I booked an appointment informed the lady of what I wanted and was given a price and an appointment only to arrive and be informed that I could not get what I wanted because I have short natural hair however it can seem in my profile picture (Facebook) that my hair is SHORT and NATURAL!!!! It is obvious! So why would you not inform me of this “rule” ?!?! Very unprofessional!!!! You need to inform your clients of these rules...

I had gotten my braids done here about two times in the past year but the last time is my very last time because there was just horrible customer service. Basically, I had to drive down to the Springfield location because the owner’s car could not make it to the Decatur location and she did not even offer a discount... she then tried to overcharge me when I sat down and reminded her of the style that I wanted. She was not clear in her text messages on the pricing and she did not take into consideration the fact that I had drove over 30 miles to get my hair done and then when she was done with my hair.. she had the nerve to whisper into my ear to bring all of my money next time. This is not how loyal paying customers should be treated and I will not be returning in the future. The hairstyles were overpriced anyways!
