Didn’t know what to expect when I walked into my first mattress shopping experience. My expectations were beyond exceeded. Julian was fantastic, and my girlfriend and I felt he was personally interested in making sure we got what we needed. Plus we have the same name, so 10/10 recommend!

Good matresses not in stock. Sales rep kiondre was great at time of purchase in August. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Delivery date was scheduled for September 2, he called to say it would be delayed 1 week. I did not receive a confirmation call the day prior to delivery. I decided to look at the tracking info which said 1 month later, October. We had already gotten rid of our bed. After speaking to someone i was informed that my bed wasnt in stock. This was news to me. they offered to give a clearance bed. Didnt want a used mattress. They also offered to bring a bed for 30 days then remove it once mine was in stock. Again I dont want a clearance bed brought in even if its temporary. They said I could choose another one to purchase instead. I visited the store and there was only 1 other bed that was soft and not only was it about $3000 more expensive, it wasnt in stock either. I thought about going to another company but did not want my credit pulled again. I feel I should have been made aware my bed wasnt in stock and kept updated by a representative. I suffer from lupus and being without a bed was not good. We brought a mattress from another room to sleep on. Dont sell if you dont have the product! They didnt offer free pillows, sheets, or anything for the inconvenience. I spent $4200 for this bed. Very frustrating and disappointing. I wanted to buy another bed for another room but will definitely be shopping elsewhere.

My wife and I had a great experience here and Julian was extremely helpful and patient with us. He took a lot of time asking targeted questions on the front end and let our needs and wants dictate his suggestions. Very friendly and efficient and we were able to pick up our mattress same day at their warehouse in Norcross. Highly recommend.

I believe i have the best consultant mr julius k. Hopefully i spelled his name correctly. From the consultation i look forward to experiencing true rest for the first time in my life as i remember it. He took time to prescribe the best for me as i have been robbed and deprived i sleep and rest for as long as i know. I am so glad i stopped in when i did. I can only say my visit and experience was predestined and i look for to improved health once i recieve my bed. I can not thank julius enough. Give him a raise$$$$☺

My walking was really for bed rails but I was presented with great customer service and right timing on sales.

Victor was very patient and took his time explaining the pros and cons of different mattresses. He let us try everything in the store and even told us where we could try the purple mattress since he didnt have one at this location. When we came back to buy our new bed, he helped us select the best accessories and financing. The whole process was no-pressure and pleasant.

I was going to a furniture store to buy a Matress,I saw Matress firm. So I walked in. I was immediately greeted buy Taniesha Moore. She was so helpful and she was able to sell me the perfect matress for me. She was very knowledgable and friendly. I kept changing my mind and she had the patience of Job. Had a great experience purchasing 4 mattresses here. Because Im furnishing a whole house from scratch, I was on a tight budget. Id figured Id save money by going to Sams or Costco but saw some good specials on the Mattress Firm website and thought Id stop in.The guy that worked there could not have been nicer and it turned out that the total for 4 very comfortable Serta memory foam mattresses was actually a little less than Id have paid at Costco. Delivery was cheap and a breeze, and Im so glad I didnt spend an afternoon trying to wrangle mattresses out of a warehouse and figuring out how to get them home.Most importantly, the salesperson didnt try to upsell me at all. I almost didnt stop in because I was certain Id have to fend off pressure to try to get me to upgrade to the more premium mattresses. I went in there ready to have to push back and argue, but really appreciated not having to go through that. I told him what I wanted and he respected that and gave me exactly what I asked for. When we are ready for new and better mattresses down the road, Ill be happy to come back and let him show me some of the nicer options.

I ordered a mattress and box spring and expected my delivery on a Saturday. The first time, they were unable to fit my box spring through the doorway. The sales associate at the store told me they would bring a replacement the following day. To my surprise, when I called to confirm the delivery that Sunday, the sales associate NEVER actually rescheduled the delivery. I spoke to another associate who suggested I scheduled it for Monday. Since I work Mon-Fri, like most adults, I was only able to schedule for Saturday. Again, I was told my order would be scheduled for that next Saturday. Here, it is, the Friday before ...and SURPRISE, the sales associate NEVER actually did their job and did NOT schedule my delivery AGAIN. So, I am going a week with out my mattress set up because people at this location are failing to do their job. I will NEVER suggest this store to anyone and I will NEVER do business here again.WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Be careful when you have your mattresses and box springs delivered. This one worker had some 3rd party that charged for delivery.. .and they did not bring my frame. Was told they would deliver it the next day, and never heard from them. I called Mattress Firm .and there was a different worker who knew nothing about my frame. I asked for a manager to call me and it never happened. I was finally able to speak to the original worker and told her I was NOT happy and wanted a refund on the frame. After that the shady delivery service kept trying to call me and I told them I no longer wanted the frame.

My partner and I went in on a whim just to look at the different types of mattresses not really think that we would buy one. Our sales person named Tiffanie was beyond wonderful she took the time to explain to us about all the different types that they sold. Coming from a memory foam mattress we just weren’t getting a very good nights sleep. We tried a few different types and we both really loved the Beauty Rest Province pillow top. The only thing was I just didn’t want to spend that much right then Tiffanie went above and beyond to get us in this new mattress and we have to say it was the best thing we’ve ever done. We both have slept the best we have ever had. I can’t say enough about Tiffanie she is the best sales person if come across being in retail myself it a shear joy to know that there are people like Tiffanie who genuinely care about there guest and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable and educated and informed about the whole mattress buying experience. My hat goes off Tiffanie and to Mattress Firm. So if your looking to get the best night sleep ever please go see Tiffanie and you won’t regret it she is the bomb digitty 😀😀
