I have an OLDER Mercedes that takes a seasoned mechanic to work on. Revolution is professional & reasonable.Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

These people were extremely helpful. On a trip, Hubby and I drove our Mercedes C class over a blanket and it took out the drive shaft and brake system. They gave us the red carpet treatment by getting started on fixing our RV quickly. Matt, Diane and Eric were all extremely helpful and professional. If everIn the Atlanta area again we will gladly stop by and visit these folks.

The service and pricing were great but the loaner vehicle that was provided was not acceptable for me a car that was 21 years old.

I suddenly needed a new battery. One dealership had no batteries (COVID), the other dealership had batteries, but no appointments (COVID) REVOLUTION had me in and out in an hour. I just worked from their waiting room (thank you COVID) and it was easy and great. Even their background music is acceptable. It has a little bit of an edge. Like Alternative elevator. 5 stars.

Overall good customer service and car care. Better pricing then the dealer. Better work transparency then the dealer. If you think your dealer quote is high get a second opinion here.

I brought my rusty old diesel to Revolution and they treated both me and my car with respect and professionalism. The results of their pre-purchase inspection are detailed online with pictures. I am amazed at how much work they did in so little time. My car will require a lot more work, but Matt worked with me on a plan for some items now, some I can do myself, and some repairs will have to wait. I drove off impressed and satisfied- it left the shop cleaner and in much better condition than when it came in.They did a custom fabrication on my throttle linkage that now allows me to get full throttle and appropriate kick-down of the transmission. My 1985 diesel station wagon is a rocket!My only criticism is that all my doors were slightly open when I drove off (no soft-close doors in 1985). The car was clean and a lot of work was done in about a week for a reasonable price. Thank you and I look forward to working with Revolution in the future.

This is the BEST Mercedes repair shop in Georgia...The Owner respectfully acknowledged new customers and his staff is on point..My repair was done ahead of schedule and the bill was so good I can shout !!! But that was not the end...They detailed my car as a courtesy...Now I dare you to find a better Mercedes repair shop...I have dealt with Dealership and other shops claiming the know Your Benz..Forget the rest ..Go to the Best and be REVOLUTIONIZED..!!!!

Revolution did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They performed a Service A and front end brake service including rotors. I saved nearly $250.00 compared to the dealer while using the same high quality OEM parts. My car feels outstanding..almost like new again.

Today I called to schedule my car for the A service according to the mileage. The representative who answered the phone rudely argued at me and fussed at me about the difference between a tune up and a service for my benz. I was a client last year and simply had a bulb replaced as my car runs great. I called to schedule this service and he was rude, combative, fussed at me and told me that I confused him. Thats not the way I want to be treated and I will take my business to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead in the future and I suggest that you do too. I will never call revolution again.

Just purchased a benz cash from a private owner. Wanted to see whats wrong with it and get a cost on repairs. There really did a great analysis on my car with pricing. Got the immediate issues fixed and plan to come back and get everything else fixed. And they cleaned my car very well. Very nice staff. If you need work on your benz. This is the place to go.

Matt and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are licensed for all warranty work just like a dealership. However unlike a dealership they understand some vehicles dont need to be perfect. Theyll tell you whats wrong and the recommended repair, then theyll tell you what you can live without. All for about 1/2 the hourly rate.

I went to Benz on Flat Shoals and the owner was very rude and over charged me for a oil change! And said that you would be a better fit for me. Meaning take it to the white man he was saying. So I recommend people with Benzos to take it to you.

I used to really like this location however on my last visit a few weeks ago they changed the battery on my key fob and my vehicle is telling me that it needs to be changed again and I have also noticed that my window tint has been damaged, they put the service sticker over it to try and hide it. I have moved it next to the damage to show it. This tint is less than a year old and was not like that when I brought it in. The professional thing would have been to inform me of the damage instead of attempting to cover it

Had a wonderful experience at Revolution ! They are professional and courteous and are so much better than going to the dealer. Was able to get a loaner car, they updated me via texts and emails, with an automated system that enabled me to read what they needed to service, the price and a place for me to approve automatically. And of course, if you don’t want to approve electronically, just give a call to ask questions. Sean and Anastasia were so attentive and nice to work with.For the services I was requesting, the price was fair... also, their new service center is spacious and attractive.

Came in to have the right headlamp replaced. The service took less than 30 minutes! This was my first visit to the new facility and it is beautiful. Being my first visit, I wasnt sure where to go. I’ve been doing business with Revolution for several years on my baby ML350 Mercedes Benz . Matt and his staff always take great care of me. Tammy and Cha give me great service, and keep me informed on everything my vehicle needs. They keep great records on my cars condition, it’s like having a doctor for my car. I tried going other places closer to where I live but no one can beat the service and knowledge they have about my Mercedes Benz. The prices are great too, and they are honest only telling you what you really need. On top of that they clean my car! One less thing for me to do.

