Took my 4Runner in because a high pitch buzzing noise was coming from my speakers. I was told I needed all new wiring and it would take three days to replace. A week later I pick it up to find that all they replaced was my aluminum amplifier mounting bracket with a moldy piece of plywood and the noise was worse. Not a single wire had been replaced. Total scam artists.

They were really nice and the gentleman that installed my subwoofer did a great job and made everything look clean. Took a little bit longer than expected but they did it right so it was worth the wait. I greatly appreciate everyone here!

Had a remote start installed. Fast and friendly service, but I have to deduct for a couple reasons. It should be noted I have zero knowledge of remote start...When I called to inquire, I asked what mfg/model they would use. I was told it could be 1 of 2, she wasnt sure which. That response could be improved I think.After install, I was told it has a 12 minute run time. I have later read, it is programmed how the installer chooses. I would have liked to been given a choice for that time range.I wasnt given any literature. (yes, its online, but still)The range on my Avital 4115L (turns out) is pretty weak. Id say 100 ft maybe? Maybe that is standard, but I was a little disappointed in that.Thats it, felt inclined to share. Overall happy, 4 stars.

They did a great job removing the system from my jeep and installing in my tundra.had a few issues along the way,but David did a great job helping get it done the way I wanted it.he is great at letting u know whats going on through the process and very patient with people like me that keeps changing their mind. Highly recommend them

Gifted a remote start for my moms car on Christmas. Dropped the car off at 8am with an appointment around lunch. Went to pick the car up at 4, it was not ready until 5:30. The owner was rude with my mom because they had to stay late and they “had 7 installs to do that day”Not her problem. Poor communication and manners.Will not use this company again.We did not pay someone to be hateful or rude for a Christmas gift.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I had been waiting for 3 weeks to get an issue fixed with my washing machine that had a recall issue. Then I had to get a repair for the actual problem after I had the recall issue fixed. It took 2 weeks to get my recall issue fixed thenow they finally scheduled my repair through this company. I called and asked them if there was any way I could speed up the process as my laundry was really piling up at this point. They said they would try their best and the last called back that day saying they could be there first thing in the morning. So sweet of her to do. And the repairman was very professional and nice. Fixed the whole issue in 30 min. And even showed me what was wrong with the part that was causing the issue. My washing machine is now running perfectly again. Thanks so much for awesome service.

I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the crew at AVS on the stereo upgrade on my 2017 king ranch F350!!! Stock sounded great but after spending some time with them going over options to take it to the next level this thing sounds AMAZING!!! This is the second truck I have had them do a install on for me and are the only people I trust with my high end truck! Very clean and professional install and everything is factory appearing. Great customer service. They came out to my house for a warranty repair on a TV I bought from a retailer. Bernardo Garcia replaced the screen in under 40 minutes and was Super friendly and showed me things about my tv I didnt know. I highly recommend them for your audio video needs. We used these folks for a Samsung warranty repair, so we didnt chose them they were chosen for us. They had the part we needed in a day and had it installed in two. Yes, they tell you a large time frame, ours was noon to 5, but Austin was here at 1:30 and gone by 2. Very professional and informative.

Your technician, Bernardo Garcia, needs to give better information. He told me I would receive a voucher this week for a new TV. I called yall & was told that I would have to take it up with Asurion. I have been without a TV since Monday. No wonder WalMart uses yall. Your service is just as bad as them.

Terrible communication from the outset of my dealings with this company. Slow - Four weeks to get my TV main board replaced. Half the fault lies on the TV manufacturer (shipping parts ground) but the other half definitely lies on audio visual specialist being super slow and non-non-commuicative (Not once did they call with an update- I called them every week). I finally will get the TV a month and a half later (I needed to bring them the remote for some final step which was difficult being that they are only open 8-5 on weekdays and 45 minutes from my house)

We have a Samsung TV that went hay wire on us. When we called Samsung, they let us know that our TV was still under warranty, and that a local service repair company would contact us for repair. AVS didnt delay at all. They ordered the part we needed and was able to come fix our TV within a matter of a few days. Bernardo was extremely polite, and made sure our TV was working as it should before he left. Thanks to AVS and Bernardo for such wonderful service.

These are GO TO PEOPLE in the high end car audio business. My request to Wayne, David & Jimmy was to approach the sound quality of a Klipsch R-28F home speaker inside a Ram 1500 Quad cab pickup. No doubt a challenging task to pull off. They patiently experimented with different speaker combinations, speaker placements, and Equalizer settings. The final combination installed was 1ea. Metra audio processor, 1 ea. QBDODGEEQ110 sub box, 1 ea. JL10W6 sub, 4 ea. JL C1-690s without tweeters in doors. 2 ea. C5-653-XO crossovers, 2 ea. C5-400CM mid drivers, 2 ea. C5-075CT tweeters. Mids & tweeters mounted in kick panels. Powered by JL HD900/5 amp. Hushmat sound deadening installed in all doors. Im very pleased with the price & sound quality of this system. I was treated like family here. I would highly recomend AVS to family & friends.

Extremely poor service. Bad communication problems. They will send techs out without calling. They even sent 2 different techs on 2 separate days to do the same job. Still waiting on repair. So frustrating.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CAN PAY BY CREDIT CARD!!!!Approximately three weeks ago, our television stopped working. The television was out of warranty just a few months and we had bought an extended warranty. We called the extended warranty service and they directed us to Samsung the television manufacturer. We were told that the only authorized service company was A/V video repair.The first time that they came they asked for a check. The technician helped my son get the television off of the wall and he identified the issue. The technician then helped my son put the television back on the wall.He left without providing a card, a receipt or any documentation indicating what the issue was. Since the technician came in a personal vehicle with no identifying signage, I had to call around town to identify who we had just given our check to.In about a week (on a Monday), the company called to say that they had the part and again, the technician helped my son get the television off of the wall only to find out that they had misdiagnosed the problem. I said at that time that there would not be any way of getting the television back down and that they needed to order the part and be back before the Thursday. This information was not related to, or the company chose to ignore our request. At no time did the company status us, contact us to let us know that there was not going to be a way to fix the problem before the date we had stated. Instead, they called on a Monday with the expectation that we would be there and that they needed to come on Wednesday.When the technician showed up on Wednesday, I had to send them back because there was no one to take the television down. I said that we had specifically stated that there would not be anyone here to do this if they did not provide the service in a timely manner.They left a message with me trying to arrange another time. I called back and explained that I was not happy with the level of service that we had so far been provided. That in addition to not getting the right part, we needed to have someone come out with the technician to get the television off of the wall. I felt that this was the least that they could do given the issues that they had in diagnosing the issue with the television.At this time I was told that they could not guarantee that the next part that they had ordered would work and that the television had to be the floor in order to service it. I stated that this was not an option. They stated that they could simply send the part back. I then requested to talk to a manager that said The television has to be on the ground. I then requested that the manager speak with my husband at which point the manager stated Are you not capable of telling your husband what happened?When I stated that I was going to file a formal complaint with the better business and angies list. He said that I could call 1800 BBB, 1800 Angies list and 1800 I dont give a darned who you call. At that point I hung up.I have already called Samsung and they are putting me in touch with another more competent service center that will ensure that the diagnosis identified is correct.
