Cant get them to answer phone calls, called many times, no answer. Order couple of thousand dollars worth of paint and supplies over a month ago and still have not been delivered.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful. This is why I buy my paint here and not the big box store. Will definitely come back.

The manager and assistant manager there are amazing!! I had to of come at least 4 days in a row. I was looking for colors and they both helped me through each step everyday. I appreciate them for their time, patience, and kindness. Also for being so knowledgeable .

I highly recommend this paint store! Very affordable and high quality paints with knowledgeable assistants that can match your paint color to whatever item you bring in. They scan the item and the machine matches the paint. Very awesome place

Horrible experience. The lady helping my wife had an extremely unpleasant attitude, maybe she needs to be in the back where she dont have to deal with customers.. I will never go back to this place. I have never in my entire life seen such a horrible attitude in a position of service.. well maybe a fast food drive thru

We bought some interior paint for our home from Sherwin-Williams and were very impressed. The paint is thick and great quality, it took about 5 minutes to mix the paint, and the cashier/paint guy (lol) was so kind and helpful! Yes, it is more expensive than buying paint at a big box store, but the quality is worth the extra money. The next time we need paint, well definitely be back!

Africa American sales guy needs to learn to read. After going over it twice about the use of the paint on a outside project he still managed to give me interior. Had to return it the next day, 12 mile round trip and never even got a apologie.

The staff was not knowledgeable at all. I expect to go to a paint only shop they should know everything there is to know about paint. They were basically children that were there to sell paint.

Highway Robbery!? Serious lack of knowledge here, no communication between employees, needing a managers assistance for the smallest of tasks! Poorly trained staff with an I just work here attitude. Lack of advertised products on shelves and no clue of when they will be in stock, wow. Unreliable info on delivery of orders, overall a Huge disappointment. I cancelled my $400+ order and will Not return, I can find better products online for cheaper! Seems Typical of most Decatur business, customers do not matter.
