While takeout was a bit of a wait. Starbucks was clean and ready to serve with tables setup for social distancing while customers waited.

It took an hour for my order to get out. I even order way ahead to make sure, but it still didnt. SO if youre going here be prepared to wait FOREVER

I love picking up my orders at this location! The staff is SUPER friendly and talented. The greet everyone with warmth and kindness and the drinks are consistently delicious. Great place. Great vibe.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I’m offered wonderful service. They always have my drinks ready on time, and the employees are always so nice when I come in, and even through the drive thru. I always leave in a happy mood! Even if they don’t have my drink due to complications with delivery of certain items, they always offer great substitutes.

I regularly frequent this Starbucks and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Several times they have given good recommendations that I return for. When I order ahead my drinks are ready on time and the staff greets me in spite of being quite busy.

For being a Decatur franchise… this Starbucks definitely exceeds expectations every time. Staff is super friendly and I am always met with exceptional service!

All the workers are very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is how you want it. The store is always very clean. I frequently visit this location and will continue to as well.

Everytime I go in there are smiling faces and a warm welcome to Starbucks. My drinks are always right. When theyre out of items, thats not the baristas fault. Never had a bad experience!

The super friendly and allergen-aware baristas are great. If a product is out of stock, they are quick to suggest the closest substitute and apologize for the inconvenience. Its obvious they try their hardest to make everyones experience amazing.

Great small place, where I love to grab a quick bite and coffee during my work travels. The sitting area is always clean, well lit and organized. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but no big deal. This is the must stop for me every time I leave town! :)

Online ordered ahead so I could pick it up inside. When I walked in the door and looked for my order a barista said to me what time did you order and when I replied 10:05 She said to me Im working on 9:29 orders now.

Great staff, they have mask at the front door for you. You can order from the app an pick your drinks or food up inside if your in a hurry.

Due to supply and demand, this Starbucks is often packed and long lined for cars. That stated, they are accurate and friendly!

The drive up line was long, and queuing via what looks to be a newly augmented drive up entrance was a bit confusing. Overall service was good, but the wait in drive up was over 15 minutes and the quality of my coffee was mediocre.I ordered a breve latte with an extra shot of espresso. The cream was over steamed and the top fifth of the volume of my cup was foam as a result.

They have delicious, organic and unique foods and beverages. If you want something thats sweet, you can get it there.

Ordered 2 drinks. Got my first drink ( caramel machiatto) 15 minutes after I ordered but it took another 20 minutes for my second drink ( a refresher). Yes they were busy but the inefficientness of making full orders makes everyone have long wait times. No one who ordered more than 1 drink got them together. They need a better system for making orders. People got their hot food before their beverages and were not happy when their food got cold waiting on drinks. I love Starbucks and travel all over the country. I will not return to this location unfortunately.

Sure wish they opened earlier. Most people are already at work by the time they open. Guess it will always remain an occasional weekend coffee place. Plus the long lines when I have gone and outrageous price. Id write more but I have to go to work... after I stop by dunkin donuts 😪

The were super fast when we went inside. Super polite. They also hooked my pups up with a pupacino, which they LOVED.

Always a huge line and the drive thru is set up so that you order so fast back, your order is already melting and getting watery if its frozen. Also the parking lot/ driving in that location is nerve racking.

I love Starbucks but theyve changed the way that they do their cold brews they put three quarters of the cup with ice and then put the cold brew in where they used to be no ice. So now I hardly get any drink.

I have never had an unpleasant experience at the Decatur Starbucks location. I am always greeted in a friendly way and the baristas go out of their way to make sure the experience is enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Asked for soy, did not get soy. Usually give the benefit of the doubt but this has happened a handful of times now.I do not ask for soy because of any personal choices, I ask for soy because I am lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy.

Who in the world spends $32.50 on a small bottle of water with Starbuck label on it..... Yall people suspect.

Amazing coffee. Kind of expensive for a cup of coffee but totally worth it if you love coffee like I do. A ton of different flavors, and they have a few food items as well. I always get a very complicated custom order and not only are they always more than happy to make it the way I like it, but most of the staff has remembered my weird order and just asks if I want the usual. I absolutely love this place, I just wish there was a little bit more comfortable of a seating area. Since they are located inside of Kroger though, I understand space for seating is limited.

Service was spectacular here! Extremely friendly! Starbucks is never my first choice for coffee, but it was the only coffee shop open in town. I am glad we went for the great service alone. I will return when in town.

Pretty good Starbucks. Friendly and quick. Knocked off a star because they were a bit careless with my drinks, getting water all over the side of my hydro flask but not attempting to clean it and then setting my mocha down so hard some of it popped out of the top (like a volcano which was kind of cool to watch but then :()

This place was the longest waiting experience I have ever been to. If I could rate it no stars I would. A 30 minute wait for 2 drinks.

They are very nice, but unable to get an order right. I started going to Starbucks as a way to treat myself. Last week I went and order ham and pepper bites and received something completely different. I was standing there so I told them they gave me the wrong order and they made me the right. No they charged me for the expensive sandwich and then gave me the cheaper with no refund. Today I ordered on the mobile app because I was running a bit late. Ran in order there ready. Grabbed it and went to work. Got to work sat down for me treat again I get something completely wrong. I ordered right the bag says it is right but not. I call they it was an honest mistake. 2 weeks in a row. Maybe they should teach their staff what their items are. So now I am out the money and no treat. Never again. I will find a new way to treat myself. Thanks Starbucks.

Went to drive up… drink was not good as usual … went inside to exchange drink and server was extremely rude acting as though it was my fault !!! Never been treated this badly At Starbucks before! Maybe he was just having a badd day . But for the price I pay for a good cup of coffee it should be good and the employs should never treat me poorly Or make me feel badly For asking For a new drink!

I went to Papa Murphys, not Starbucks. My review of Starbucks is meh. I mean its a Starbucks, you get what you expect. 5 stars fir them. The customers however are the worst. Speeding everywhere, driving the wrong way, not staying one one side of the road. They get 1 star. So 3 stars to average it out. What Starbucks should do (as well as other business owners) is complain to the landlord and have the parking lot fixed to accommodate the business. Maybe add speed bumps. Close off the one entrance which just ends up causing issues.

This is the BEST Starbucks I have EVER been too!!! Everytime I go I have a great experience and I have tried numerous Starbucks all over the country and to have the best Starbucks here in Decatur is pretty amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful and always quick with my order no matter what time of day I am there. I mostly use my mobile app and when I go into pick up my coffee they always know me by name and are quick to hand me my coffee. This says a lot about the management at this Starbucks. I have no problem spending $6.00 on coffee when I get this amazing service. Thank you!!!

I don’t know why they took long time to serve inside.They took order from me. and after 20 mins i didn’t get my order they said they didn’t get the sticker. And went to screen and print the stickers and gave me coffee .Totally it took 35 mins to get Tall Mocha. And finally its not Mocha . It’s something else tastes weird.Worst service .

My coffee was good but I had a BOGO coupon and when they scanned my card they charged me for both drinks. I didnt realize it until I looked at my mobile receipt and it was too late to go back.

Ordered 7shots of espresso for caramel macchiato but gave me 2shots of espresso (thats how it looks and tastes like). And waited 45 minutes just to get disappointed.
