Always go here to get my oil change very affordable

I have been going to this specific Precision Tune on and off for at least 10 years. I walked in today and they welcomed me by my first name. Now thats customer service.

Couldn’t get any tire services taken care of because they needed repairs done in that area. I come here often, but today I was thrown extra charges for stuff related to my oil change that I don’t usually pay and was given some bs excuse about inflation. I strongly believe that this was a typical tactic used to scam female customers. I actually have a negative experience at ever location I visit. I contacted corporate (who has negative reviews themselves) for their opinion, but I will not be dealing with this company at all from this point on. Seeking a new company if anyone has suggestions.

Getting my oil changed for the 1st time here was a great experience, great people. However, when I returned early Saturday for a diagnostics of my vehicle, I waited until almost 2pm and called only to find out my vehicle hadnt been touched🤦🏾‍♀️. Yes I was upset initially because regardless of the issues the shop had, someone could have called me sooner and informed me so I couldve went elsewhere. But overall, 👍🏾

I love them. The best service providers I can find! Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Great friendly service. Very quick considering the amount of folks waiting. The only down was during Covid having to leave my car & going inside to wait. Also, they ran out of stickers so have to return.

Went in for a simple oil change as I have done twice before, the guy tells me I need to a flush because I was over on my oil change. I said okay. He also proceeds to tell me I need to have my transmission fluid check so he go under the car to check it. A min later he’s shows me the fluid and says it needs to be changed. After he fills up the car with oil now want me to turn it on. Now my check engine light comes on had the car for five months never a check engine light. Then proceeds to pull out the dipstick to the oil as car is running. I turn car off he tells me to turn it back on and proceed to pull the dipstick out again now my engine is going crazy. He brings more folks and the record them doing it again lost story shorten I will never go back to these guys and now I have to figure out what’s wrong with me car

Very professional but didnt put my wiper fluid cap back on they lose a star for that!

This location performed substandard work on my vehicle, which required me spending additional money else where to repair what was done. To top it off the customer service was horrible and they refused to honor their own service guarantee, because of a clerical error they made. Would not recommend.

The people there are very friendly but they are a little expensive...

The guys seem to do good work. Certainly a different crew than it was the last time I came to change my oil. However, my real concern is they all but refuse to wear mask. Of course, it is a danger to the customer and dont know if Precision Tune requires it or not.

This place is very unprofessional and is a scam!!!!I recommend if you need anything serious done to your car go ANYWHERE else but here! Came here to get just rear brakes done! Got here at 8am didn’t start working on my car til almost 1pm. A lot of techs just standing around. Told manager when I get here I need my passenger side wheel cylinder replaced and that I can get it at advance auto parts for $13 IF he can’t find anything cheaper. Manager looked me dead in the eye and said “we’ll find you the best price” cool. Gets my bill, not only did the wheel cylinder cost $129 just for the part, but they took upon themselves to replace the driver side one too. So that’s $129 twice on top of the fact is cost $258 for labor to replace it....which literally requires taking ONE screw out. Altogether I had just back brakes and an engine filter changed ....bill was $980. Huge scam! Complained to manager about it, he act like who don’t know what’s going on . Managers don’t care nor does corporate. Chas the store owner....is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn’t care how customers feel.

The customer service is awesome at this establishment. They are fast, friendly and very informative. Ive never been disappointed. I highly recommend them not just for an oil change but Ive had other work done as well.

I called a day before to get an estimate on a tune-up and oil change was quoted 180 when the next day I arrived I had my car dropped off and when I went to pick it up I was told $300 I definitely didnt pay it ended up paying 240 and feel as if I was being ripped off and when I let it be known I felt that way I damn was cursed out wow

It took them 4times to get my car “right” I paid over 1700$ and my car still isn’t running good! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! take your car to a professional. They lied several times. Broke my windshield and took it to some shotty place after I said do not take it!! Even with my warranty, I won’t go back.

