I was in search for a good beauty supply, and I was having a hard time finding one! I am so happy that I found this store because they have such a huge selection of hair products, accessories, wigs, extensions, and much more! They are so up to date with their wigs especially as I was looking for one that was popular on Tik Tok and YouTube and surprisingly they had the whole collection!!!John was also extremely nice and helpful!! They have a customer for life!!! I would recommend this beauty supply! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

This is the only other (non black owned) beauty supply store that I would go to. Been coming here since about 2006 and the service from the owners hasn’t changed! Respectful, funny, compassionate, humorous, down to earth, helpful, and understanding. It’s really big and has everything you may need, literally! Definitely one of my beauty supply recommendations.

The owners are so nice. I like the hair care products here and the afro ponytails. There is a pretty large selection of braiding hair.

First time going in the store a month ago and now I go every week! Love it! Never disappointed and the customer service I great!

Employees are not helpful particularly because they dont know the English language well and they may think that all black women want straight hair to buy. I was looking for wavy braiding hair. Typical asian (Chinese or south Korean) establishment in a poor disenfranchised area. They dont help you find items. I visited this place twice, first time for me then for a relative looking for the same item. I spent roughly fifty dollars or more. I tried getting their help when I told them I wanted wavy braiding hair like my relative bought. No returns or exchange, and I hadnt used or opened the hair. My latest visit to the store (I didnt enter) I noticed a major misspelling of the word virgin as in virgin hair. You think theyd know better. Shop at Sally beauty supply or a black owned store that wont see you as a stereotype, assuming youre not one, and will treat you humabe.
