I literally shop here all the time, at least every two week. My usual go to store is angies which I love so much. But because this store in so convenient for me and In my area I decided to start shopping here. However after today I will not ever step foot in this store! I am a loyal customer who always pay for my things!! After a long day of work I do not need their employees stalking me while I look for my items. While looking for my hair color the guy literally stood their watched me then pretended to reorganize the shelve! While on the phone with my mother I explain how uncomfortable I was and I walked out peacefully without buying anything!! I am now on my way to angies!!

I would not patronize this store, I felt victimize while shopping black by one of the employees. Walked in the store to purchase a product that I knew where it was located. While squatting to pick out my hair color that was located on lower level. The young man was standing over me, i was asked may I help you and I told him no. He proceeded to stand over me. I politely walked out of the store without making a purchase. I refuse to spend my hard earn money in a store that racially profile the black customers. They come in our neighborhood and set up shop but cant trust us. I dont have to steal anything, I work for whatever I want.

Im being polite by giving it a two stars only because he greeted me in the beginning. However, while I was browsing the store the clerk was watching me the entire time and that did not make me feel very welcome at all. You dont hawk eye your clients down the isles and think thats appropriate.It got worse when I got to the cashier. Both the cashier and the clerk were having a full blow conversation and neither of them said anything to me when I said hello. I felt completely disrespected and invisible. And the clerk sat there the entire time eye balling me, but clearly didnt like it very much when I did it back to him. What is wrong with your business?! From beginning to end was a highly uncomfortable experience.I only came here since I was in the area and after this fiasco I wont be coming back. Completely terrible.

They are always nice when I come in and they always have what im looking for.

I went in to look for combs. I look up and they had someone watching me. I need the owners of beauty supply stores to understand all black ppl dont steal and dont need or want to steal. And if your going to have someone watching at least have the decency to ask if the customer needs help. I will never go to this place again. I typically go to Beauty Masters beauty supply store and Ive never been treated this way and they will continue to get my business. Dont shop here !!!!

They dont have a large variety, but it is good for quick grab n go items.

The first time I went I had a terrible interaction with the owner, but upon my second trip she was a lot more friendly. The store has one of the best selections for hair dye colors and the variety of products is amazing! If it wasnt for that first experience, Id rate higher.

Have always had friendly customer service at this location, not giving 5 stars bc their prices are a little higher than other establishments and its a bit tight in the store.

When i went to this store, the people who seemed to be the owner and employee were smiling and asked if i needed any help. When i was trying to decide to get some hairs, they recommended best hairs and explained it in detail. I really appreciate them.

Im back to walking at the beauty supply store and back to my job, I missed going there in a while because of the Covid 19 pandemic so I got a chance back now. ☺️💯😍😎👍🙂

Not able to walk around & shop freely in peace.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, where it will be greatly appreciated.

Please get the L.A colors lipstick line! I’d be a happy person. I drive afar to get this brand. Other than that I have no complaints

I stop in her to take a look I been to a number of place but the is hands down the friendliest place I been. The were super nice and helpful took there time one to make sure I had every thank I need and with in the price I want to stay in. Was here up front about the difference but did not push it on you. Will shop there again

The lady that helps you find hair was extremely nice; however, the man that is supposed to be owner or cashier is extremely rude... all he cared about was closing the store while I had questions about hair . All hair was overpriced but also super thin !!! No customer service at all

This store is so nice. The owners and employees all show great customer service and theyre really nice. Theyre always so helpful and if theres a product that I cant find anywhere else, theyll order it especially for me. This is my favorite beauty supply store in the Decatur/Atlanta area.

This beauty supply had a large variety of items. However, the owner seemed to be annoyed by our presence. We will not shop there again.

The people that run this store are nice. The relaxer that I use is hard to find but they carry it. Their eyelashes are wonderfully priced. I just wish they would expand their selection. Its kind of limited.

Has all I need for my hair

The customer service is atrocious. They were rude and followed my friends and I, as if they thought we were going to steal. Mind you, we are college students at a prestigious university and aren’t interested in petty theft. I had come to buy an expensive wig, but after she followed me around, I decided to spend my coins elsewhere.

They’re pretty rude. Don’t make you feel like a customer and their place isn’t all that. Expensive but their stuff looks cheap. Oh and they follow you around as if you’re some kind of criminal. Wouldn’t recommend this beauty supply to anyone. If i could give zero stars i would.

I am a professional black woman, and I believe I was harassed at this store. I was followed, and watched the whole time. I had $100 worth of merchandise that I was about to purchase. I opened a jar of edge control that I was purchasing to smell it, and was chastised by the owner to not open anything. I put everything down, left and won’t be coming back.

I have tried numerous times to give chances of giving them my business and regret it each time. I have been a customer over the span of two years and also work in the plaza, and have seen numerous situations of them mistreating black customers specifically. They’ve accused ppl of stealing that actually haven’t, even though I’ve also witnessed them be a victim of theft. But all black ppl don’t steal! I’ve seen them yell to staff when a black person walks in to “watch the front” while white ppl walk in and are greeted professionally, they pick and choose by appearance the service they want to deliver. They have disrespected my establishment by coming in and approaching employees while they are with clients about previous store transactions in unprofessional manners. I am guilty of returning back to the store due to convenience and have finally learned my lesson. I’ll take my black dollar elsewhere. After two situations this past week with myself and an employee two days apart, we have made a decision to no longer give them business
