The service was great! I carried one computer in to be tuned up. I was told it would be a couple of days and they would call when it was ready. They called and I took my other computer in to be tuned up and picked up my first computer. In jus a few days, they called and said my second computer was ready. I could NOT be more happy with the service. I will give them five stars out of five. They earned it! Thanks fellows!

We had work done from Fav Geek a few years ago. The service was good although the price was rather high for installing free FTP software onto our computer. $760 for approx. 5 minutes worth of easy work.

Took my mac book in to get them to look at it bc website says they do. I walk in the door and they tell me they no longer work in them. If all you do is fix broken iPhone screens then just say it. Will tell everyone I know not to waste their time.

They did a good job eventually I took two weeks to get my phone back because they ordered the wrong piece and I ended up paying $200 extra so if you have an iPhone go to the Apple Store its half the price and quicker
