Went to purchase a refrigerator and was kind of in a way told me which one to get. It has leaked from day one and the light inside was just stuck up in the slot and was dangling down and now broken. The freezer is freezing up and the door doesnt stay shut. Save your money for a new one at Lowes. The 300 bucks I lpaid for the piece of junk would have been a good start. Yes everyone was nice but I work hard for my money to be ripped off.

My wife bought a refridgerator from this business. For over a year they have lied that they would fix fridge that the freezer that does not defrost. Their excuses: hard part to find, was sent the wrong part, no one available right now. I just called and the mail box is full. If you want to buy from them, go ahead, roll the dice.

Buyer Beware. All I can say is, spend the few extra dollars and buy new appliances, and or buy from a trusted seller online used .I had been needing a washer in the worst way, for nearly a year! When I was able to buy, I came here to do business with small local businesses.The experience was per usual: as I wait to say what I am there for, and wait patiently while doing so, I’m feeling quite pressured and hurried when it’s my turnTo negotiate an item .This time I was TOLD what I wanted, and that this no name washer I’d never buy was the one for me.Seeing the doubt on my face, the owner tells me, if I didn’t like it, he would trade out the washer for the whirlpool sitting right beside it .( why didn’t I just get e whirlpool to begin with ?)He told me this washer would “ get your clothes really dry In the spin “ and that “ it was just now worked on and fixed “ ... oh great .. runs through my mind but hey.. I’m a positive person . Positive I have too much to do and too much laundry to process to waver back and forth .With the promise of having a working washer, I paid the 300.00 ( I was shocked this piece was really costing me this, I was embarrassed for the owner to have charged me this, and so much disappointed in myself that I felt I only deserved what I was getting and that I had learned a valuable lesson the hard way)You can imagine my disappointment when the so called installation was half @$$ed and I litterlly mean HALF WAY, and the washer was not installed into it’s space yet parked in the hallway, left for me to figure .There now was no knob to turn the washer on even, and the remaining know was coming loose .This was a nightmare... did I mention I am for the most part an impossibly optimistic person ????So, I get into my car, head to the hardware store in search of something to McGyver this washer with and fabricate a knob or two .I return home and manage to start this piece of work with pliers and a screwdriver . It gets better ... that shpill about how well this piece of work would “ spin dry “ my clothes was what I guess could only have been an inside joke, and I was not inside . Oh My Gosh !!!!This was NOT a level issue . Not a clothing distribution issue.. no, this washer banged and beat so violently on its spin that all things in and around the house not nailed down flew off the walls and shelves it was ridiculous and dangerous. Yes THAT bad and he’d known this when he dumped it off on me .I did not get a response by Facebook, there wasn’t a valid business line, and the phone number he’d given me, didn’t even belong to him !!!! I do NOT live in town where the shop is located so going there was not east, especially since COVID 19!!!I was sol for the next few months, my father also passed during corona but finally, I stopped by twice on Thursday June 10, 2020 and the second try later that afternoon, got him there .After waiting for nearly 10 minutes for him to acknowledge me needing help, and my little girl was sick, (this stop needed to be done thoughdesperately) I was ‘helped’ again with that feeling of not being able to voice my needs but being told what I need .... well, after this all, I am sick of the entire deal. Really just need my cash . I knew that wouldn’t happen as it was likely LONG gone . I knew if anything I could get the washer he’d promised, or for Gods sake at least a working washer ....as he takes my information as if for the first time... I learn the real reason he was stalling was to gauge how much to attempt to stick me for .He then Said “ that will be 100.00 “ today ...I was now struggling to keep my cool, Could this be a cruel joke ???? So, even though he’d just said he remained me coming in and blablabla he was now going to go back on his word, NOT even apologize for all the trouble, but try to rip me off again !!!!!!!!Oh my Gosh I was not having satan at this point .To my shock, he, not I was the one raising their voice about how many days and hours they were there at that shop working and blablabla ( what the actual ?)I
