I would give more stars if Google would let me. The customer service is always top notch and each time I have been to the Atlanta Band Center - Im more impressed than the time before! You always focus on educating and inspiring not just selling a product or service.Today, I watched as you spoke to a young girl picking up her first instrument. You gave her tips, advice and encouragement - just as you have done for my child.When it was my turn, I showed you my daughters clairnet and the part that had come off. Not only could you repair it - you did so while I was there so she did not have to miss a day of playing. She is so very happy to have her clairnet home and working perfectly.Thank you so much!!

I knew Mr. Kerry would be a gem after our very 1st phone conversation. I was not disappointed when I came into the store. My 4th grader is new to the viola and he explained everything to her vs me, so clearly. He was thorough and has a great sense of humor! As long as she plays an instrument, Ill be to see Mr. Kerry.

I recently went there to get a drum head but he didn’t have it but I also got me a pair of BYOS Firegrain and the guy who works here is very very nice and was able to give me a lot if information on which drumhead I need

My experience was very good. Mr Carrie was very helpful and made sure that my daughter had every thing she needed for her band class.

Brought my saxophone here for repair. Had to take it back because it wasnt fixed the first time and was somehow worse than when I brought it in(how is that possible???). I tested the instrument in the shop for about 5 minutes the second time. As I tested the instrument, the shopkeeper tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the instrument...he doesnt play them so he has a professional come in to test them...adjust my technique...advise me on setting up the instrument properly...adjust this..adjust that etc etc. Im not a professional but I know how to play well. I got the impression that he knew it wasnt fixed. I took the instrument home played it longer(about 30min) and found that it STILL wasnt fixed. After the second failed attempr, I gave up, accepted the loss and just bought a new saxophone. Problem solved. Lost too much time and practice sessions going back and forth. Wish he would have just told me he couldnt fix it instead of wasting my time! Wont bring my instruments here for repair anymore!

This place has a lot of stuff. If you need band books. This place has them for every instrument. Who knew this place was even there? Down side is the sign on the door for males (to) pull up their pants. Really? Like that effects the money they will spend in your store. I find that attitude offensive.