Was here two weeks ago to get a oil change. The manager told me they usually check tires during an oil change. Soon as my oil change was done. My tire light was still on. So, I asked them about it. They said they checked. So, I went to another location to confirm this. It turns out they didnt check my tires at all. I guess it was just a bad day that day...

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My wallet was stolen out my car while getting oil change.

I was hoping to be able to give an awesome review, however I cant. I truly understand how busy shops can be. Dont promise what you cant deliver. I brought my truck in for a diagnostic and possible replacement of the water pump. Its under warranty. All they had to do is contact the warranty company and get approval. Didnt hear from the shop the first few hours so I called, was told I would know something by the end of the day, no callback. Waiting the next day, called warranty company myself, they hadnt heard anything from the shop. Called shop, they said we about to call now, but that was supposed to be done the day prior. Waiting a few more hours, no callback. Called warranty company, they still havent heard from the shop. Picked up my truck. Manager nor assistant manager came to explain or apologize. Smh. Poor customer service.

Today was my first time getting an oil change there, it was so convenient, I didnt even have to get out of my truck. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Friendly, knowledgeable associates. Reliable and guaranteed service, always let you know what services will be required of your vehicle in the future. Highly recommended.

The one thing that surprised me was that the staff [mechanics] werent wearing masks. Aside from that, the oil change didnt take long, because of the process. Customers drive their cars onto the rack for oil changes, and go back inside to get a receipt after the work is done.Now that I know how things go, I would go back again. I didnt wait as long as I did at Courtesy Ford, and paid half as much for the same service. Next time, I will inquire about tire rotation.

Service was poor. I brought my car in because i had a check engine light. I called first to make sure they could check it for me. I arrived about 9:30 am and was told it would be a couple of hours before they could check it. I didnt hear from them, so i called at 2 pm and was told they were working on a Mercedes and should be able to get to it later in the day. I called at 5:45 and got full voicemail. Was finally able to get someone the next morning and was told they reset it and drove the car and the light did not come back on. Maybe bad gas... i had a diagnostic done at AutoZone prior to bringing it in and it showed 5 of the 6 cylinders were misfiring. I showed the report to the mechanic, but he said they would perform their own diagnostic which showed the same thing. I still dont know what was wrong with my car after paying $74 for diagnostic. I will never use them again. Customer service and service as a whole are lacking.

The staff at Precision Tune Auto Care quickly assisted us when we had a flat tire while traveling through Atlanta allowing us to resume our trip. The staff, particularly Tank quickly fixed the leak and removed the tire to allow it to fill correctly all while our German Shepherds waited in the car. Very grateful for their assistance.

Everyone is awesome here everytime i go they are willing to help out with professional customer service an get the job done. They make you feel like your apart of the family. They have fast service

I loved that during the quarantine for covid-19, these men changed my oil without me having to leave my car! Yes, I sat in my car while they hoisted it on the lift and they went about their business and did their oil change down below while I sat in the comfort of my car. That was amazing!

Clayton was very Professional even when he encountered upset customers. I arrived at 7:45 am they open at 8:am so I was six in line, as I write this it is 2:20pm waiting on alignment and two new tires. I watched people come and go some happy and some upset but one thing that I loved the most was Clayton’s customer service. Although I enjoyed his company, I can hardly keep my eyes open. My hope for s that Clayton receives acknowledgment from higher Management and the speed of service at Precision Tune Auto Care on Wesley Chapel improves GREATLY.P.s still waiting

Two consecutive days and only one tech, thereby, minimum time To wait for oil change 2 hours. Not happening.

I was in and out for a oil change. I would have given it 5 stars but I ask the technion to pop the hood so I can check to was my oil change and he said to me what you think I didnt do my job with out a smile. I told him it wasnt about him doing his job I was dupe once before by Precision Tune (Macon Georgia on Mercy University Dr.) Years ago so no every time I get an oil change I ask to see the level and make sure it has been changed.

The guys are good guys, the quality of work is probably a 2/5 ... i have taken my car there multiple times and they will make sure that you’re running when you leave but how long you will run is kinda up in the air.

