~I took my SUV here after hearing a grinding noise and needing it diagnosed ASAP before leaving for vacation. Mel took good care of me and got the car looked at right away. Within a half hour they figured out exactly what the issues were and showed a print out of the exact cost to fix it. There was no pressure or up selling additional work needing to be done. Just straightforward information and I appreciated the honesty. They were very professional and kind. Mel arranged for the shop transport to give me a ride home so I didnt have to drive my car and damage it further. They overnighted the part needed and had my car fixed correctly before noon the next day. They even picked me up and gave me a ride back to the shop to get my car. Mel even saved me a few dollars off the final bill. I highly recommend them and will be using the Miles Service Center again if any issues arise with my car~

Scheduled oil change went smoothly and quickly

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour and the truck was finished in 35-40 minutes.
