, they made me go to the bank and get cash and they have a working credit machine. I never seen such foolishness in my life. NEVER AGAIN!