Different face, same great service. Gonna miss my boy, Marshall. They said he changed fields and is doing great. Happy with the new young guy, Steven and the girl in the shop.

Over priced. And Dangerous during covid-19. Too many people without a mask and the price went up 10 dollars from the usual price I pay

Took my car in the day before Christmas expecting to travel with a good oil..... But started smelling oil and seeing leaking from the bottom of the car... Took the car back at the new years to get a $930 estimate for repair.. Took the car back to my old mechanic to only find out the Filter and the O rings was never change... replace both now I have no leaks

I went in to get an oil change now my car is constantly leaking oil! From my understanding they’re not using the proper tools. So of course more money out of my pocket! Just go to your car dealership people!

Its a fast oil change place near a good Chinese restaurant and close to my errands, but I dont plan to go back. I paid extra for the service that includes topping off the fluids, knowing my transmission fluid needed to be topped off. I told them I needed that, and the cashier said I would need to pay for the upgrade. They did not top off my transmission fluid as agreed, and now I do not trust them with my vehicle. Im going to try a different company, but this place is always busy so I hope that others have had better experiences.

I didnt have the best experience at this particular location, I wont go in detail, in the end they apologized for what happened. I also thought it was a little strange that I had to pay before my car got looked at and then got a receipt after the service was done.

I took my car to replace four tires on my car. They were able to get the tires placed on, but called and told me I had 3-4 rims that were bent. Before I took my car to them, I did not hardly feel any vibrations when I drove. Now, after getting tires replaced by them, the vibrations are more noticeable. They told me, I would need to replace all four rims. Something isnt adding up.

If I could give them no stars and still write this review I would. I paid $1400 to fix a power steering on my car, and they didnt fix it. After the 3rd time taking it back they said I have to give them another $900 because now its something else. Im better off going to my local shade mechanic. They dont know what they are doing, but they are definitely ripping folks off. Waste of time and money!Edit: Mobile Works Mechanics ask for Don, you wont be disappointed!! I took my vehicle in for an oil change for the second time since Precision Tune reopened at the Wesley Chapel location and I must say, I was very impressed with the service. The renovation of the workplace was impressive as well. The overall service was great, from the person in charge down to the technicians. No pressure. After changing my oil, they simply did a detailed review under the hood and advised me of what parts they thought needed attention, (immediate or near future) and left the decision up to me.Will definitely use them again for the third time.

Day Day and everyone is really helpful always up for help and give the best suggestions regarding the work car needs.

My experience was great I was having a problem with my transmission fluid cause it has to be put in from the bottom and it would have cost me a lot more money if I had to go some where Else but because I had my oil changed they worked out something with me and it was all good so if you need somethings done to your vehicle check with precision first

I only gave one star cause I had to put something! Theyre horrible!!!! I got a basic oil change and had to get a new battery AND a new tire within days, somewhere else of course! They do stuff to your car to make you come back so they can get more money outta ya. Dont go there!!!!

I’ve been to this location (Wesley chapel rd) at least three times and it has always been a positive experience. While they may not be the “cheapest” you do get what you pay for; which is friendly fast costumer service with mechanics that know what they’re doing. If you happen to stop by even if it’s just for an oil change, ask if Jerrod is working. He is the main reason why all of my visits there have always been pleasant. He is knowledgeable, funny and reasonable. He will work as hard as he can to get you in & out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!

Quick and efficient service. I appreciate being able to see the oil change happening. The service recommendations are helpful and the technicians are pushy when making the recommendations. The waiting area is decent. But I wasn’t waiting long so that’s a plus. Got an oil change and power steering flush in about 45 minutes or less.

3-14-20I understand they was busy, but they need to acknowledge the customer that is having work done on there car. My car had been finish for about 1hr and my keys was just there on the desk No one called my name and said my car is ready. I had to ask serval times and the guy went to go check came back and said nothing to me. I had to ask again that is when he saw my keys on the desk and just note serval people came in before but they had left and you told me it was going to take about an 1hr I got there about 8:30am and did not lave there until about 11: 15 or 25am. Its not ok.

