I purchased 4 new tires at $941. When I picked up my car, I discovered a problem. The staff did not handle the problem in a professional manor and it wasnt resolved. I am not confrontational, so I left very dissatisfied.

I can’t decide on which Neal tire is horrible the one in town or the one out in MtZion. I have received horrible services from each business I have been taking my car to them every other month for the last year almost two years now. Every other month it is the same problem that they allegedly fixed last time. Now my car is completely not working because they kept given me the run around and playing games not fixing what’s supposed to be fixed. It makes no since I’ve spent almost 4000 just on repairs from them and my car can’t even run now as we speak. I wouldn’t recommend either of them to anybody.

Very friendly workers. I went for tires and was done in a reasonable time. They tested my alignment for me, and gave me a free diagnosis of my heating problem.Dave was helpful and honest. I definitely would recommend this place. Great place to go for any of your car needs all for a reasonable price as well.

Wasted 3 days total on tubing a tire. Poor communication. Said would get it done never did. Last day he said theyd start it in 30 minutes and I headed thst way. Never did the tire just wasted my time. Said f it not paying for the tube even taking my buisness elsewhere

My daughters vehicle needed new tires, they gaveUs a reasonable price and were able to get it done that same day. The staff were all nice. I would go back to them again in the future for service.

My husband and I went to visit our daughter in weldon. When we were getting ready to leave my husband noticed that we had a flat tire. Mind you not it was snowing and about 1 degree out. My husband put the spare tire on. I called neal tire to see if they would stay open so we could get new tires. Tommy the gentleman that I talked to said yes. They put all new tires on and they stayed open for 45 minutes later then they had too. If you have an emergency these guys are here for you. Thanks Guys 😊😊

I took my car to them3xs this year for the same problem. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. If they mess up your car they’ll do anything but fix the main problem you already paid for so they wouldn’t have to do it for FREE the manager was very rude and wouldn’t help me so I had to take my car out to MtZion.

Had them swap some rims recently. Ok service except that they gouged one of the old rims and failed to mention it had happened. Also threw away a center cap from the old rims after I specifically stated wanting the old rims back. Probably wont go back.

Ive always had good experiences with Neal Tire, and this most recent time was no exception. They work kinda slow, but are thorough. Im fine with the trade off honestly! Has a decent waiting area if youre going to wait, has vending machines, a well maintained, clean bathroom, a good selection of tires, theyll price match with lower advertised prices (if you can find them), and theyve always been friendly to me. If you need a tire shop, this place is a good place to go to.

The worst experience ever. I will never go back to this establishment. Staff are incompetent, and the manager is rude and useless. Neal tire in Lincoln Il. Is where you nees to go. Make the drive for it will be worth it.

Ryan and his entire staff at store 1078 E. Eldorado in Decatur, Illinois are awesome. My engine went out in my vehicle and they got my vehicle in right away and took excellent care of us. They put in a remanufactured engine and were very honest and trustworthy and got me the best deal. They went the extra mile and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Had to have the front end aligned. Toke car in got it done. No problem. These guys work with you no matter what the issue. The gave a small are to sit and wait with coffee, water, and hit chocolate! There is a TV also. Ive waited in there before with my 3 year old granddaughter. Very clean place. You will be happy you go there.

Bought a set of tires from them. Took over 4 hours to get done. Now 2 of them have went flat and they charged me to fix 1... now they tell me I have to wait until tomorrow to get the other 1 fixed... last time I I use them

Professional staff that is knowledgeable, courteous, and not condescending or pushy trying to sell something not needed.On one visit, I discovered an error on my bill when I arrived home. When I called to pay for the service provided that was absent from my bill......they refused to accept payment because they said it was their oversight. Ive been nothing but impressed by their business practices and will always look to them to help me keep our vehicles safe and in top condition.

They checked our 2000 Mercury for front end damage. We wanted a list of what was wrong, and to get four new tires and an alignment. They gave us a list of what was wrong and quoted a price for tires and how much to fix everything. We fixed the lower ball joint ourselves, and as promised, we returned for them to fix a couple other things and put new tires on. They waived our diagnostic fee. Cheap, good work, friendly staff. Had us bring it back a few days later to check lug nuts.

Have always done right by us. They do good work and charges seem fair. Nice friendly atmosphere.

Made appointment to get one new tire and rotate the rest, appointment for 10 am on Monday, dropped off vehicle at 7:30 am, called and talked to Tom, who said they would get it done and call me, 2:30 pm I called to check, the person on the other end knew nothing about it, I showed up in person, nothing had been done. Not a happy camper.

Always take good care of my car and have coffee and drinks while you wait.

Hard to get into the business if you dont know Decatur. Other than this observation, it a good business with sales.

Great deals on tires and they are great at letting you no what you should have fixes so your tires last as long as possible, instead of just selling you tires and letting you be on your way

Needed a tire plugged they told me that the tire in the inside with warped took it to another tire store they plugged it with no problem they said Neal tire always tries to have you buy new tires from them and I believe it because they just tried to get me to buy a $400 tire from them!

Ive had 2 different vehicles and I continue to take both of them here for all my tire needs. The first time I had one tire which became flat after the first day and they replaced it with zero issues. The second time, when I had all 4 tires replaced, was a absolute breeze of a time. They had the tires I needed and the prices were average for the area.
