Great service. Staff is kind & friendly. Quick service. They’ll get you taken care of without having to wait around for hours, just call and set an appointment. Work is great. No bubbling or peelings. No complaints at all. I would recommend to family and friends.

I was calling so many shops to try and get he specific tint I was looking for and I was usually left with a short response or none at all. I wrote 519 an email and they called me within an hour saying they had exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service and really nice people. Martin does a great job!

Car radio installed and it works great and installation was fairly quick ( about 1 hour 15 minutes). Pricing was reasonable and customer service was on point. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly and thorough service. The tint came out well and they warranty their work so that provides extra peace of mind. Thei service was estimated to take 2 hours and it was shorter than that so that was nice too. Fly is pretty cool. And they have a waiting area if you need to sit and wait for service instead of dropping it off.

Good service very professional and courteous but poor quality work. Every window was done poorly. Rather than have them redo I opted to go somewhere else that did quality work first try.

My husband and I worked with Martin and fly. The customer service was absolutely exceptional! Martin was very personable, nice, enthusiastic, pretty much an overall great guy to work with! Fly was very respectful, shared a lot about what their business offers, and also just a great person to work with!The tint looked absolutely perfect! The deal was amazing! We paid $120 for 4 windows and the back window, what a great price plus exceptional customer service! We also get a LIFETIME WARRANTY!! It cannot get any better than that!We didn’t wait long at all for them to put the tints on my windows. I believe we waited an 1hr! Not bad at all!I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service!

Took my brand new car to them. The lady there was nice and understandingHad to wait longer than wanted to but when both started on my car, they rolled up their sleeves and handled it. I recently purchased a new car. Not a hint of tint at all so I googled vehicle tint. Then I thought I was being selfish during a pandemic I’m thinking about tinting windows. Although 519 was third on the list they were the only one to answer. So glad they did. I arrived just before my appointment and the service Tech was on it!!!! All 7 windows (Nissan Rogue) in just under two hours. I’m VERY VERY VERY Pleased with the quality and value. I recommend them wholeheartedly.519 CUSTOMZ Did That!!!!

Had my front two windows tinted and a windshield strip applied on my truck.. the windows and the strip look amazing and it was done in great time.. Fly and Martin were both polite and courteous.. I definitely recommend 519 for any tint jobs you need done... and make sure you get some of the amazing smelling air freshener/burning oils.. the purple haze is my favorite!

519 really has came through for me! Theyve tinted all of my cars, installed all of my sound systems & everything looks & sounds great! The staff is very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I have a big family and we always find a need for audio installations, window tint, etc. The staff always make more than a conscience effort to make sure that I am HIGHLY SATISFIED before I leave. I always feel comfortable when work is done on my cars, and I am always treated with care and respect. I HIGHLY recommend this well organized establishment, with hopes that others will give it a fair chance as well!

Friendly staff, but as far as professional car tint.... go some where professional... you get what you pay for for the low (groupon) low!!!!! The first tint on my windows was awful and I had to pay additional seventy-plus dollars. I had to go back to this shop to get my windows re- tinted and the tint on my windows still looks awful and I have statches on my windows... I cant believe he had cut the tint on my windows...smh!! Im very disappointed!!!!

Martin was very informative on the difference types of films. And recommend a Ceramic window film for my 2018 Ram 1500. And my leather seat are MUCH cooler now. He tinted all 4doors and back glass and did a GREAT job on tinting my windshield..

Good fast service but make an appointment

I met the owner who came off very nice, but unfortunately my experience was not good. First, a tint and subwoofer installation took 2 days. The tint was not done right and I ended up with 3 layers of tint before it was all done. The speaker box/amp was installed incorrectly. Now I am at another shop trying to fix what should have been done right at 519. The amp should definitely turn off when you turn the car off, but the way 519 hooked it up, the amp stays on 24-7. I also asked about the box sliding around in the back as I had concerns about this. The owner (Martin) told me it shouldn’t move, yet the moment we drove off it started to slide around. We had to pay someone else to install “L” brackets to keep it in place. This is something that should have been done at 519 especially after paying $350 for the job which they said was a “discount”. (Not really). Then the ground wire came a loose easily. How in the world could this happen EASILY if it were installed correctly? The worst part was, I had something taken from my car while it was at their shop. The day after I left the shop, I called the owner to let him know that there were BMW bags (that came with the car) inside of a compartment behind the middle console of the back seat. I didn’t realize when you open the compartment there is a hole there that provides a view/access to the trunk (where they did the audio work). The bags were right there, but when I picked up the car, they were GONE! Of course the owner said he didn’t see them and he wouldn’t hire people who would steal... blah blah blah. All I know is the car was just purchased the day before we took it to him and no one else had been in the car or had access to the car except the people at 519. So pretty much, if you want a botched job, feel free to go to 519 and be sure to take everything you want to keep, with you. If you want it done right at a very good price (like $95 installation) then take your car to General Audio on Cobb Parkway. I dealt with Juan. He was extremely knowledgeable and very good with customer service!

So I came across this place because another place was not available. Appointment only and he was booked. My husband looked online on Groupon and found this place. I called and made appointment the same day. Arrived and the guy met me and he is sooooooo friendly. Went into his office and chatted the entire wait! My car was finished and she looks awesome! If I had lots of cars I would go to him and have my tinting done!

I came from Camp Creek after reading the reviews with a Groupon deal. I LOVE the experience. I came for the tint deal, dealt with Fly and was made aware of the price difference upfront for the baby windows and darker tint. I was up sold for the KK fragrances (which Im addicted to) and an int/ext carwash plus the overall atmosphere made the drive worth it. She was VERY personable, knowledgeable and i love that this is almost a one stop shop for snacks, audio, batteries, etc. Waiting area and restroom were clean as well.The tint is lighter than I want but at no fault to the shop and installation was perfect. Id def return and recommend.

I went to get my car tint .,tint bubble and they didnt clean my windows but later stated that it was taking longer due to the blue on window, Well that just shows whos paying attention .windows look horrible .

They did a fantastic job on my windows, and it was no pressure about the pricing or anything, they were all so fast and they offered a lifetime warranty. Kudos to you!
