So, its Saturday and the hours on here say 8 am open. Im in there at 8:30 and the sign says 9. Im on my way out and one of two staffers talking to each other says to me the pharmacy isnt open until ten. I said well, the internet says 8 and he says no it says 10. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he says yes. Told me I needed to look again. I told him Google Maps says 8 and only 8. He tells me a lot of people are making that mistake. I told him maybe he ought to be finding out why and left. I figure he was trying to have a little fun with the confused Senior Citizen.20 years with CVS no problem. One month with Walgreens and Ill never shop there again. You want MY money you treat me with a little respect. Back to CVS even though its a 40 minute round trip for me.

Walk in covid vaccine? I dont think so. Walked in 4pm, pharmacy open until 9pm, they refused to give me the vaccine, because they did not want to open a new vaccine vial, because it was to late in the day. TO LATE IN THE DAY, I would have to come back tomorrow, earlier in the day. In this day and time, I think that is unacceptable, and just plane lazy.

I went in to grab some pictures, I showed up a little bit early, but an employee named Jeff came right over and got everything done very quickly for me. Quick service, friendly and humorous employees.

The pharmacy service at this Walgreens location has become so bad it’s intolerable. I had a pharmacy tech sneeze on my medicine and card three times and then laughed when I asked if she was sick. No Purell on the desk. The line inside and in the drive through has become a hellish wait. One of my meds was missing and the pharmacist was rude and couldn’t be bothered with asking a question. Terrible customer service. Need a new manager at this location desperately.

Horrible customer service. Prescription was called in for my 2 yr 30 hours ago & still not filled & have waited 40 minutes so far with 8 employees working. Sad that they make people wait days to get their medicine!

They never have my prescriptions ready on time. Waited 5 days before I picked up and they still didn’t have everything. Long wait times at drive thru as well. I can’t wait for amazon to start selling meds.

For the past 25 years, we have shopped at walgreens east 36 and never been disappointed with service and the cleanliness and available products. They greet you as you arrive and leave. Feels like family.

Wouldnt advise u to waste ur time to call or shop for prescriptions here. 👎👎👎👎