Resolution Mercedes is the only place other than the dealer that I will take my car. Ive tried other Certified Mercedes Benz shops with technicians that claim to have worked for Mercedes Benz before.....and they may have but the quality of work and service at Revolution has never been overshadowed by any of them. I have learned that the caliber of service at Revolution Mercedes is uncompromising and incomparable if I could give more stars I would.

I stopped by unannounced to get my radio repaired. Even though I didn’t have an appointment I was able to get serviced. Matt was great!! Very professional and attentive. He fixed my radio and corrected my tire pressure. Took less than 15/20 mins. I would be coming back for future services. Thanks again!!

This is a good shop, just be aware that the cost of services at revolution can be the same as the dealer. I discovered this when I had my car repaired last week. I ended up letting the dealer do it, his loaner car was nicer.I dont think you should advertise lower prices when your service fee and diagnostic charges are the same as the dealer.

Currently have 5 Mercedes that are properly maintained shape and ready to drive. I only go to Revolution. I actually have 2 other makes of cars and really can not find somewhere to have the level of service i get here. I am a car nut and have really have always been pleased with the care my cars received for over a dozen years. They are convenient and knowledgeable from the wide range of old to new Mercedes and much cheaper than the dealer. Mercedes Benz tag line for advertising is The best or nothing well they can use that over at Revolution, they are the best!!! I really appreciate Tammy and Chae and Matt and all the other service techs.

These folks are so wonderful. They have the best service and are so customer focused. Tammy is so attentive, responsive and deeply cares for customers. I see it with every customer interaction in the waiting room when I am there waiting on my ML service. They also offer a free rental car service from Enterprise which is really nice not to have to wait on longer service jobs. I have been using the Revolution for several years and could not be happier with them - I wish all of my auto maintenance experience had been as positive as working with Tammy and her team.

REVOLUTION has been a great resource for me and my E-320. They always do a great job, and Ive found I can rely on them to tell me what needs to be done to keep my car running well, as opposed to other shops (particularly the dealers) who always list every last thing that could possibly be done without any discussion on the crucial items vs. other items that still have some (or even plenty) of life left in them before they need to be replaced. On top of that, youll find pricing here to be really reasonable compared to other options in town. Knowledgeable, great mechanics in the back, and nice, helpful people in the front. REVOLUTION is a rare find when it comes to Mercedes repair, and boy am I glad I found them.

Revolution is hands down the best Independent shop for all things Mercedes. I have always had a wonderful experience with them. Peaking through the window in the reception area you can see how clean and organised their service bay is. The techs always seem to be working with great zeal and zest on those cars in there. No pushy sales consultants aka service advisers. They tell you what your car needs now and what it needs later and you make the choice. Every time I pick up my car from there I always have the confidence that it was worked on well and done right. My recent visit they truly went above and beyond, they vacuumed my car out. As they say its the little things that make a big impact. I am now a customer for life.

I have always heard about this being the #1 shop in GA and recently got to experience it myself. I replaced a speed sensor on my W140 and needed to have the transmission codes reset by a star diagnostic system. I called around and found that the dealership wanted $100 and Austrian Motors wanted $120 just to press a button! Well I called up revolution and they offered to do it for $30. I arrived and was immediately helped, they cleared my codes and ended up not even charging me. My impressions of the shop definitely echo the sentiment of the other reviews on yelp, and I would not hesitate to bring my car in again.

Had a fantastic exeprience at Revolution today. Had a few simple but critical repairs that needed immediate attention. Tammy and the technician were accommodating and gracious despite being crazy busy. I highly recommend Revolution for your MB service and repairs.

Im definitely going to give this shop 5 stars. The owner & mechanics has been awesome to my car for the past 6 years. A few people at my job come to this location for services. But within past 2 year I have seen a major change in the lady at the front desk she very disrespectful to the customers and employees and used profanity in front of me a few times. I could go on and on but I’m not, people like this will have work environment toxic and it’s possible to rub off on customers also employees. I’m not dealing with her anymore. I’ll just go straight to the young man who is also at front desk who is awesome with great energy!!!!

Matt and his team went far and beyond my expectations. They repaired my car 3 days ahead of schedule and took time to fix a few small things they found while servicing the vehicle. Fluids were topped off, the car was washed, and recommendations were given without pressure. They have gained a repeat customer in me.

