Visit the mattress firm supercenter on oct 12 at 12:55pm. After we told her that we had already purchase 4 mattress and needed pillows, the rep by desk did not even get up to help us find the pillows we were looking for. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! we will not shop there again.

Staff was helpful, informative but not pushy. I was in the market for a new pillow & I found one I liked (the Purple; made in US). Wished they had s little more variety but overall good options—and I liked shopping locally!

I purchased a mattress on 7/4/20. The buying experience was fine. However, I called to change my delivery date which started an ordeal. The store would not pick up the phone nor was I able to leave a voicemail. I reluctantly called customer service and was on hold for over 4 hours trying to reach anyone who was helpful. I spoke to multiple people who said I couldn’t change the delivery date and I had to call the store. I explained the scenario. Their response was well, I guess you’ll have to go to the store to ask the sales person why they aren’t picking up the phone. By the time I reached the next representative, 4 hours later, I told her to just cancel the order. Two days later an area manager called to fix the situation and offered a discount. I took it, but looking back I shouldn’t have. The sales representative also said that free pillows would be included for the lack of customer service, but those did not arrive with the mattress. I followed up on it as well and I was left with no answer. After 2 or so months on the mattress I decided to return it as I was not sleeping well at all. I emailed the area manager I had spoke to. Two and a half weeks go by and I haven’t heard a thing. I give up and reach out to customer service again. They said they’d get me in contact with the area manager or the area managers boss. Then on 9/28/20 I received a call from the area manager saying the mattress will be picked up at no charge or restocking fee, and fully refunded. We discussed pick up dates and I was told I’d receive a call back the same day to confirm the date. Well now it is 10/12/20, 2 weeks later and no pick up date has been arranged and no one has called me back. This entire process has been frustrating. I’d recommend shopping somewhere else unless of you have absolutely zero intentions of returning or exchanging the mattress or contacting customer service.

The sales representative was informative and worked within our budget to assist us in creating a guess bedroom for our grandchildren.

Anika, Ron and Renita were all amazing! I’ve been in twice, and both times they were very helpful. I ordered a bed online and there was no customer service and they gave me the run around, probably Jarely’s fault. So Anika helped me cancel my order online for the bed that never came and Ron loaded me up. Thanks y’all!

Excellent customer service. Only issue is that sometimes when they are very busy you have to wait until a salesperson is done with someone else.

This is the 2nd mattress we have bought from here and the customer service has always been wonderful. I love the different finance options. Today I went in with my husband and 17 month old son and Anika was super helpful and patient and moved things along as quickly as possible. She worked with us to find the best finance options possible and was not pushy . Anytime we have gone into Matttess Firm I have never felt pressured to buy anything. When its time to buy another mattress we will be there! If you go in ask for Anika, shes amazing!

This was the 4th mattress which we bought from mattress firm. With previous 3 mattresses we didn’t had any issue but this 4th mattress services were pathetic. We bought tempur-pedic pro adapt mattress with box springs. First of all the mattress firm website doesn’t show the option of 2 inches box springs so we had to check that from tempur-pedic official website and then call mattress firm again to get those particular boxes. Secondly, we couldn’t accept the delivery of boxes cuz they were broken and it happened 3 times. We got the undamaged boxes for the mattress 4th time. Thirdly, the price of the mattress dropped and we asked for price match difference to be refunded. Even for that we had to call them continuously for atleast a week and later they refunded the amount. On top of everything there had been no apologies or any kind of compensation for all the trouble we had to face. I’ll have to look for different options to buy mattresses going forward!

The mattress is scheduled to be delievered next week so I can only comment on the sales experience which was great. Renita was so helpful and patient and there was not pressure at any point. She answered all of our questions throughly. She listened to our needs and made suggestions when asked. It took four visits to the store on our part to make up our minds and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. A very good sales experience.

Today Michael Howell educated us on beds (it’s been 13 years since we bought last) and showed us the perfect combo. He was honest on all costs and even found additional discounts. I called to see if they had anything available in store and Ron was amazing he wasn’t able to place the order for me online or send me the order confirmation to my email however I ran into some issues when ordering it online myself he called me back he walked me through everything then I had another hiccup while ordering online and didn’t send me a confirmation email so I called back and they said my delivery date weighs like two weeks after what I originally set online Ron wasn’t available to help me but His coworker was and he fixed it immediately and then sent me a email confirmation immediately I’m very happy I’m in the process of moving and it’s nice to know I have a bed to sleep on soon with their help thanks guys stay safe through this pandemic

Shopping for mattresses is about as far down the list of things I want to do as you can imagine. That being said, Brandon at the N. Decatur Rd. location was about as great of a salesperson as we could have hoped to have encountered...and made a root canal experience about as comfortable as you can imagine. Very knoweldegable, patient (listened very well to our needs)....and never pushy. I know you cant drive around Atlanta for 5 minutes without bumping into a Mattress Firm store, but trust me, this is the one you want to go to!

What a world wind of an experience! My husband and I walked into this Mattress Firm location less then 5 minutes to closing and Brandon welcomed us as if the time did not matter. He provided phenomenal service, explaining the benefits of each bed and patiently waiting for our thoughts, after laying on the bed, before moving onto the next option. We left there feeling confident we had purchased the right bed and now glad to have a go-to bed store for future reference. You cant go wrong shopping here!

We went in just to look around and get a sense of things but we were blown away by Chris excellent customer service. We never once felt like we had to buy or were ever pressured into anything. He was present and flexible, providing input as needed. He related to us, understood our needs, never tried to up sell us, and even did research for us to make sure the mattress we bought would work for our daughters new bed frame. Ill never shop anywhere else for a mattress, for my wife and I or future children.

We came here to change our mattress because of our pain at night. We werent sure how to balance our different needs (one of us needs cooling beds and the other soft). I have been researching mattresses for several months now - and was left confused by the huge amount of data and the fact that it is such a personal decision. I checked out Mattress Firm in Decatur GA and was helped by Matt, who had ready answers for all my questions, gave me time to test whatever beds I wanted to and helped me feel comfortable with the decision I made.
