I went in there to purchase a vanity top and the cabinet and the sinks I had just recently purchased a vanity top for $100 about 3 months ago. I decided to go back to a single sink so I went in there to purchase another one I paid $175 for it she would not go down a dime the two guys that loaded it were rude I will never go back there again . I asked her if I brought back the vanity that I had bought several months ago for $100 if I could even get $25 off and she said absolutely notthey dont do that she didnt even tell me thank you when she rang me up for the dea lthis is not that the first time I was treated bain there I never did a review but I went ahead and did it this time. I even donated pallets to the place and didnt get a thank you and had to unload them all by myself. I think the place needs a whole new staff
My furniture is beautiful and I love it I will definitely be going back
Lots of other habitat for humanity stores in our area, which are better run and have friendly staff. Springfield, Lincoln, and Sullivan, are all great stores, with better selection, better prices, and actually have staff that is helpful and friendly. The Champaign store is also really good but the selection is more housewares and less building stuff. The Springfield store is my go to location, with a great selection, great prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also take all my donations over there rather than to the Decatur store.I won’t be back to the Decatur store, people are rude, and prices aren’t that great either.
Its a nice and reasonable store to go to when you dont have a lot of money you can find everything you need there
I love shopping at the restore. I get bargains galore. It makes living on a fixed income a whole lot easier.
They are friendly and helpful. Prices are a lil high on some things, but would definitely go back
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
This place is AWESOME!! Great selection off stuff. Has made fixing and remodeling the house we bought so much easier. Prices are really great and easy on the budget.
Very nice and clean....Great customer service.....great management!!!!!
Havent went in a while but when I did go there I found stuff I needed for the house, in great condition, very cheap compared to Menards or Lowes. Really helped when I was between jobs but still needed to buy materials. Never know what you might find.
It was great very nice helpful people working there, found exactly what we were looking for.
I enjoyed the experience. Lady who helped me was lovely. Good works. Glad I came
The Decatur one is this too high on too much. I like to go to Sullivan or Springfield. They got a lot better prices
Always find what i need nice people
Great place to get low price items for all sorts of home repairs and art projects..furniture and light fixtures..globes etc.
I would give no stars if that were possible. While I like the Habitat Restore concept and I am a Habitat for Humanity Supporter, its not possible to find anything positive to say about the Decatur location. The people are always rude, the store is closed during posted open hours. There is always some hassle with making a purchase, and the prices are high. Lincoln, Sullivan, and Springfield HFH restores are infinitely better run, with friendly, and courteous staff, who want to help you. I now travel to the Springfield location, which has friendly, helpful staff and fair prices. The people running the decatur store couldnt run a successful infield beer booth at a NASCAR Race on a 100 Degree day.
Great place to buy furniture to paint and restore or just use. Friendly staff!
Good. Had more things than I thought there would be
Pleasant people, revolving supplies for sale. Great works for the community.
Very good deals available here. Large variety of items.
Not very helpful - customer service is to be desired - attitudes
I dont know if they need go she ate on prices but I thought it was a little pricey for what it is
Always nice folks, making a difference in Decatur.
Theyre too high price on a lot of things. If you want to go to one go to Sullivan or Springfield both those are really cheap
I always leave with somthin an they help others
Just expensive on things
Bargins
Friendly people
Love it