I bought my R500 in for the 1st time and was personally impressed with the customer service.I paid $7000 cash and had planned on taking it to an official Mercedes dealer but they were all too far out for the limited time I had on hand so I discovered Revolutions. Initially I thought great things as I got a loaner and insisted I wanted to know about the performance of the car and basically was it a good purchase you know a good engine, transmission, brakes, etc,. Ya know will it hold up for the next three to 5 years with consistent maintenance. Needless to say I got a list of mostly cosmetic issues and nothing stating that the car was inefficient. So the first issue was a creaky sound that cost me close to $5000 to repair and I agreed because I just didn’t want a car with issue so I never thought about price. Then less than a week later my radiator was running hot and I immediately took it back to Revolutions and supposedly there was something not connected properly that caused the issue. Now I never went under my hood because I’ve mainly owned BMW and Cadillacs so I let the professionals make the assessments but they denied any fault stating that their techs were no where near the disconnected tube and so I got a belt replacement and the issue was resolved for about $600.Then I had been in for A services and Bservices and C services well you get the pic and no issues for a few months then my car starts slipping. I’m giving it gas and it’s not moving then all of a sudden takes off. So within a year I’m at least another 8 to 9 grand in with Revolutionz and them servicing my car exclusively . So now I’m concerned and eventually take my car to AMB Mercedes of course they give me the 2019 version of my car which was a 2006 and after a week I find out my transmission is going and needs an immediate repair/replacement for $7000. Needless to say I fell in love with the newer version and bought it. But I’m not sure whose to blame Revolutionz forNot letting me know Before I spent close to $10,000 with them or me for not getting a 2nd opinion all I can say is at this point I won’t use them again unless it’s just an emergency and I won’t recommend them. I honestly don’t know what happened and who dropped the ball that’s why I’m giving you 3 stars instead of 5. Because had I been forewarned from the beginning that the car was not worth the trouble I could have sold it for $10,000 myself and just went with another car. I’m not sure if that’s what I should expect from a business like yours? To save me money and time but it definitely would’ve been appreciated. So to sum it up after seeing all these great reviews you guys are getting I don’t wanna knock you off your high horse but I’m highly disappointed 😔

I recently had my 06 R350 repaired at Revolution and I was very impressed with the work that was done. I had my car diagnosed at another shop and they got the diagnosis wrong. Revolution found the real issue which was not as costly as it wouldve been if the issue was what the other shop found. Im back on the road and pleased with my experience. Highly recommend them.

Matt and his techs at Revolution are incredible. Im new to the area and to Mercedes ownership. Bought a used 2011 E350 and had water problem in first 24 hrs. Not only did they fix the water intrusion reasonably (clogged sunroof drains), the 50 point inspection was incredibly detailed. The inspection proved the car to be in great shape, so I was comforted that I have a fair and honest MB shop I can trust for the future. Honest, forthright shop.

I wouldnt even consider taking my C280 anywhere else for repair. Repair work and maintenance work is done right first time, every time.

31 August 18I took my 2005 Benz to another Benz mechanic in Atlanta. They informed me that I needed front and back motor mounts ( I guess, based on my diagnosis). Since my free time is sparse, I googled other facilities. Revolution came up. I read the reviews. For the most part, they were good so I said, Ill drive an hour on blind faith. When I tell you, I was not disappointed!. I knew the work would take 5 hours so I was given a car to drive. Tammy and her crew were amazing. She even told me, (with the help of Che-please forgive misspelling, that I was eligible for an extended warranty for my brakes! Never been told that before. Long story short, even though I had to drive an hour, this place is the place to go! I mean for real. Tammy called me several times to Ive me an update! When I picked up my car, it was so quiet that I had to wonder if I turned it on! I doubled back to give Tammy a hug. I was going to sell my car but I will probably keep for some time. I heartedly recommend Revolution to my colleagues, friends and staff. Great job!

Very poor customer service! I called to request an appointment for service the day before I came to the shop. When I got there the staff took about 15 mins to acknowledge I was sitting in the lobby, while I was the only customer there. Tammy, the employee who I had scheduled an appointment with, asked how could I be helped. I explained I was there for an appointment and would need the loaner I requested. She told me there were no more loaners. She said I would have to go charge my card at enterprise and get reimbursed later in the day. Not only that, they were only offering me a mini van at enterprise for the entire day. Thats ridiculous! A simple service for my Benz should not be such a hassle! On the phone she said it would take up to 3 hours and that they would have a loaner, but when I came into the shop she said it would take til the end of the day and they had no car for me. Very frustrating!!

Always have great service and am spending far less than I was with MB- buckhead. I enjoy the fact that they know me by face when coming in and deliver on time. This morning I arrived thirty minutes early and started filling out a drop off envelope. Matt stopped me and opened the door to drop the keys. I was offered a ride and while waiting on my ride to pick me up, got to witness their daily prep meeting. I was blown away. They outlined the day, what was coming up, hear fromThe mechanics who would be working on each auto. They referred to these people like they were family and the car like they were their kids. Professional, efficient, and very straight forward. This place is a find!I had a laundry list of nagging sensors/disconnected seat cables/headlight bulbs etc, plus brakes and B service. They covered every issue diligently, explained everything to me in a very honest manner, and the price was exceptionally fair. I have an older Mercedes that I am restoring a bit at time - I was using a great shop in NW Atlanta, but it was challenging to get there and the return calls and follow-up were zip. I had some body work done on the car by DeKalb Collision (AWESOME) and Allen (founders son) recommended Revolution as the premier MB repair shop. Not only was their pricing fair, their turnaround fantastic, but their diagnostic summary (by email & .pdf) was better than you get in the ER. If you have a MB - no matter if you do have to drive a ways to get there - THIS IS where you need to take your car!
