Mark who does the work on the cars is a very nice man you have any problems he does not mind helping you I am 63 and I did not understand things on my new stereo with GPS and all that on it that I had put in went back and The man sit down and show me everything and told me if I had any more problems I could come back thats what you call good people and back up their products I truly recommend this place to anybody

Discussed installation of stereo with steering wheel interface and backup camera by telephone with Mark. Was very impressed with his knowledge and made appointment for the upcoming Saturday. He did an excellent installation & final price was slightly lower than original quote (one of the parts was lower than estimated). He had everything ordered & ready for installation. Friendly, diagnosed the issue with the system. Had a good replacement booster and radio in stock. Knowledgeable. They were installing one for someone when we arrived, came back in 40 minutes and were good to go!

Very rude customer service. The heavy set guy acts like he is in pain all the time. Everytime I go there they tell me they cant get to me and they act like they dont care. You will look up one day and they will be out of business.