I highly recommend these guys! They are amazing! get the job done without ripping you off. Kudos!

They suck. Had coupon for $18 oil change. Total ended up being $29 with extra parts and extra labor for a four cylinder GM car?!?. Even the service tech was amazed and apologized. I went somewhere else. They are tricky. Dont be tricked.

I must have called the owner/manager/receptionist on a bad day. Marshal ( owner/manager/receptionist) completely lacked the ability to handle a oil change service request by phone. If Im left frustrated just trying to book an appointment I can only imagine the quality of service Ill receive once they had my vehicle. op it all off its the owner. So if he is the leader of this establishment I can only assume itll get worse if there was any discrepancy. Im going to just take my business somewhere else.

I took my car for a oil change today but i didnt get what i paid for which was a high mileage oil change but thats not what i got they didnt top off any of my fluids and they didnt do the inspection that was supposed to be done on my car and when it was time to pay i asked the cashier person was he forgetting some he said no i asked did they top the fluids off he said yes i evan asked about the windshield fluids he said yes but thats impossible bacause the thing that holds the fluids leeks out and i would have seen it running out so that person lied to me but i will never return to this place at all cause the job there saying they doing is not getting done

If you want to waste a whole day of thinking your going to solve your car problems please bring it here. I’ve waiting 4 hours just so my car can get looked at. While multiple people have came after and left while my car was still in the same parking spot. Don’t even waste your time

It was great to pay for a service that was the same quality if not More than the dealership. And the gentleman that did my oil change was very informant and nice. I will go there for now on to get my oil change.

This was my first time at this facility. As a female, I am used to being told one thing and given another. I was surprised at the quick care and service the team provided me. They inspected my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and informed me of what services I needed. My vehicle required 2 parts that the shop did not carry, so they needed to contact an outside source to have the parts brought to the shop. I was informed of every step and every price which I greatly appreciated!!!! I was in and out the shop within an hour and a half. This was amazing. The guys in the shop were friendly and laughed with the customers which made it a cozy place to have to sit and wait for your vehicle. This is a hidden gem in Decatur. I will certainly be back.

When I was in a tough spot these guys help me out all I can say is trust this place, trust this crew I love precision tune.

I have been a precision auto customer for over 7yrs. I have always been satisfied until now. I am extremely money conscious so I brought in a coupon for a STANDARD oil change and I did request a rear break inspection. They gave me a more expensive oil change that I didnt ask for or was even on the coupon and charge me $20 for the break inspection. I know nothing is free but When I asked about the inspection charge he proceeded to tell me about taking on and off my tires but didnt think to tell me there was a charge before hand. Then when I asked about the oil upgrade he said he gave me a discount on it. I told him I didnt need it cuz I top of my own liquids and another place handles my tire needs do there was no point in getting the upgrade. He didnt care; he looked at me like oh well we did the work. I paid and left but they have lost me. I will gladly drive my 2hrs to give my hard earned money to a better Precision Auto Tune.

This location is the most horrible location i have ever been too. The young slim dude in the front look and acted as if he was high and talk with a low tone where i would have to ask what did you say?. I wouldnt recommend this place. I normally get my oil change from the company due to the great rep but maybe its based off the customer service. Very slow, customers complaining while waiting. Nevertheless try a different location

Went in for oil change and the guy at the front is ripping people off I am reporting them to the bbb and corporate. They are trying to make people buy overpriced filters with synethic oil changes. Beware that is not something that is necessary. Very shady people. You can go to any other precision and not be charged 75 dollars for the exact same oil change. If you want to get scammed than by all means go there if not choose another one.

3 days later and all the wait time it is crazy . The work they was to do on my car came out to 361.00 but took my car somewhere else and paid only 80.00 do you see the difference for the same thing.

If on a time frame dont come here. They were nice and friendly.
