Sukru is a delight and he is very quick! Im sure depending on what is wrong and what needs to be done it might vary but I ran my computer over to him later in the afternoon and he popped it open and after some tinkering he was able to get it to work! Fast turnaround and very knowledgeable owner. One of my computers crashed and I went to him to get all of my pictures and document transferred to an external hard drive. My other computers keyboard came apart and he fixed that as well and helped me find the parts that I needed.

Purchased MacBook Pro here. Less then 6 mo it’s crashed with the same mother board issue as my computer I game in to get fixed. He gave me attitude and wasn’t willing to fix. Will be reporting to BBB and consulting my attorney. This is not how you treat customers. Very unprofessional.

Saved my Mac. I accidentally spilled quite a bit of soda on my MacBook Air one night, and followed instructions (via Internet) on what to do immediately to reduce the damage as much as I could. Took my Mac here the next day had my motherboard and keyboard cleaned, and a new battery at a very good price. I thought my Mac was toast prior to it getting serviced. After, it feels like nothing ever happened to it. Great service!

Macbook expert on site answered my questions and helped with picking the right enclosure for my internal ssd. Thats the only way I could recover my data on the disk because the motherboard was dead (my daughters friend spilled a big glass of lemonade on it.) If that happens to you, turn it upside down, turn it off and take it to an expert like this shop.

The owner is extremely helpful. He effectively handled three different kinds of customers: a person who dropped off a computer for basic work (the I dont want to mess with it, just fix it approach); a person who wanted to understand some things about MS Office on a Mac better, and us. We walked in with a goofed up build and he plunked the box down at an open station and started trouble shooting on the spot. He showed us everything he tried, found the issues (several things wrong), gave us advice on good wiring and told us other things to investigate and tune once it was up and running. I like that kind of hands-on learning and were better placed to finish the build now. Reasonable prices as well.

I dropped my laptop with minimal damage but was having some hardware problems with my computer. I initially took this to a different repair shop (solely because it was the closest one to my home) and they said it would be a week before they would even look at it. I decided to try Trend Tech before I handed over my laptop to the other place, and the owner of Trend Tech fixed my problem in less than ten minutes! He opened it up right in front of me and fixed it right then and there. He had the parts right there in the store, so I was in and out extremely quickly with my newly fixed laptop. If I have problems with my laptop in the future, this is where I will be going.

The guy was so nice and helpful. He ended up having to send my MacBook out because of a motherboard issue but it was still reasonable. I will definitely go here again and recommend him to everyone I know.

They did a great job repairing my computer. I wish I hadnt wasted my time trying to do it myself. My motherboard had blown and the CPU had gone with it. They repaired my motherboard and allowed me to borrow a CPU until my new one came it. The turn around was lightning fast. I brought them a box of parts on Thursday evening and they had it ready to go by Saturday morning.

Just needed a cable/box for a hard drive from my crashed laptop to my new computer. I’ve been going to Trend Technology for at least ten years, and it’s way past time to post some well-deserved compliments for the work done by Sukru and his assistant, Minh. Over the years, I’ve gotten at least six computers for my friends and for my church. I’ve also purchased miscellaneous disk drives and components for my personal systems, and have had Trend Tech recover data I had nearly given up for lost. I’ve made my living as a programmer, so I feel confident in saying these guys know what they’re doing.Based on my experience, if you want quality used equipment and new or used parts for very reasonable prices, this is the best place in town to go. If you’re getting a computer, they’ll transfer your files for little or nothing, and lots of useful software will often get included. When I’ve talked to some of my less computer-literate friends who have gone there for help, they all say they have been treated fairly and with respect.

Im impressed! Been waiting for free time to fix my 2015 MacBook Pro since 12Jul19. Dreading the cost and time it would take to repair. In the end, I walked in to this repair shop. It took 1 hour for Sukru to replace my WiFi card and only cost me $100. EVERY other location was more than double and they required 4 days minimum turn time. My Mac laptop had a key that kept falling off. I called the Apple store and they said there was no way to give me a quote over the phone but that I would need to replace the whole keyboard, and if I brought it in theyd give me an estimate.Lifeline said theyd charge $40 if they could replace just the key but might need to do the whole keyboard. (They also quoted me $50 _more_ than the Sprint store to replace a cracked phone screen, btw. And they seem pretty hard-sell oriented; Ive stopped into two of them).I came here to check and see what they said, and the owner fixed it on the spot by taking a key off of a spare keyboard. Done in 10 minutes. Very nice man, and his little daughter is adorable. Ill be coming here in the future and recommending to everyone.

I decided to visit this place because of the positive reviews and I am glad that made the right choice! My laptop fan had been making loud noises, so I had to get a replacement. They ordered it for me and all I had to do was bring the laptop in when the fan arrived.After I got home and used my laptop, there was a little incident with my wifi. The signal was extremely weak, so I called them. They told me that they may have accidentally disconnected the wires near the wifi card. I open the laptop myself to check and what they said turn out to be true. I dont blame them. The wire slot was extremely delicate (manufacturers fault), so it came loose kind of easy. Other then this small mishap, overall great experience and very friendly customer service.

Very Positive Experience With Trend Technology Solutions.My Dell Optiplex GX280 Desktop had the dreaded blinking amber light.Took it into TTS for diagnostic testing.The issue was a power supply failure.TTS replaced the broken part, cleaned the PC and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Great outcome for an economical price.
