This store is consistently not open during the hours they post on the door. This has happened on more than 5 occasions. I will not shop at this location again.

I can only speak to my experience with this store the first and only time weve been there on 9/18/21, and specifically with the representative who helped us, SAIF.We stopped at this Metro by T-Mobile located at 3930 N Druid Hills Rd, SuiteB after visiting a T-Mobile store close by where we spent about half hour just to receive the wrong information and not been able to solve our inquiries.The gentleman (Saif) at the desk was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Metro. He answered all of our inquiries, made sound suggestions as to what options might best fit our needs, and stayed attentive until we left the store (with our new phone and plan).

Today (09/22/2021), I tried to contact this business on their listed phone number at 2:00PM. The phone rand and rang until I finally received a voicemail prompt indicating that they were unable to answer and the mailbox was full. Nope, Ill go elsewhere,

I am a long time Metro PCS customer. I purchased a phone on June 6th and 96 days later the phone no longer works The representative working yesterday tried to cell me another phone. He said the phone I brought in was non repairable. Didnt offer to do anything to make a long time customer happy. Very disappointing service.

Nick and Ash were amazing! Nick was able to help us get our monthly bill down and more features! Theyre both so knowledgeable and really work with you. They even offered me a complimentary bottle of water. I highly suggest coming to this location!

This Metro by T-Mobile store offers great customer service, seating and wonderful options. Store personnel were patient when explaining my options. Will definitely upgrade and purchase my new phone at this location!

Nick and his team at this location are wonderful. There customer service is way above average. They helped me make my sons Birthday iphone possible. I highly recommend this store. They treat the customer with respect and courtesy!

I went there today when all else failed to get service back to my phone which was lost for a few days and with cutting my service off it was placed on a blacklist just in case it was stolen.. Sadi was a huge help she was patient and she was motivated to get my phone back in service and for about an hour being on the phone and alot of retries she was able to get my service back on with no lost data or info and it also saved me money from having to get a whole new phone customer service was superb not once did she show any frustration/complain regarding my issues..I will definitely recommend and come back when I am ready for an upgrade..THANK YOU SOO MUCH SADI!

Family owned business. I go here if I only have to. Feel somewhat like an outsider due to way I am looked at and treated every time I go in... Either these reps are extremely introverted and are not customer friendly, or they have an issue with particular people.

No stars at all ! Worst customer service ever! I just got a google phone and upgraded my line to that new phone from iphone. So, i wanted to give that old iphone to my mom. I went to them and asked for a new sim card to be installed to that iphone. What the fool Indian(probably) lady told me was that i have same lines installed in both the google and iPhones ! When there was no service on the iphone at that time. I got tired explaining to her that how on earth same phone number be installed in two phones at the same time! She was rude and trying to push it on me saying she has nothing to do. Then the Indian guy came forward and took care of everything.He showed her something on the computer and said i was right. Yet the lady was too arrogant to apologise. She is unprofessional and rude. I am never ever coming back here. Period.

They did a great job problem shooting my internet connection. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends
