My friend worked there for one week. Professionalism was good in terms of giving payment. But intra office politics was too much. Everyone wanted to be boss there and wanted to make juniors do cleaning chores, even though junior was highly qualified. So because of this bossism attitude and office politics, they couldnt take full advantage of young, highly qualified, talented persons abilities and she was terminated.
Always welcoming to everyone regardless of their ethnic background. I bought my wedding dress here and 100% will return for future events.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff assisted me with whatever I had questions about!
I have a Indian wedding that I’m going to in 2 months and was alittle nervous about what to wear. Mirage Sareers was great service and helped with everything we needed. My buddy is 6’8” and then had a lot of inventory for him to pick from as well. I will definitely come back here if I need anything in the future.
Beautiful store and wonderful customer service
Gorgeous options and great customer service
I really enjoyed my visit today at mirage. I have been shopping at this store for many years & they always have great choices. Salima and her associate were so warm and helpful today. Im even more excited for my pregnancy photos now! Salima did a great job choosing & styling my outfit for me. She took me out of my comfort zone & I feel beautiful in my Saree!
Lovely outfits! The ladies working there really helped my sister pick out a beautiful outfit to wear
Very bad quality, the customer service is so bad. never coming back to this store again, very disappointed.
Very nice clothes,jewelry&good prices!!
The store is filled with so many beautiful things, the jewelry is fun, the clothes and fabric are of good quality. The staff are absolutely amazing people, so helpful and very kind. Thank you so much!
I absolutely love this store! Even though I havent purchased an outfit from them, I have taken 3 dresses to them to be accented with their Beautiful Fabrics. Their work is amazing!! I will DEFINITELY be going back to them!Michelle Mincey
Cheated on price more than once, disrespectful people! Never go back again!!!!
My sister and I ventured into this lovely piece of paradise today at the recommendation of a friend. We...were... speechless!!!! The staff was professional, very kind and engaging. The jewelry selection was unreal. The clothing selection was fit for royalty and extremely affordable. We can not wait to go back!
I know nothing about formal Indian attire for weddings : they were helpful and patient in assisting me to find what I needed . They helped my put together my outfit for the wedding . They were understanding even as we stood there trying to decide between 3 different options . I would go back if I ever need anything in the future .
This is my favorite go to store. Ive been shopping here for years. Here you will find the most friendly and helpful staff. They physically assist with anything from sizing, tailoring, selection of fabrics or clothing and jewelry for women. They feature clothing for men, women, children, and even bridal parties. If you are a dance ministry, consider wearing salwars. They are very durable, beautiful, and come in many colors and patterns. They make beautiful dance garments and can be purchased here.Again this is my favorite place to shop and it can become yours too!
Great service! Very friendly and made shopping for a saree comfortable. They knew what they were doing and they are pretty affordable. Jewelry is amazing and so are their clothes. Will definitely go back!
I am a local designer in Atlanta with a bridal shop and I go to many different fabric shops. Their service was outstanding and the selection is great! Prices!!!!! They are better than all others in Atlanta!!!
The employees were very helpful. They were very patient and courteous. I have always shopped there.
The owners were rude racist, only wanting to do business with indians....looks like the caste system is well established in Decatur.Ga
Very polite and kind. I needed to buy clothes for a wedding, and they were very helpful with suggestions and understanding my price range.
Fantastic customer service!! And great quality attire. I went for my 28th bday outfit and they helped me nail it. Thank you so much!!
I was in the process of picking out my outfit for a banquet. I went to my FAVORITE place to shop and picked out the perfect saree that stood out....can you say BEST DRESSED in the house...a few days later was my wedding day...I went back the day before my wedding and purchased a new wedding dress... Again I slayed it. They also matched my husbands attire to mines. A few months after I attended another banquet....again...I couldnt of been dressed more perfect. The women here are very helpful. I truly LOVE this place...its my GO TO for MORRISH AMERICAN UNIQUE Indian clothing.
Just bought a bunch of clothes here. Our second time here. Kinari was very sweet and helpful.
Large assortment of Pashminas and Sarees, as well as Indian accessories and other garb at a very reasonable price!!!
Worst place even. These folks try to intimidate you to buy stuff you dont want.. English limited.. Ugh and follow black people like we really want to steal Indian clothes. Lol. This was my first visit and purchase. I will never go back again.. Cashier had terrible attitude.
Poor customer service on multiple occasions, but yet they still harass with unsolicited calls and texts about their specials. Ill never step foot in that place again!
I LOVE THESE TALENTED WOMEN!!! THEIR WORK IS IMPECCABLE!!! WOW!!!❤👍😙~Sister Rina (Rhonda)
Really liked a khaftaan a friend of mine was wearing at a recent function so I went to Mirage Sarees looking for the outfit...couldnt find the exact same thing but purchased a variation of it in a different color...had tried it on at the store but the lining inside the khaftaan was a bit snug...they suggested using their alterations person but I opted to just make the purchase and use my seamstress...keep in mind I had to really rummage through their selection of khaftaans to find the right size and one that wasnt damaged as most of their outfits had slight imperfections...could be why there was a 30% off sign above that particular section...got home that night and noticed several spots on the khaftaan resembling an oily substance...called the next day and after being raked over the coals and instructed to email pics to them was finally told to bring the outfit back to the store for an exchange since they have a final sale policy...I live a good 30 miles away so I informed them Id go there the next day as it was already close to 2pm and I had another engagement to attend that evening...what ensued the next day was reprehensible...the associate that I spoke to on the phone wasnt there but the staff was aware of the situation...store employee Kinari accused me of wearing the outfit and trying to return it even though she was at the store when I made the purchase two days prior and she had knowledge of the liner dilemma...naturally I was infuriated especially when I pointed out that the tags were still intact on the khaftaan...she went as far to suggest that because they were in the back I couldve still worn the outfit...Kinari not only lacked customer skills but her entire demeanor was a complete turn off...she continued to argue with me about the khaftaan being worn...was FINALLY able to just exchange the damaged khaftaan (after several grueling minutes of being interrogated) for a different one and make my way out of there...I thought the customer is always supposed to be right...never ever again will I return to Mirage Sarees...aside from the unpleasant experience with Kinari the two or three staff members present were dismissive of my experience as they intervened between Kinari and myself...the owner is familiar with me so I asked for Kinaris name and suggested that I leave my name and number so that I could have a word with the owner...one of the associates advised me to just let it go...had to coax them into providing me with a piece of paper to jot my information down on...theres no doubt in my mind that the owner would never recieve my note or hear about Kinarislavk of tact which is why I decided to write this review...Mirage Sarees does have quite a large selection of Indian outfits and accessories reasonably priced but Im taking by business elsewhere...never ever again doing business at this place and weird how all of the reviews on the facebook page with low star ratings dont have an actual review
Cheated on price more than once, disrespectful people 11/10 would recommend never going again
Good collection of kurtis and sarees
Used for tailoring and were very helpful.
Drove past it, I know nothing about it. Google is weird.
Beautiful Store
