I called and left a message so that I could get an estimate. I received a text the next day. I only got an actual phone call when I called them shady for conducting business that way. I never got a persons name. I have never experienced anything like this.

I do not agree with the negative reviews posted here. Pro Fence installed a picket fence for me (about 500 ft) with 2 double gates. Their price was reasonable and done on schedule. Weather caused an issue with one of the gates (6 months after inatallation) and they had it repaired 2 days later. The installers were professional and courteous. 100% poor, almost 2 months and the fence still isn’t done, poor planning, missing parts, they obviously can’t hang latches and hinges!!!! I ordered painted chain link fence and the just drug it over the concrete, pathetic craftsmanship. Completely dissatisfied and the fence still isn’t done. I wouldn’t let them do a fence to save a few bucks... it kind of sucks I had to rate them a 1 star, should have been 1/4 star...

I wish I could be one of those customers who were blessed with such a good experience. They were out in a timely manner for the estimate. Thats where the timely manner ended. After passing of time, I contacted them and they said what about next week? Great! Well, every day after next week came it was tomorrow and took several phone calls by my husband and I to get them to show. Showed up they did, their subcontracting crew did not have the right equipment and so they left never to be seen again, and then the run around went on for days on end. After they did show up, the crew could not communicate with us, so we had to get a supervisor to come out and get things going. The fencing was not level, but to have it done, we would take what almost anything about this time. Two weeks went by, no supervisor came to inspect but then the collection call came from their office and the owner really wanted the money toot sweet, site unseen of the work. We paid for it as soon as they invoiced us-- our mistake. We dont have the gate we paid for, its subpar and deteriorating within TWO WEEKS!!! they never have come to make it right, its sinking and digging into our concrete, so we basically cant even use it. Between the lack of customer service, lack of quality and lack of just basic decent honesty, I will never use these folks again. I should have stuck with Jones fencing.

Pro fence is great and affordable. The staff was professional and wonderful to work with. They did a amazing job I will recommend pro fence to anyone. We had a bad experience with another fencing company and pro fence came out that day gave a price and was out within a week they fit us in because our awful experience with another company. Over all they have a great staff and we will definitely use them with any of our fencing needs.Thank you pro fence !

Our fence looked great at first. Then a few months after installation one of the gate doors starting warping and breaking. It was installed the wrong way and slammed against elevated concrete every time it was opened. It finally gave way (within the first 8 months of installation) and broke in 2 different places. I called Pro Fence and let them know of the issue. They asked for pictures and I sent them with full detail. I was sent a text saying just nail the board back up and move the pin so the gate quits opening multiple times per day. I explained that the board is cracked now and cant be used. I also explained that the 2x4 is cracked as well and the entire door frame is connected to it. I was told that if I had just called sooner when I knew it wasnt working properly it could have been repaired very easy but because I didnt tell them quick enough they are not going to fix it. In my opinion your craftsmanship should hole on a purchase of this size for more than 8 months. Two of our large gates continually blow open as well and were not installed correctly. Im not even going down that path with this company. I know how they view issues now. You live you learn. I would say that before deciding to do business with this company you ask yourself if you want a business that will stand by what they deliver or just take your money and not do what is RIGHT.

Edit Dec 15: After two years, the fence posts around the sinkhole Pro Fence had installed over had developed a severe lean, and could be rocked back and forth easily by hand. They had told me they would install 12 posts there, since I was concerned that the posts may not have the most stable footing.I put up with patching the fence back together after every big wind storm for a few years, and this week I finally decided to re-set the posts and fix it properly. I discovered that the fence posts around the sinkhole that Pro Fence told me were going to be 12 ft posts were in fact only 7 ft posts. The lazy installation crew apparently decided it was too much trouble to dig that deep, and only dug down 11 inches, and cut the top off of the 8 posts, so it would look like they buried more. I ended up using one 8 post and one 10 post, with the bottoms of the posts buried at least 2 deep. Hopefully that holds quite a bit better than the crappy, deceptive job that Pro Fence did originally.Original Review: I had my fence repaired by Pro Fence after the April 2011 Tornadoes. I contacted them two weeks after the storm and scheduled an estimate. The guys they sent out were clean cut, respectful, and listened to what I wanted. Their bid was reasonable and actually turned out to be the lowest bid I received.I had them fix a sinkhole, reset 9 posts, and install new gates. The gates they put in are rock solid and open and close with barely any effort. They did an A+ job which I am very satisfied with. They took a bit longer than Id like, but I know they were struggling under a huge workload after the storms, so I dont hold that against them.The reason for only a 4 star rating is the way they left the job site. They used my hose to get water to set the concrete around the posts. Usually Id have no problem with this, but they left the hose strung across the yard and just threw the nozzle they removed in the grass. They also left quite a bit of trash along the side of my house, and dumped a few cubic feet of leftover concrete hidden behind some trees near the back of my property.Overall, I would NOT recommend Pro Fence, since they told me they would fix my fence a certain way, and then took shortcuts that cost me a lot of time and money in repairs in the long run.

Just had fence built by Pro Fence and loved the results. It was finished in 2 days and everyone was professional and friendly. Price was very competitive. I would highly recommend.Thomas

Excellent work!!! They were quick to get the estimate done actually the same day I called, the price I was given was very competitive and they suggested what I could do with my yard and a fence type that I had not thought of, and a style I had never seen. They also built me a small deck for the grill and a few seats. The wait time on getting it installed was the very next week unlike 4-5 weeks like some others I won’t mention. You can find a bad review about any company those other people may have just had a bad day because nothing about my experience led me to see or believe anything bad that has been said. They even warranty their gates, no other company offered me this... I highly recommend them, my fence is absolutely gorgeous, I very much recommend them...

This company does not keep up with their promises. They do not do their best on their work. Do not trust this company, they will let you down
