This business has changed owners and name to TOP TIRES. The prices and service was good before however my experience with my visit today was exceptional!! Very courteous, professional and expert customer service. These guys know tires and the prices are still excellent. The wait times are long(very busy and popular business) so plan ahead to leave your car unless you are the first one at the door at 9:00am. Overall I will continue to patronize TOP TIRES for all my car tire needs!

I purchased 4 brand new tires from this establishment the second week of March 2018. On yesterday, one of my tires suddenly runs flat. I have only been driving around the city. Ive made no long trips or hit anything to have caused to damage so I suspected a nail. I am currently leaving a tire shop on Memorial Dr after having to replace the NEW not USED tire I just purchased from ATL Tires Warehouse. The pictures will show extreme wear and tear considering the tires to be less than two months old.Update: Days after posting my review, the manager called me and asked if I was the person who left the review with the photos. He told me the tires in the photos match my vehicle..meaning he looked up my information and made the connection rather than reaching out and commenting under my actual review. And over the phone, he insisted that I remove the poor review. After seeing the lack of professionalism this place offers, I agreed to do so for a refund for the bad tire I was sold. He declined. Due to the poor customer service and sketchy business ethics, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Actual tire pricing not bad. Extra fees nearly $45 (tpms, recycle, mount balance). 😒 Ive had quicker service at other places however.

I needed a replacement set of tires for my 2004 Honda CRV. I first went to the Goodyear on Memorial (near the intersection of Memorial and Columbia). The Goodyear shop quoted me $400 for their least expensive set of replacement tires. The Goodyear rep said that they could not possibly go any lower than $400. I then checked with ATL Tire Warehouse. They sold me an equivalent set of new tires (same quality, ratings, warranty, etc...) for $120 less than what Goodyear quoted. Thank you, ATL Tire Warehouse!

Very good prices and the equipment they use is state of the art. I saved $200 for mounting and balancing 30 inch wheels compared to Butler Tire

Total rip off. Dont waste your money on any of their tires & definitely do not buy their warranty. They say it covers road damage, nails, etc. but when it comes down to you needing a new tire its a whole other thing.

Some of the other reveiws had me concerned but I brought in tires to have mounted and they did a great job for a price way more reasonable than any of the other nearby places. Customer service was fine, wait time was minimal, and they filled up my new tires to the exact reccommended PSI for my car.

Worst experience ever. I was sold a bad tire and promptly returned it only to be told that I could not get an exchange. Gave the so-called manager plenty of opportunities to do the right thing and he simply refused to do it and had the nerve to try to sell me another tire instead of replacing the bad tire he sold me in the first place. Really insulted my intelligence. Take this as a warning to whoever is reading this do not shop here. He does not appreciate your business only here to rip you off. Dont understand how this business is operating. I run a business myself and whenever there is an issue with any of my clients I always try to remedy the situation this guy seems like he didnt even care. I dont even write reviews but I felt like I had to do one for the first time just to warn the public.

Poor customer service from the owner down. Apparently their policy is to fix anything that walks in the store. He wanted to “service” a tire pressure sensor EVEN AFTER it was determined by the owner himself that the sensor could not be repair by his shop.The only way to have a warranty on tires is to have the shop mount them, & the only way for them to mount the tire is if they “service “ the sensors.And if you decide to go with the 1 year manufacturer warranty, you will need to bring the tire back to the shop for inspection before it is send out to the manufacturer. The shop does not honor the warranty they use as selling pitch. I would give a zero star, but it’s required to give at least 1 with this review.The wait time at the shop is unnecessarily long.Shop at your own risk

Ive bought tires from them several times and each time my tires were still imbalanced and shaking after returning. I take my car to a reputable place in Marietta, and they balance the tires and show me that one of my hub rings was missing. Careless and ghetto.

Went there to have my tires installed and a front in alignment. Before receiving service I told them my tire sensors were good and not to touch them. He said it was part of the service to replace parts on them even if theyre work properly. Needless to say as soon as I pulled off the their lot my tire pressure warning light came on. I took it back he said drive it for a day or two and if it doesnt go out bring it back. I did so and they tried to charge me to replace it. After further investigation come to find out one of my coworkers went though exact same issue with them on his truck. Sad part is these guys was serving our fleet of vans WAS. Since Im in charge of that department I just moved our companies business elsewhere. All over a tire sensor. SMH.

These people have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not spend my money with them again. I also called the better business bureau.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought my car to Atlanta Tires Warehouse for a tire balance. It took them over 4 hours to do the work. After the balance was completed, I noticed that my car was driving far worse than it was before. A couple of days later, I took my car to an NTB to have the balance double checked. All fours of my tires were out of balance because theyd been balanced improperly, which means that I essentially paid Atlanta Tires Warehouse $70 for nothing. After I had NTB my re-balance my tires, I called Atlanta Tires Warehouse to ask how I could get a refund. They told me that I was ineligible for a refund because I did not give them an opportunity to correct the issue first. The reason why I did not take my car back to them is because I no longer trusted them to do the job properly. The lesson I learned is that if you want quality work done on your car, Atlanta Tires Warehouse is not the place to go.

Not Happy with my service today. I bought a tire went to my car found out my rim was bent and didnt need a tire so try to get a refund and wasnt able to get a refund didnt even leave the parking lot.

It is easy to get to and they were fast with their service. I got 4 brand new tires with a national damage warranty.

This makes my third time coming to ATL!!!!! Good custom work good prices and very understanding people!!!!!! Wouldnt trust anybody to put rims on my car but ATL. This is my 2002 GMC Envoy I had 22s on it but I stepped it up to 24s. My first set of rims I bought was for my wifes car it was an 2003 Grand Prix this makes the second set of rims Im putting on my truck. 24s sho make your car look better thanks ATL!!!! ATL tires 4LIFE

Ive never had a problem with ATL Tires and been using them for the past 2 years now. you know why because i have 22inch rims on a Grandprix and everywhere i do go something is not done right and i always find myself right where I should have gone in the first place to have something done to my car right (ATL TIRES). From high speed balance to wheel alginment. or just switching my rims back to factory. they always inform me on whats going on or what i should do. and as far as wait time...well if they have people already there being services then just have a set like anywhere elsa and wait till its your turn. This guy sold me a 205x75x15 tire for a car, i need it for a trailer. I walk to my car WITH this tire, took it back inside and he refuses to exchange it. Same price difference pattern.
